在面对批评的时候，你得学会坚持自己的立场，而且不要因为不能接受批评的方式便关上自己的耳朵。
建议二：听完批评，然后再回应。
有时即便别人提出的批评相当有建设性，但因为一听到批评我们就会立刻做出错误的反应――关掉耳朵――所以这些有建设性的建议往往就被忽略了。
