一、计划详实，落实到位
开学初我们制定了包括教学活动，课外活动，学生技能活动等多项活动和教学计划。从开学的新课到期末的总复习，我们都制定了详细的计划，各位老师分工明确，各负其职。
二、分工合作，形成合力
众人拾柴火焰高。每一项计划的制定和活动的筹备及开展几乎都是备课组老师集体商讨并集体实施的结果。不搞一言堂，不搞小动作，教学一盘棋，大家齐参与，荣誉人人有份，责任共同承担。大家分工合作，既责任到人，又不会散漫无序，所以各项活动的计划制定和实施都很顺利，效果也非常显著。
特别是本学期学校给各班配备了多媒体，并且要贯彻洋思教学方法，无形加重了教师的备课量，我们就把每个单元分配给每个老师，要搜集与本单元有关的资料，方便其他老师做课件。并且根据section a，section b，selfcheck分别准备一套精选的课堂练习题。
期末复习阶段，我们各位老师仍实行明确分工，各个老师负责每个单元的出题，至少准备一套精炼试题。知识点，考点，重点和难点都涵盖上；题量不一定要太多，但要精。大家认真对待，各负其职，取得明显效果。
三、加强集体备课，鼓励个人特色
每周四下午第八，九是我们集体备课时间。开学时就把每个单元分派给每个老师，每周有主讲人，大家先听主讲人介绍单元重点，每节课如何引入，如何开展教学，后由大家讨论，制定出统一的可行的教学模式，集体备课减轻了老师们的工作负担，也可以集思广益，减少教学的盲目性。但是每个老师都有独特的教学方法和教学思路，而且每个班的情况也各不相同。老师象医生，必须根据不同的病人开不同的药方。如果完全一刀切，将会极大打击教师的积极性，也会使教学实效大打折扣。所以我们在集体备课的前提下鼓励各位教师八仙过海各显其能，用各自独特的人格或教学魅力吸引学生好学愿学，从而使教师的工作有自己的成就感，也使学生可以在和教师融洽相处的轻松氛围中乐学并学好。
四、活动与实际结合，能力与教学共长
英语教学如果能与生活实际有机结合，将大大提高学生的学习积极性，并能在活动与实践中更加有效地学习和检验教学/学习效果。
为了提高学生学习英语的兴趣，营造一个好的学习氛围，我们初一组织了英语单词过关，词组过关。早宣传，早发动，让学生提前准备。我们自己命题，流水阅卷。本着公平、公正的原则，学生的班级和姓名都装订起来。由于组织的公开、透明，没有一位老师对我们的工作有异议。在参加学校举行的比赛中，我们初一英语组的学生准备得最充分，表现得最优秀，深受学校领导好评。
为了提高学生英语口语表达能力，我们积极组织学生参加全国英语口语大赛。在赛前我们组内每位老师认真辅导学生，自己编排口语练习材料，并且组织模拟考试。我们初一学生有30多名学生获优秀奖，并且有3位学生获得到北京参加全国口语大赛的资格！
五、齐心协力，以老带新，群策群力。

一、做到了认真备课。不但备学生而且备教材备教法，根据教材资料及学生的实际，针对一年级教学目标的不同：一年级在培养兴趣的基础上训练学生认读单词的潜力，还让学生试着模仿教材书写单词；设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。对每一课都做到“有备而来”，每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的搞笑教具，课后及时对该课做出总结，写好教学后记，并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点，归纳成集。
二、增强上课技能，提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上个性注意调动学生的用心性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主作用，基本做到了让学生学得容易，学得简单，学得愉快；注意精讲精练，在课堂上我讲得尽量少，让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会；同时在每一堂课上都充分思考每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习潜力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。此刻学生普遍反映喜欢上英语课。
三、虚心请教其他老师。在教学上，有疑必问。在各个单元的学习上都用心与其他老师商讨，学习他们的方法，同时，多听其他老师的课，做到边听边讲，学习别人的优点，克服自己的不足。
四、认真批改作业：布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性，有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业状况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关状况及时改善教学方法，做到有的放矢。培养小组长帮忙我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。
五、坚持用英语组织课堂教学，即用英语教英，并注意所用语言的正确性、纯正性和流利性。教学改革在不断深入，新教材层出不穷，越来越注重语言的真实性、地道性和交际性。用英语组织课堂教学促使教师不仅仅把语言用作讲解知识、传达信息和传授技能的工具，更把它看作所要传授的知识和技能本身。目前，由于课堂仍是绝大部分学生学习英语、使用英语唯一的方式和场所，教师更就应注重传达知识和信息的形式，为学生营造良好的学习语言的环境。我在运用英语进行教学时较能注意所用英语语言的可理解性、简明性、阶段性和实用性。具体做法是：
1、用英语组织课堂教学。课堂教学用语尽管大部分相同，我注意不断适量增加新用语，逐步扩大用语量，使学生持续兴趣，经历挑战，从而日积月累，在不知不觉中得到提高。
2、用英语授课。不管上对话课还是课文课，我都坚持使用英语。尽量采用学生学过的词汇，但难免有不少学生不懂的词汇，如在用英语介绍课文背景知识时，这时辅之于实物、挂图、简笔画、表情、手势、表演等，或者借助板书形式加以说明。总之，注意所用的语言略高于学生现有水平。

本学期我担任七年级三个班的英语。回首这一学期的教学工作，感触颇多。
新教材内容丰富，理念新颖，针对的是有一定英语基础的学生，同时该教材营造了一个倾向本土化语言的环境，很多内容对于国内学生理解起来有点难度。和以前的教材相比，起点比较高，单词的呈现比较多，而且难度剃度不明显，提倡“用到即学”。而作为学习该教材的本届学生来讲，他们当中大部分没有接触过英语，有的也就是小部分在暑假接触过英语，才初步入门。在这样的情况下，感觉上课难度比较大。
学生是学习的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触教学的时候，我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，学生易接受。，比如听力在本套教材中难度比较大，我就把听力的形式进行适当的'改良，让学生更容易听懂，不断提高学生的积极性。同时根据不同的班级的学生性格特点，我也采取了不同的策略。开展各种各样的小组活动，让他们讨论合作，鼓励他们积极发言。
在参与鼓励在课堂教学开展过程中，我感觉学生一部分不愿意起来发言：一个是教材比较有难度，怕讲错；另外一个是学生胆子比较小。针对这样的情况下，我把教材难度降低，并采取表扬和鼓励的方式。
因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。每次教授了新单词以后，我都及时抽时间给他们听写，并认真批改。有时候，课文里出现的精彩实用的句子，我也要求学生背下来，我把4个同学分成一个小组，让成绩相对比较好同学担任小组长，这样想偷懒就比较难了。
而对不同基础的学生，我给他们的底线也不一样。一开始我都是统一要求所有的学生，后来我感觉这样不符合实际。有些学生对语言的感知能力本身就比较差，越是统一要求，他就什么也没有学到。因此，我就把学生分开，一般的，大部分同学的要求是统一的，而小部分接受能力比较差的同学，我就用相对低一点的标准给他们，这样做以后，逐渐提高标准，学生学到的明显多了。
在课堂教学之余，我还积极参加教研活动，参与我们英语组内的备课和说课，并且上公开课。通过这样的活动，有效的提高了自己对教材的理解。

二、七年级学生基本情况分析：
本届七年级新生曾在小学学过二、三年英语。小学英语课没有受到足够的重视，在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练，字母还不能规范的书写，更别提什么单词，句子。在读，说方面，语音也有不少需要纠正的地方，况且各小学授课英语基础也差参不齐。另外，学生在情感态度，学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流；有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识；大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性；不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累；

忙忙碌碌一学期已接近尾声，本学期我担任七年级的英语教学工作，英语教学总结。虽然教学经验不多，但我对教学认真学习，深入研究教法，并虚心向别人学习，较理想的完成了工作。为更好地总结经验，发现不足，有针对性地提高自己今后的教学工作，现将本学期的教学工作总结如下：
成功之处：
1、运用恰当手段，强化学生学习英语的兴趣。经过一学期的学习，大多数学生都对英语学习产生了兴趣，而强化他们的学习兴趣是这学期的工作之重。为此，我平时采取了一些方法，就是针对每节课积极举手发言的同学奖励积分券，每一张分值为5分，集齐了五张后可换一张小贴纸，贴在作业本上。这项措施大大的地调动了学生学英语的兴趣。对成绩优秀的同学而言，这是对他们成绩的一个肯定；而对基础稍差的同学来说，则是对他们良好表现的一个及时鼓励。
2、做好教学准备，提高课堂效率。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都受益不浅。相反，偶尔我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好。由此可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困惑的学科来说至关重要。备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，在这方面我积极讲究方法。
3、采用多种方法，活跃课堂教学气氛。要想小学英语课堂教最大限度地引起学生的'学习兴趣，让学生感受到运用所学语言成功地达到某种目的后的愉快。只有通过游戏活动来表现情景，让教学情境化，工作总结《英语教学总结》。大多数小学生都喜欢课堂教学游戏，游戏会令他们动起来给学习带来快乐，是机械的句型操练起来也变得生动、活泼、有趣味。游戏活动的使用能使抽象语言内容变成一种具体、形象的情景，具有直观性、趣味性和竞争性等特点，能有效地激发他们学习的积极性。
4、更新教学观念，全面实施素质教育。英语教学方法也要有所改变。课堂上采用什么教学方法，学生就往往采用相应的学习方法，它直接影响着的学生的学习效果。为此，我在课堂教学上努力以灵活多样的教学方法，精心设计教学过程中的各个环节，围绕学生能力素质的发展进行教学。采用“知识技能，学习能力，学习态度”来作为确定学习状态的特征变量，从而为促进学习能力素质的全面发展服务。
存在的不足：
1、技巧性组织英语课堂教学
本学期教学中，上课时发现有的同学走神、做小动作、低头或看其它书籍等，有时我在想，英语对有些学生来说怎么就那么难学，甚至排斥，是英语不好学?我想还是我本人的问题，对于课堂上的这些问题，我还没有找到一个解决的方法，怎样做教师既可以顺利完成教学任务，增加英语教学的真实性，又可以起到提醒学生的作用?
2、适当的评价
对学生而言，各种评价很重要。适当的评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信。同时也有助于他们反思及调整自己的学习过程。本学期，在教学过程中教学评价这方面还有待于自己进一步研究、探索，同时及时的评价我还做得不够好，以至于在期末检测时，学习困难的同学基础知识掌握的很糟糕。
3、对学生的口语训练有待进一步加强
由于我所教的学生全是农村的孩子，所以学习英语、说英语都有很大的困难。特别是那些学习困难的孩子，他们更是没有自信，不敢开口。孩子们运用语言的能力还很差！这也是教学中的一个难点，对于如何突破这个难点，我还没有适合自己的方法。
4、自身的不足
自己由于不是专业的英语教师，所以还在很多方面急待自己去学习，不断充实自己。特别是自己的授课口语不是很流利，今后要多学、多记、多练。力争在下学期的教学中记会100句口语。
不管怎么说，本学期的英语教学工作完成还算不错，虽然还有很多不足之处，我想这些不足，将是今后英语教学工作中的动力和努力方向，相信通过自己的不断努力和提高，我的英语教学工作一定会迈向一个新台阶。

在实施素质教育、深化课程改革的今天，强调教育要“以人为本”，以学生为中心，而要使我们的教学面向全体学生，因材施教，兼顾不同层次的学生，在教学中实施弹性教学。
特别是对于英语教学的初始阶段，假如在这段时间内处理不当，很多学生会因此而受挫，对英语学习不敢兴趣，没有信心，甚至是完全的放弃。解决好生吃不饱，差生吃不了的情况就是要采用弹性教学，因材施教。
比如，在本册书的Starter 阶段，书本的重点是一个初始教育，仅仅是26个英文字母、见面的问候、询问事物的名称、询问事物的颜色。学习这些知识对于有一些基础的学生来说，掌握起来是非常容易的，老师在上课时一味地按中等生的程度来讲课，反复讲述26个字母的大小写、发音等，那么对于好生来说，是浪费时间，不仅浪费老师自己的，也浪费学生的，更使得学生没有什么兴趣而言，平淡无味。而对于差生来说，他们连基本的书写的笔顺也不知道，更何况要去读准这26个字母，背出这26个字母，对于差生来说，是有相当难度的，假如一开始就使得这部分学生感觉老是教26个字母也是很困难，很显然学生会产生一种恐惧感，怕学英语，怕自己学不好，说不好，对自己没有一点信心。那么如果老师在英语的初始阶段能结合学生的实际情况，对基础较好的学生拓展一些课外知识，增加他们的知识量和知识面，做一些趣味英语，那么就满足了这部分学生的味口，激发了他们学习英语的兴趣和积极性；对于基础较差的学生适当的降低难度，跟其他同学的要求作适当的调低，那么当这部分学生在取得一定的成绩之后，会觉得学习英语也并没有想象当中的那么难，会自然而然地更乐意投入到英语的学习当中去，这个时候老师还应给予一定的鼓励、表扬，从中激励这部分学生。
新目标英语七年级下学期的教学反思
循序渐进地进行教学包括作业的合理布置。
开学以来，我虽然没有额外地上很多课，但是我对三班学生的每日作业和周末作业进行了合理安排，从生词到练习甚至朗读，我每次都有合理安排，争取做到循序渐进，稳打稳扎。还考虑到作业不扎堆，不至于使学生产生厌烦情绪。争取每次都有作业，但每次都不应该有很多作业。然后要跟上检查，对每次都不做作业的同学都要严肃处理。这样久而久之，学生就形成了一种做作业的习惯。让他们感觉到不做作业是行不通的。从第一单元开始，我都让学生至少写六遍单词，听写完后反馈，不行就再来一轮，这样学生在每天的学习中都能渗透单词的学习，不至于形成英语学习的空档，形不成知识链条。
关于讲课，每天的主课堂肯定是讲最重要的知识，不回避重点和难点，同步练习要同步跟上，另外以前不常用的配套练习，我也天天要求学生做。配套上的练习很精练，不拖泥带水，量也不大，做起来是挺爽的。想想以前的课堂，一堂课所处理的主要内容很有限，做无用功的.情况也是存在的，这在以后的教学中是一定要避免的。
每个人都有进步的要求，我也一样，争取教每届学生都有新的收获。
新目标七年级英语下册教学反思4教学反思
新教材改版后的七年级下册语篇加长，词汇量相对来说也大了，因此难度比老教材大了些。这倒是我认为的优点，因为老教材七八年级的跨度太大，从七年级下册开始让学生接触点有些难度的语篇，有利于七八年级的过渡。但是从学生的掌握情况来看，事情并不乐观。并且由于本学期时间短，加之课程难度的加大，学生的学习时间保证不了，练习量跟不上，所以学生对于学习仅仅是疲惫的完成作业，收获并不大。作为老师来说，看着学生的学习情况干着急，比如第三单元的句型Ittakessb.sometimetodosth..很多学生在运用时总是不能做到很准确。当然从老师这方面来说，可能课堂上的强化训练不够，从学生来方面来说，那就是作业巩固练习做的少。学生手里的教辅《同步》和《配套》都是极好的学习资料，因为时间关系，很难完整的去完成。
短小的对话及文章我是要求学生去背诵的，因为就英语学习来讲，背诵是有诸多好处的。但是部分学生的'重视程度不够，一节课背不过，几节课过后检查仍然背不过，学生和老师把课堂的疲惫又拖到了课下。针对这种情况，还得有重点的各个去击破，否则不认真对待的态度一旦蔓延，局面将是更难扭转，这个情况在七年级三班尤其严重。对于能够背诵的学生来说，问题也是一箩筐。首先是他们只是机械的背诵，这样的记忆保持时间短，并且对于背诵的知识不能融会贯通。如文章中的句型It’seasytodosth.不少学生是能背过，但是在做题时他们并不知道往课本去靠，只是凭想当然的乱编。学生能背过说明他们还是很用心的，以后需要正确去引导理解记忆。
匆忙的赶进度其实未必可取，还是扎扎实实的走好每一步更重要。

一、教材分析
本学期的主要内容为PEP小学英语六年级下册，共有4个教学单元、2个复习单元。每单元分“A、B、C”三个部分，共12页，复习单元为6页。全书配有彩色卡通式插图，设计新颖活泼，生动有趣。本教材的设计与编写体现了对传统外语教学思想的继承和发展，在比较、分析和研究多种国内外小学英语教材的基础上，博采众长，取其精华，形成了本套教材特有的编写体系。本套教材的编写思路是以话题为纲，以交际功能和语言结构为主线，逐步引导学生运用英语完成有实际意义的语言任务，即：话题－功能－结构－任务。根据学生的实际情况，教师可以有选择地、灵活地安排教学内容，有针对性地设计课堂教学活动。
二、学生分析
六年级的学生对英语学习兴趣整体有所下降，两极分化比较严重。所以本学期应做好后进生的转化工作。教师应该面向全体学生，以学生的发展为宗旨，始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位，注意分层教学，引导学生端正学习态度，掌握良好的学习方法，培养学生良好的学习习惯。
三、教学目标
1、能按四会、三会的要求掌握所学单词。
2、能按四会要求掌握所学句型。
3、能使用日常交际用语，活用四会句型，进行简单的交流，做到大胆开口，发音正确。
4、能在图片、手势、情境等非语言提示的帮助下，听懂清晰的话语和录音。
5、进一步养成良好的书写习惯。
6、进一步养成听英语、读英语和说英语的良好习惯。
7、能运用相关的语言知识和技能，完成某项任务。
四、主要教学措施
1、以活动为课堂教学的主要形式，设计丰富多彩的教学活动，让学生在乐中学、学中用，从而保证学生英语学习的可持续性发展。
2、通过听、说、读、写、唱、游、演、画、做等形式，进行大量的语言操练和练习。
3、培养学生拼读音标的能力，确保学生自主学习的质量。
4、设计全面、高效的课外作业，培养学生良好的书写习惯，做到整洁、规范、正确地书写。
5.对优秀学生尽量的多提高自身素质，多看英语读物，多落知识点。对差生则多利用课堂，课外的时间抓基础知识，纠正个别同学的发音。努力提高学生学习英语的积极性。争取全班统一进步。
五、教学进度安排
由于本学年教学时间相对较短，所以教学时间显得十分紧张，因此对本学年的教学作如下安排：
教材共四个单元。每单元8课，其中6节新授课，新授课部分两周完成，复习单元一周完成，计三周一个单元。书本知识共32课，不排除因为课文难，学生接受较慢而增加课时。教学中还穿插各种形式的`小测验，丰富多彩的英语活动，还有数次作业、考试的评析，同时由于放假、学生差异、教学容量、教师进修、考试等其他客观因素的影响，我将按实际需要对课时进行适当调整，力求达到最佳效果。
总而言之，这半年是六年级学习小学英语的最后半年，本学期英语教学的目的就在于要使学生爱学、乐学、善学。为中学的英语学习打下基础，同时教师充分利用“情景教学”这一重要方法扩展教学形式，培养、维持和发展学生学习英语的兴趣，提高英语教学的效果。

Step 1: Greetings
Greet the students as usual.
Step 2: Warming up
Play an English song before class to interest the students. Revise some school things by asking questions. e.g.:

Learn the new words in, on, under, behind ... by helping the teacher find the lost things. T: Where’s my English book？

Teach the new word “where” and the use of “they”.
Consolidate the prepositions by looking at the screen and answer the questions: Where’s ... ? Where’re ...
Step 3: Game
Students hide and look for the school things in pairs. One student hide one school thing and asks: Where’s…? Where’re…? The other student guess and answer: It’s in your desk. They are in your pencil case. etc. Ask some pairs to share their performances.
Step 4: New words learning
Show the students a picture of a room, tell them this is a bedroom and let the students list the things in it first. Then show them the whole picture, teach the new words, ask where the things are, and let the students answer, using the prepositions.
Repeat with a sitting room and a study, teach the new words and practice in the same way.
Step 5: 1a-1c
Work on 1a Match the words with the things in the picture. Students do it individually first, then check the answers.
Work on 1b play the tape for the students and ask them to number the things in the picture. Then ask one students to report the answers.
Work on 1c Make up dialogues in pairs, using the things in the picture. Let two pairs show their dialogues
Step 6: A memory test
Show a picture of a room, give the students one minute to look at it, then ask them what kind of things they saw and where the things are. Have a competition among groups. See which group can remember all the things and places.
Step 7: Homework
Copy the new words and try to remember them. Make a survey:
