一、听歌曲，激发感情
1、最近大街小巷都在播放一首歌曲，我们也一起来聆听。
2、播放《五十六个民族五十六朵花》。
3、解说点题：五十六个民族，五十六朵花，五十六个兄弟姐妹是一家。这首歌唱出了我们祖国是一个统一的多民族的大家庭。今天我们就一起走进这个大家庭，感受它的团结和温暖吧！
二、了解中华民族的组成和民族的分布
1、（出示民族地区分布图）这是一幅民族地区分布图，你能从上面获得那些信息？
2、小组交流学习，做好记录。
3、小组推荐一名成员汇报成果，进行班级交流，教师相机总结（民族的组成、民族的分布）：从图上我们了解了人数相对较多的部分民族以及它们的分布。其中汉族人数最多，其它民族人数较少，我们称这些民族为少数民族。
4、出示55个少数民族的名称进行了解。（学生快速浏览）
5、抢答竞赛活动：完成“我所知道的`民族”
三、了解“五大民族自治区”。
1、为了保障少数民族的权利，中央在少数民族人数较集中的地方成立了民族自治区，这些地方设立自治机关，行使自治权。现在，全国已建立了五个自治区。你能从分布图上找出来吗？
2、生看分布图，指出相应位置，教师相机介绍名称：内蒙古自治区、宁夏自治区、西藏自治区、新疆维吾尔自治区、广西壮族自治区
3、我国除了五大自治区外，在一些少数民族比较多的省、自治区、直辖市内，还建立了30个自治州、120个自治县（旗）。此外，还建有1300多个民族乡。

《 五十六个民族五十六朵花》这一课集开放性、综合性、情感性为一体，教材以学生感兴趣的少数民族为切入点，让学生明白我国是一个统一的多民族的国家，但各民族人民都是中华民族大家庭的兄弟姐妹。我认为这节课是成功的，它成功之处在于《品德与社会》作为综合性的学科，主要将学生置身于社会生活中，认识社会，了解社会，激发学生热爱生活的情感。袁老师基于这一学科的新课标，打破了单一、呆板、严肃的课堂模式，努力创造了开放、互动、活泼的教学情感，营造了民主、愉悦的课堂气氛，让学生学得快乐，学得自然，学得主动，真正成为学习的主人。
新课标实施后，教学不仅仅局限于课堂内的教与学，而是体现在课前的任务，课堂的活动，课后的延续和知识的连续这样一个完整的过程。 袁老师的这节课为达到活动的目标，在课前进行了充分的准备，资料的收集、整理。另外，通过学生的几项自主活动，实现了新课标的三维目标。在教学中采用的一些内容和形式都是贴近学生生活，以儿童生活为基础，设计了一些孩子们可以直接参与的活动，以孩子们喜欢的方式呈现，寓较于活动中，创造生与生互动，师与生互动的良好的学习氛围。
袁老师设计的这节课，让我听后有一种全新的感悟。总结为16个字，即：创设情境，激发热情，多相互动，升华情感。在各组展示中设置了游戏，表演和才艺演示，将思维训练、语言表达融为一体，实现了多维目标的有效整合。直接选取教材中给学生提供的熟悉的素材进行加工并创设学生感兴趣的现实生活情境素材作为课堂情境，搭建才艺大比拼的舞台，唱歌、跳舞等等，班级里各类能手应运而生，激发了学生的潜能。
品德教育过程中，课堂合作能充分发扬民主，吸引学生参与，激活学生思维的火花，开启智慧闸门，给学生以发展个性，展示才华的机会，还培养了学生们的团结协作能力和社会交往能力。
这节课是热烈的、成功的，但瑕碧微疵，我个人认为还存在以下一些不和谐的因素：
合作角色不均 合作学习的伙伴间在学习过程中的地位与作用不均，优秀生主宰着策划、讨论，扮演领导、主角的角色，而相对内向、学习能力较弱的学生更多表现为消极的、被动的，成为群众演员，甚至只是观众或听众。他们在伙伴合作学习中由以往的对教师的依赖转变为对伙伴的依赖。
最后,袁老师设计了孩子们共同穿板鞋游戏这一五一节,体现了学生团结协作的精神,如果再将比赛的游戏规则用多媒体呈现出来,让孩子们学得开心,玩得明白,这节课就更加完美了.
虽然新课程标准冲击着传统教育的壁垒，刷新着我们陈旧的观念，接受新课程的每一位教师都在积极实践着，课堂中积极实施自主、合作、探究的教学方式，由教师的一言堂变为师生的群言堂，由专制变为平等，努力实现学生主体。但学生是否真正受益了呢？这样的学习方式虽然充分体现了教学民主,给予学生更多自由活动的时间和相互交流的机会。但是“合作”也必须建立在学生个体“需要”的基础之上，只有学生经过独立思考，有了交流的需要，再开展合作学习才是有价值、有成效的。
因此，今后的教学中，我在组织合作学习之前，首先要提出明确的目标，并对操作程序给予必要的说明。
1、合作前要有充分的准备。
由于小组合作是在一个小集体、小社会中进行的，因此在开展合作学习之前必须要有一定准备和必要的训练。要教给学生必需的合作技能，如尊重对方，善于倾听对方；有不同见解，要等对方说完，再补充或提出反对意见；对对方的'精彩见解和独特观点，要通过表扬、鼓励等形式，达到相互支持。
2、合作前要有适当的讲述。
为了提高效率和缩短宝贵的时间，就出示卡片帮助学生明确先做什么，再做什么。这样，小组学习就能有条不紊的展开。当然，课型不同，教学内容不同，小组合作学习的方式也可适当灵活调整。
3、合作时要处理学生关系。
一般情况下，小组合作学习采用异质性混合小组为多。在组成小组成员时，一些学优生出于小组荣誉考虑，会拒绝或排斥学困生，此时作为教师要做耐心细致的工作，并要激发其相互帮助的学习动机。在学习过程中，优生可能在小组中扮演着核心人物，主宰着整个小组。为了不使学困生变得胆小怯弱，避免学困生的被动性，教师应在教学过程中对其更多关心和鼓励，建立起“能行”的积极期望，提高他们的自信心。
4、合作时要适时引导。
教师始终是小组合作学习的组织者和引导者，无论在有组织的小组讨论中，还是在日常的学习交流中，教师都必须牢记引导者的职责，努力克服盲目的、无意义的教学行为，从而使学生更加体会到小组合作的重要意义。小组合作学习的良好品质不是一朝一夕就能形成的，需要各位教师长期不懈的努力。要通过不断的指导，长期的熏陶，通过相互探讨，不断反思、校正，才能逐步走向成熟。

本节课我由一组填适合的长度单位引入新课：

前三题学生很容易就填出了适当的长度单位，但在第四小题时，学生就很快发现选用前三个单位都不合适，这时有个别学生说：“用分米”，在学生的探究欲望被充分调动时，很自然的导入到新课的教学中。这一导入的设计充分向学生渗透了“分米”这个长度单位也是从实践中产生的，既符合新课标提出的“数学运用生活”这一理念，又为学生直观认识分米，建立1分米的长度观念奠定了基础。
本节课我首先通过比一比——用手比划出1分米的长度，帮助学生建立初步建立1分米长度的概念和感受1分米=10厘米；再通过量一量——量课桌面的长和宽等物体的长度，进一步帮助学生建立表象，最后通过找一找——找身边大约是1分米长度的物体，进一步巩固所建立的概念。本节课为了帮助学生建立概念，我设计了许多的`实践操作活动，整节课学生参与的积极性比较高，在大量的动手操作中，多数学生已经建立了1分米长度单位的概念。
在本节课的巩固练习中，除了完成书中的基本练习后，我还增加了思维拓展题：一根绳子长4米，剪下同样长的3断后还剩下190厘米，剪下的每段长多少厘米？学生由于有了书中练习一第6题的基础后，有近1/4的学生解答出来了。

本节课是在学生已经掌握了两位数加两位数的进位加法的基础上进行教学的，由于笔算的方法与前面的相同，所以本节课我采取的是正向迁移的方法进行教学的。
首先我复习了几题加法口算和一题两位数加两位数的笔算加法题，请学生说说它的计算过程，旨在帮助学生回忆起两位数加两位数的笔算方法。接着我又利用主题图中的数学信息，让学生发现并找出问题，引出今天所教学的内容。
出示教学内容后，我并没有直接讲解，而是让学生独立在自己的练习本上试算出结果，再指名演板，结果多数学生的计算是正确的。为了巩固计算方法，我还重点请学生讲解计算过程，交流在计算过程中所需要注意的问题。由于这是一节计算课，所以整节课感觉很简单，课堂气氛还可以。但是作业做下来，却不尽人意，错误率很高，分析其原因主要是多数学生没有加到进位1。
计算教学看似简单，教师在平时还是多多要加强训练，以切实达到提高全体学生计算能力的要求。
