If you’re sending out résumés and not getting many calls to interview, there’s a good chance that your résumé is the problem. If you’re like most people, your résumé could use some work – and like most people, you’re probably not sure where to start.

从我们猎头公司的角度看这篇英文简历,感觉还是不错的。可以用这样几个字来概括:条理比较清晰,结构比较完整,用词也比较规范。如果说还有哪些地方需要提高的话,可能在“卖点”上需要花一点功夫。从比较专业的眼光去品判一篇英文简历,我想简单概括以下几点,也可为想写好英文简历的经理人作参考:

1、英文简历的格式其实很简单,可以根据自己的经验和专业能力搞得新颖一点。但基本上不外乎以下几个要素,如:

在Professional Experience 之前的要素,描述不用太长篇,高度概括即可。面试人,特别是老外,可从中看出你的英文概括能力(长句的使用)。

2、英文简历中,专业经验、经历(Professional Experience)部分是重头戏。因为这个部分是面试人最感兴趣和关心的,以后即使在面试时,也差不多围绕这个在说话。写简历的人需要花大“手笔”去描述这个部分。 怎样才能描述好,要抓住以下几个关键:

工作职责Responsibility

工作业绩Achievement: 如完成了多少指标,如何完成的?管理多少人,利润提高了多少?等等。

在A,B 中,要不厌其烦地用比较数字说明问题,因为猎头或面试人可能对你的专业不很了解,但每一个人都对跳跃的数字感兴趣,并且记得住,如:团队由最初的3人发展到现在的15人,经销商由的3家扩展到的23家等等。

不要光写成功经验,也要提及曾经走过的弯路和失败。最好是写一个例子,说明原先某个事件看上去已经失败,但通过你的努力,提高很快,很显著,你也从中学到很多。告诉面试人或写在简历上你是通过哪些办法去改变的。老外往往对这一些很感兴趣,因为走过弯路再成功的人更吸引人,也对他的公司更具有实际操作意义。

这个部分用词也有讲究,能令人兴奋和印象深刻的词很多,如:rebuild up, developed, exceed, participated, enhanced, coordinated, conducted, assisted processed, implemented, management,prepared, consolidated, contributed more than % for, over, revenue, growth, excellent performance,top,strategy, awarded, significant increase, milestones, etc.

同学们在课本上学到的知识都是前人总结出来的间接经验,我们必须把间接经验变成属于自己的直接经验才有用,而直接经验是无法取代的,如何把间接经验转化为直接经验,就要经历一个“学习——思考——实践”循环反复的过程,思考的过程是将他人的知识吸收内化的过程,是“反刍”的过程。对学生来说,最有效的学习方法就是做题,通过做题来检测知识与能力的掌握程度和理解程度,做题后,将已会的知识和能力储存起来,不会的或还没有完全掌握的知识再通过教材重新学习和思考。那么,思考后就要实践,为什么有的同学“一看就会,一做就错”呢?其主要原因是懒得做题,缺乏实践这一环节。学习是“知不知”的问题,实践是“做不做”的问题。 于

练习是获取数学知识的有效手段。在以往的课堂教学中,曾经出现这样的假象,上完课后感觉课上得挺顺利,课堂气氛也空前的好,学生也能配合老师的教学,效果应该不错。结果大出所料,家庭作业质量及其差。归根结底在于课堂上学生没有通过充分、有效的练习来巩固新知,教师不能通过课堂练习反馈来查漏补缺,及时调整教学过程,所以不能收到很好的效果。那如何提高课堂练习的有效性?在教学过程中,我们布置的练习要遵循指导性原则,紧扣目标,当堂训练,限时限量,学生独立完成。教师巡视,搜集答题信息,出示参考答案,小组讨论,教师讲评,重点展示解题的思维过程。而对基本题目,多采取学生板演,既减轻学生课外负担,同时由于学习成果及时反馈,又起到激发学生再学习的动机。此时教师胸中有数,也就点拨及时,效果远远超过课外批改。另外,在教学环节我们应承认学生的差异,在练习的设计上我们更应该承认学生基础的差别,因材施教地设计不同层次的练习,让不同层次的学生在练习中体验成功的喜悦,得到应有的发展,为数学高效课堂提供最好的保证。

6、优化课堂教学结构,向40分钟要质量。

课堂教学结构是由很多的教学环节有机组成的,教学环节有先有后,有主有次,教师在教学过程中必须抓住主要环节,优化课堂教学结构,向40分钟要质量。现以小学数学例子来加以论证。

(1)课前训练(3—5分钟)

课前训练包括两个方面的内容:

①基本训练。例如教学低年级数学,20以内的加、减法,表内乘法和相应的除法,以及两位数加、减整十数是小学数学四则计算的基础,要求学生达到脱口而出的程度,这就要长期训练,教师可以在每堂课开始,用二、三分钟的时间,结合教材采用视算、听算、口算等形式,对学生进行必要的训练。这样的基本训练,能大大提高学生的口算能力,使学生节省计算时间,提高计算准确性。为下阶段学习四则计算打下扎实基础。

②复习旧课。“温故而知新”,通过温习,知识的迁移,从而达到新知。小学数学教材的系统性很强,起始教材是后继教材的基础,后继教材是起始教材的发展,因此,课前要根据学习新课内容的需要,复习好相关的旧知识,为学习新课铺路搭桥,为学习新知识做好导入准备。这样,上课开始就把学生的注意力集中到学习上来,为教学新课做好必要的知识准备。例如教学“圆的认识”这课,可让学生说说学过的几何图形,如:三角形、长方形、正方形、梯形、平行四边形等图形的特征,通过比较,归类,为学习“圆的认识”铺路搭桥。

(2)教学新课(15—20分钟)

教学新课是一堂课的重要环节,教师必须把握住,处理好,我们一般可以这样做的:

①明确教学内容。兴趣是最好的教师。教学新课时,简要说明教学内容及其作用,激发学生的学习兴趣和求知欲望,调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,使学生渴望学好新知识。例如教学“圆的认识”这课,可让学生判断老师的脸,再寻找学生中圆圆的脸,拉近师生之间的距离,大大激发学生的学习兴趣和求知望。

②引导学生学会自学。学生自学课本知识是培养学生自学能力,学会学习方法的重要途径,是发展学生智力的有效方法。教给学习方法,比传授知识更重要。为了防止学生自学的盲目性,学生自学前课本前,老师根据教材内容比较系统的问题,要求学生带着问题学,从书中找出问题的答案。例如,教学一位数除多位数1076÷3时,在布置学生自学之前,可以设计这样的两个问题让学生思考,第一个问题:商应写在哪位上?第二个问题:每次除得的余数比除数大还是比除数小?这样,有利于学生初步了解新课知识内容,有利于教师抓住新课知识要点。

③老师点拨。小学生的自学能力毕竟是有限的,而且程度也不尽相同,有看懂的,也有看不懂的,还有似懂非似的。在学生自学课本后,教师要依据所提出的问题,收集反馈的信息。对学生所能理解的问题不讲或少讲,对学生不能理解的问题通过点拨,力争做到点在点子上,拔在要害处。如教学“圆的面积”,当学生通过自学、动手操作后,对圆的面积计算公式推导不是很理解时,老师可这样提示,长方形的面积=长×宽。我们把圆形拼成一个近似的长方形,那长方形的长相当于圆周长的“多少”,长方形的宽相当于圆的“什么”。经过老师这样点拨,学生对圆的面积计算公式就豁然开朗。

④做好课堂小结。好的课堂小结是一堂课的精彩之处。老师在讲解新课后,要结合实例、算式,先引导学生小结出本节课的学习内容,再引导学生自我小结出结论,如有不完善的地方,老师才给予点拨,直到完整为止。应当注意,教师在教学过程中决不能轻易在学生不理解的情况下把结论告诉学生。例如教学“圆的认识”这个内容,在小学阶段,教师不必对圆的定义进行教学,但要引导通过学生观察、比较,梳理,让学生小结出:圆是一个平面图形,曲线,封闭曲线,曲线上的点到中心的距离都一样长。象这样的结论一定要让学生通过小组交流讨论得出,然后全班交流。使学生加深对圆本质属性的理解。老师切忌包办代替。

(3)课堂练习(8—10分钟)

课堂练习是学生加深对所学知识的理解、是巩固知识的必要措施。因此,练习题设计好坏又决定课堂教学质量的高低,教师要把课堂练习题与讲解新课放在同等的地位。备课时就要全面考虑,练习题的内容、形式、数量在教案中固定下来。然后根据实际教学过程中出现的问题进行必要的纠正和补充。教师要认真收集学生课堂练习反馈信息,捕捉自己教学中存在的问题,及时调整自己的教学方法或进度。

(4)布置作业(4—5分钟)

每节课的作业量,根据不同年级,低年级一般在课堂上完成,及时消化所学知识。中、高年级布置适当的家庭作业,有利巩固学过的知识。作业要设计出三种类型,①基础题(让学习有困难的学生完成)。②一般题(让学习成绩在中等的学生完成)。③提高题(让学习好的学生完成)。分层次要求,让每一个学生都体验到成功的快乐。

当然,课堂教学结构和时间安排也不是一成不变的,根据教材内容和课型可以做一些调整、修正,但总体框架是不变的,这样安排,把最佳时间用在新知识的教学上,基本上做到时间过半,新课教学任务完成,讲练时间各半,既保证老师的讲,也照顾到学生的练,这样的课堂教学结构,真正体现学生在学习上的主体地位,有利于克服“满堂灌”, 有利于减轻学生的课业负担,有利于讲练结合,有利于提高课堂教学效率,提高40分钟的教学质量,提高学生综合能力。

一、英文简历种类

1、中式英文 简历

中式 简历 中,常常包括政治面貌、性格及身高体重等信息。如果中英文简历一起递交,建议中文简历中不写政治面貌。因为如果去外企工作,背景中的政治色彩越少越好,起码没有必要让老外知道。

性格是主观的东西,有经验的招聘人员从来不相信任何人写自己的性格,因为它不是硬性的东西,不象学历、技能。有些人如果认为公司要招聘一个比较活跃一点的,便会在简历中写性格开朗。有的是真的相信自己性格开朗,有的是觉得写上更好,其实没必要。

2、港式英文简历

香港出版的简历书写技巧书籍中都要求年龄、婚否、报纸的招聘广告中还要求求职者写上工资现状及预期工资,这些都属于隐私问题,美式简历则不要求提供这些信息。

3、英式英文简历

很接近港式,但个人资料没有港式说得那么多,篇幅长但不详细,我们这里不做过多评论。

4、美式英文简历

国际大公司中比较流行的是美式简历,是我们重点参考的样式,美式简历往往只有一张纸,书写格式却也不十几种,有些书籍甚至登载了上面种样本,我们这里只介绍美国大公司中最流行的一种,如华尔街的投资银行、国际咨询公司、工业公司、制造业公司、营销业公司等都采用这种式样,同时,我们也参考了三个名牌学样:哈佛商学院、沃顿商学院和哥伦比亚商学院的简历样本,式样大同小异,主要以哈佛商学院的为主。

二、英文简历要领

1、招聘人员怎样鉴别 个人简历 ?

好英文简历当然会被保留,如果背景又恰好是公司急需的,可能马上就会约见求职者,不好的英文简历就会被扔掉,事实上,连看都不看,任何一个知名的大公司,每天都有成百上千人递 个人简历 。如果写得太差,根本就不值得保留,因为这些公司认为,一个人连自己的 个人简历 都写不好,将来进了公司,对行文质量不够;对内说件事情也不清楚,公司不需要这样的人,大家经常说大公司的人训练有素,实际上这也是其中一方面,即使不进大公司,个人简历写得不好,也会显得不懂基本格式,没有智慧。
