So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year’s hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. This internal banking system made full use of the corporation’ funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.

例如一些考生总是说：“肯定是……”“绝对是……”“当然了……”，另一些考生却老把“也许”、“可能”、“大概”、“差不多”、“还可以吧”等挂在嘴边。
这两种情况都应该避免。
4.语言呆板、重复使用某种句式或词语如果面试考生回答每一个问题都像小学生解问答题一样：“因为……所以……”，那么即使其内容再精彩，也会令考官乏味。
考生需尽可能地变换句式，使用同义词或近义词等。
例如“因为”就可以在不同的地方换用成：“因此”、“由于”、“由于这个原因”、“之所以……是由于……” 等。
5.不要随便扩大指代范围有的考生经常便用“众所周知……”“正如每一个人了解的那样……”等话语，似乎面试考试应该加入更多人。
这样的话易造成考官心中的逆反心理。
6. 去掉口头禅和伴随动作一个人的面庞上可能会长几颗痣或者“青春痘”，对此我们一般很敏感，会想方设法把它们去掉。
一个人的“言语形象”也可能带着一些“伤痕”，如反复使用的口头禅“那个、那么、然后、呢”等以及诸如扬眉、歪嘴角、搔头发、抹鼻子的伴随动作。
考生应把这些语言的“衍生物”清除掉。
7.“标点符号”的运用多用冒号——不要节外生枝,多用句号一一谈话言简意赅,少用破折号一一避免事后加以补充,记着使用问号一一让考官加入到你的叙述中来。
8.言行虚假虚言假语总会招致别人的反感。
诚实正直是每个考生必备的基本素质之一。

2.总结完毕，再度拷问自己：

二.行文中
行文中始终牢牢记住一个原则：时刻考虑面试官的需要。--------我为什么要录取你，而不是其他的人!?
自我介绍行文中，只有一条主线：我有一个理想，我缺乏一个平台。我用过去的经历和能力证明我有资格挤身于光华这个平台，实现自己的理想。这条主线一定是非常清晰和可行的，中间缺的只是“给我一个平台”这个环节。自我介绍的唯一任务就是要告诉面试官：你今天为什么一定要接收我!我们不是张君，你不接收我，老子一枪崩了你。我们要做的是打动面试官。达到一个“你不接收我，你会后悔，会是你(北大)的遗憾，你看着办吧”的效果。
写自我介绍的过程中，权衡行文主线中的两个方面：目标院校(北大)要录取我，是我需要得到来目标院校(北大)来深造?还是我也值得他们(北大)选择我?

行文中几个关键点：
1. 自信是整个自我介绍的基调。-----自己如果对自己没信心，很难想象如何让别人对自己有信心。但自信不是狂妄。把握好度!
2.一定要用英文思维，第一次就用英文写作!-----人有一种天生的惰性和犯贱。要读MBA一定能够认识到这一点。关键是怎么克服。很多学员希望别人为自己写好介绍，自己背背就行，这样惰性不可能不在面试过程表现出来。所有人也都知道惰性的流露无疑会让自己走向面试的死胡同，但是还是要让惰性控制自己。这就是犯贱。
