国家的法定假日前,作为业务员/跟单都是要同客户写邮件,告知公司放假几天,何时放假,一般此类邮件的主题格式是节日名称+Holiday Notice 即可,或者再加上from+公司缩写+你的英文名。

PAE Sophie发来的春节放假通知 CNY Holiday Notice from PAE Sophie
参加展会,确认展会摊位地址后会提前写邮件给所有新老客户,告知即将参展信息,此类邮件的主题格式:Please visit our stand +展位摊位+展会名字+参展的国家/地区名字。
举例:邮件主题 Please visit our stand A139 at PPP Fair in Kenya

大家请注意这里两个介词,at+展会 in+国家/地区 固定搭配请别混淆。
有遇到一些业务员写的展会邮件主题是:Will you come to Canton Fair? (你会来参加广交会吗)或者Welcome to Top Furniture Booth in the furniture fair. (Top Furniture这里是一家公司名字,欢迎参加家具展Top Furniture的摊位),可是当客人没空点开你的邮件时,纵使客人会参加广交会,可是你的摊位客人一无所知。而Top Furniture给的邮件主题,客人看到了公司名,可是摊位和地点没有一目了然从主题获取,也是比较失败的邮件主题了。
大多数业务员在和客人进行沟通的时候都是雷打不动的邮件主题,可能最初是客户发来询问价格的邮件主题,比方Inquiry for School Bag
书包的询价,到订单签合同,做货,出货邮件主题还是这个。

这样当客人看到主题,都可以捕捉到邮件的梗概,有些大忙人客户时间很有限,忙的和陀螺一样,这样是在帮他们提高工作效率。他也会觉得你很用心,一直在更新进展。
如果工厂有库存低价出售或者有新款推出,你要写邮件告知客户。可以编辑邮件重要性级别,选择高级优先,便会出现在邮件主题前面的红色感叹号。

这样客户在浏览未读邮件的时候你的标题就会变得很醒目。但是对于没有邮件往来的新客户,慎用,否则他会以为是病毒邮件,不敢打开。
推广邮件的主题还可以有以下几种:

这时候就需要一些修饰词来凸显邮件的紧急程度了。
比如Top Urgent 万分紧急 Very Urgent 非常紧急 Urgent 紧急
举例:样板需要确认,你急需客户确认,主题可拟为Top Urgent: Need Your Prompt Confirmation.
