老师常对我们班干部说:“当班干部就要负责任,就要起带头作用,同学们推选你,你就要向同学们负责任。”老师说得没错,但是当班干部,尤其当班长很耽误学习,每当期中考试、期末考试前,我都会放松班干部工作。比如要去学校开的会,我就请病假,该班长做的事情,我就花言巧语推给副班长或其他班干部去做,总之,自己学习不能耽误,学习成绩不能下降,始终要保持在前3名。
