The Importance of confidence
Whatever one does, one should do it with confidence. If one has no confidence, there is little possibility that one would ever achieve anything, especially when one is faced with drawbacks or hardships. This truth seems to be evident. However, in reality we do see a lot of people who complain that they like the ability to do something or that their difficulties are too great to be overcome. For someone, this might be true. But for many others, this only shows that they have lost heart.
Why do people often feel frustrated even though they are capable of doing something? There are, among others, two main reasons. First, these people do have a correct estimate of themselves. Second, they overestimate the difficulties.
It is possible to build up faith in oneself by having the right attitude towards one’s abilities. We should never underestimate one’s abilities. But believe in the proverb: “Where there is a will, there is a way.” Confidence is the promise for fulfilling a task successfully.

In order to earn as much money as possible to raise the children and to keep them in school,she even went to a hospital regularly to sell her blood. 众所周知，下一届世博会将于21日在上海举行。我们家乡将有成千上万的游客，那么我们应该如何表现我们的礼貌呢？当然，我们所有人都喜欢表现出我们的良好举止，所以我们应该注意我们的日常习俗，中国是一个历史悠久的传统国家。年轻人应该向世界展示我们的中国文化和良好的`举止。说起来容易做起来难，我们大多数人都不知道。有时他们到处扔垃圾，红灯时过马路。虽然他们知道这些行为不好，但他们仍然这样做。我希望我们每个人都能参加这个社会实践。我们应该好好表现自己，尊重我们的老师等等，努力向世界展示我们最好的礼貌。
我认为，我们在日常生活中应该遵循以下三点：
第一：保持我们的衣服干净整洁，过多的化妆对我们来说看起来不自然。
第二：要遵守古语：看不见邪恶，听不见邪恶，说不出邪恶。
第三：我们应该对别人有礼貌，尤其是对外国人。当世博会到来时，会有很多外国人，我们可以向他们展示友好，我们可以向他们展示方法，我认为我们的笑脸也是必要的。
展示良好的礼貌迎接21世纪的世博会。

人自从出生开始，就会跑步，(Since the beginning of birth, we'll run)跑步是一种本能，是我们躲避伤害的方式(Running is an instinct, which is a way to avoid hurting)。但，更重要的是，跑步是一种能让人变得更健康的运动(But, more importantly, running is a kind of movement which make us to become healthier.)。我们每年都要参加体质测试(Physique Examination)，男生要跑1000米，女生800米，可是总是有些人故意躲避，(Every year we have to participate in the Physique Examination.In the Physique Examination .The boy should run 1000 meters. While 800 metres for girls.But there always some people, try to escape.)他们认为，长跑对它们来说除了累和痛苦，并没有带来别的什么。(They think that beside pain, Long-distance running did not bring anything else)
在我看来，跑步是一种能让人变强的运动(In my opinion, Long-distance running is a sport which can make us stronger)。不仅仅是身体上让自己变得更强壮，更重要的是在精神上(not only in our body,but also in our mand)。当你在跑1000米的时候，特别是跑到第二圈的时候，你会有10000个理由想停下来，(When I’m running, especially in the second round, I would have get 10,000 excuse to give up)。因为没有人强迫你跑下去，可是你手上的秒表还在走(Because no one forces me to run down, but stopwatch in my hand is still going)。如果你现在停下来，意味着，你讲没有成绩，前面的所有努力都将白费(If I stop, it means that I have get noting,what have done was in vain)。所以要坚持，再坚持(So I tell myselfe never give up)。不断地强化自己的意识，让自己成长，耐得住艰难困苦。(Again and again, I get loneliness.)
有些例子希望与大家分享(Now I hope to share with you some examples)：

看过《阿甘正传》的同学一定对其中他跑遍美国的画面印象深刻。为什么阿甘要去跑步( Anyone who have seem the film “Forrest Gump” may impressed in a foce,whice is Gump run around of the United States)，他说：跑步是为了忘记过去，心情不好的时候就去跑步，没有目标的时候就跑步，需要某种东西让自己平静下来，迷失了自己想去找回来(Why Forrest Gump go running, he said: running is a way to forget the past,
and I feel bad when I’m running, running when I have no target, I need something to calm down, I want to look back because i lost myself.)。执着是他一次次成功的原因。(Attachment is the reason why he get succes again and again.)

当他跑步的时候，从一开始被人嘲笑，到最后成为领袖，这就是一路收获的过程。(The time when he was running from the start.he always be laughed, In the end become a leader.This is the way the process of harvesting.)

20xx届的一个学长，也是杭电电子学院的，来自新疆，家里很穷，可是他很有志气(The second example.20xx a session of seniors, who come frome Xinjiang is also study in Hangzhoudianzi University Electronic College .His family is poor,
but he is very discouraged)。从大一开始，他每天都要到东边的操场跑步，跑的也不快，每天坚持10000米，25圈，他毕业的成绩非常好。Begin as a freshman, he goes to the east of the playground every day to do Long-distance running, not fast, but long.Every day 10,000 meters, 25laps, 20xx he graduated vith a good resault.
