一、主题概念：
“课前演讲”是指教师在开课新授前提供时间给学生，学生按一定的顺序轮流上台讲演。要求他们态度大方，表情自然，用洪亮的声音完整、清楚地给同学们讲一个内容，可以从平常小事中发现哲理，也可以谈风土人情、谈社会、谈理想、谈志趣、讲故事、说笑话、以及地名、成语故事的来源等。演讲内容健康即可。
二、理论依据：
新《语文课程标准》指出：“培养学生高尚的道德情操和健康的审美情趣，形成正确的价值观和积极的人生态度，是语文教学的重要内容，不应把它们当做外在的附加任务。应该注重熏陶感染，潜移默化，把这些内容贯穿于日常的教学过程之中。”著名教育家张孝纯先生说过：“应以语文课堂教学为轴心，向学生生活的各个领域开拓延展，全方位地把学生的语文学习同他的'学校生活、家庭生活和社会生活有机结合起来，把发展语文能力同发展智力素质非智力素质有机结合起来，把读、写、听、说四个方面的训练有机结合起来，使学生接受全面的、整体的、能动的、网络式的和有力的培养和训练。”从而我们可以得出：课前演讲是对学生进行德育教育，培养学生说话能力的有力途径。
“不积小流，无以成江河；不积跬步，无以至千里。”语文学习历来都讲究“积累”二字，“一蹴而就”显然在这门学科中是行不通的。
三、活动意义：
1、锻炼了学生们的口头表达、书面表达、交际、思辨能力，增强了他们的自信心和勇气。
2、提高了同学们观察问题、分析问题的能力，开阔了眼界，扩大了知识面，丰富了学生们的业余生活。
3、加强了老师与学生、学生与学生的沟通。
4、适应小学高年级学生的较强的自我意识和自我表现欲望的心理需要，给学生提供了一个展现自己才华的机会。
四、活动现状：
“热闹有余，收获不大”的现象普遍存在，即学生积极、热情地参与，但说话、写作能力的提高却不明显。有如下弊端：
1、轮到某小组的同学做演讲时，却无人准备。其主要责任在于小组长没有组织好，所以要对各小组的小组长做好要求，让他们认真履行好自己的职责。
2、很多同学认为课前演讲就是找资料，上讲台念资料。希望他们的演讲不仅局限于查找的资料，最好能融入自己小组成员的观点，要有自己的东西。 “课前演讲”可以与作文、阅读等教学相联系、相结合。
3、点评肤浅。无论是学生还是教师，点评都仅止于：学生的仪容仪表，音量音色，流利程度，准备情况等。千篇 一律，未能挖掘演讲材料的意义、内涵，表达自己对材料的理解、感悟、启迪。
四、操作建议：
1、思想动员。激起学生的兴趣。
2.安排顺序。由班长与课代表广泛征求意见，排出课前5 分钟轮流演讲表（每节晚辅导课前一人）（第一轮由课代表、班干部带头，下一轮开始按学号或座位）。
3.学生提前一周准备。或收集材料或自行撰写并做好充分准备。
4.教师审稿。宣布轮流演讲名单，用一节课时间作方法指导，鼓励动员，宣布从某节课开始；要求学生选择材料后就给教师审稿，课代表督促检查准备情况。
5.正式开始。上课铃响，教师进教室找一空位坐下，如学生一般聆听台上演讲，学生可自告奋勇担当主持人。
6.师生互动点评。教师由示范点评至学生自主点评，教师或鼓励或点拨或作“换位”教育（师生互换、生生互换），随时作适当的正误、优劣评价。
五、材料选择
1.优秀演讲稿。
2.成语故事、寓言故事、名人故事、身边小事。故事的文字吸引人，意味深长，是较好的课前材料，能一下子抓住学生或松散，或紧张的注意力，从而投入到课堂学习中去。
3.经典短文。欣赏文质优美的短文，是学生积累语言的重要渠道。现当代作家的作品，舒缓、清丽、短小、含蓄又富有哲理。
4.名人小传。名人之所以成名，必有其超越常人之处，从其生平经历中我们可以获得些启示，构建自己的人生。
5.唐诗宋词赏析。语言精辟，内涵丰富，为平时的写作增添感染力、说服力，文学功底在此铸就。
6.自己写的大、小作文，口语交际。这些作品必须修改成演讲稿，语言要精炼、上口，听者易懂。
7.和课文内容相关的材料。可作为新课导语，如作者的生平，课文作者的其他短篇作品，写作此文时的历史背景等。
8．课文后要求积累的词语。根据新课文后面要求积累的词语，自选五个，串成一段有内容有思想的文字，进行演讲。
六、评价标准
演讲者：仪表大方，姿势端正；声音宏亮，发音清晰；有适当的表情动作，语气合理；选材生动，能吸引听众；中心明确，条理清楚；选材有教育意义，富有内涵者加分
听评者：根据以上评价标准进行点评。（低年级）

总之，开展“课前演讲”活动对于推动演讲课教学的发展，赋予演讲课教学新鲜活力和创造力有着重要意义。对演讲课教学来说是一种行之有效的活动方式，因为它切实做到了理论与实际联系、知识向能力转化，值得我们继续改进和不断探索，使它真正成为学生增进知识、锻炼能力、交流思想的舞台。让这一方小小的讲台，成为学生了解世界的窗口，培养能力的阵地。

教给学生知识，更要教会学生学会说话
哈佛大学校长说：“在造就一个有教养的人的教育上，有一种训练必不可少，那就是优美而文雅的谈吐。”
据统计，在我国的青少年中，胆怯者约占80%以上，即使在工作多年、有一定阅历的青年中，也有50%左右常感到胆怯。因此作为教师，尤其是作为语文教师，不仅自己要有一个好的口才，还帮助学生学会说，这责无旁贷。这学期我就开始在我的课堂上引入课前三分钟“脱口秀”活动。
在课前重新引入三分钟演讲是源于两件事情。去年四月份，我和郑老师代表集慧中学到河北唐山岔河中学聊书。去之前，我也曾做了充分的准备，对文稿的内容也是反反复复看了多次，可谓是烂熟于心了。但到了正式开讲的地方，见到下面的一个个陌生的面孔，我的心已怦怦乱跳个不停了。到我上场的时候，我觉得心脏几乎要从胸腔里跳出来，拿着话筒的手不听使唤，颤抖不已，声音也有些异样。到我终于讲完下来，我的内心充满了沮丧，明明我可以讲的更好的，却因为胆怯做的不够完美，不能把自己真实的水平发挥出来。
还有一件事就发生在年前，那次段领导找我，让我上一节“问题生成课”的示范课。我犹豫了一下答应了下来。对这个课型我是非常熟悉的，因为学习竞业园，我们已经走过了一年半的时间，这之间我们从迷茫到实践，可谓是摸着石头过河，经过了太多的摸爬滚打，但一些课型驾驽的还不是游刃有余。我就是在这样的背景下接下这个任务的。课前我做了大量的准备：培训学科长（因为这两个班我刚接手两个月时间，许多时候同学们还不能达到我的要求，缺少默契。）认真备课、查阅之前在竞业园时所记的笔记等。那了那天，同学们个个精神抖擞，课堂表现积极，补充和拓展都很到位。相对而言，我的表现就有点差强人意，因为在图书馆里讲课，我要适应场地，手拿课本，还要拿评价单，又要拿多媒体播放用的笔，最要命的，因担心场地大学生听不清，我还手拿了一个话筒，当我的声音从话筒里传出来时，我的心一下就乱了。后来，我干脆扔掉了话筒，才算缓过神来，但最终这节课没有达到我预期的效果。 假期里面，我开始认真反思自己，为什么从教这么多年，也算是走南闯北，见过很多场面，为什么一到正式场合就会紧张，不能把自己最好的一面发挥出来呢。认真反思，我发现，其时是因为我这些年来，锻练的不够，许多时候都是在一个小舞台上走动，没有经过大的场面，练的太少，自信不够。我终于找到症结所在了。
痛定思痛，想一想我的同学们。现在的这些孩子，要么是在下面夸夸其谈，到展讲时却又鸦雀无声，或者是有些同学终于能勇敢地站在讲台上，却又不能很好的表达自己自己的意愿，词不达意。究其根本，就在于这些孩子锻练的太少，没有经过很系统的训练。我不想他们走我的老路。
作为一名语文老师，不仅要教给孩子知识，教他们作文，还要教他们学会说话，学会准确的表达自己的观点，并且要敢于却表达自己的观点。于是，我想，这一学期，我要做这一件大事，除了完成正常的教学任务之外的另一件大事，就是要为学生创设一个去表达他们观点的舞台，让他们能尽情去展示自己，不仅是锻练口才更是锻练胆量。
