but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.
it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

when i was young, i used to be very naughty. life then was like a glaball ,shining with bright colours. i had once gone down to the river bank, catching a great many worms and was afterwards punished by mum. i had ever cut the pillow towel into pieces in order to make clothes for my dolls. similarly, i was then blamed seriously. once i even put the hot iron on the floor which immediately burnt a big hole on the carpet. although i had done so many annoying things, my childhood seemed to be rather colourful. however, i had never had a clear definition about myself. but then something happened. it had made a great difference to my life and made who i am now.
i had always been afraid of having the intravenous drop in hospital. the first time i was taken to have the drop, i cried for almost half an hour and finally gave off at father's severe scolding. watching the cold needle stabbing into my skin, i cried even more loudly. at that time, i never dared to take a glance at my hand and always needed my mother to stay with me at my side. even if mum had told me many times,” honey, there’s nothing to be scared of. just close your eyes and sleep.“ i would still keep my eyes wide open, watching the liquid flow through the bottle and never slept.
nevertheless, things just happened in a casual way. when i caught a high fever again when young, mum had to send for the doctor home to treat me. i was so sick that i became quite drowsy and then slept. when i suddenly woke up in the afternoon, i found the liquid in the bottle had already flown over ,while mum and dad were not around. i yelled, but finally found it was of no use. so i jumped out of the bed and pulled up the tubule. in the nature of things, the blood came out and dropped along the way i went downstairs. things became different at the time i went down alone. i discovered that i could be independent. i was much stronger than i had thought. looking back on the girl who cried all day, i came to understand suddenly that the strong part of the inner myself had been existing all the time. seeing the anxious mum, i revealed a big smile to her. i could see that mum was trying to hold her tears back and scrubbed my blood on the hand. she didn't know that her little girl had stealthily grown up.
today i am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. what is success? it is what everyone is longing for.sometimes success would be rather simple. winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now i am standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.
however, as a person's whole life is concerned, success becomes very complicated. is fortune success? is fame success? is high social status success? no, i don’t think so. i believe success is the realization of people's hopes and ideals.nowadays, in the modern society there are many people who are regarded as the successful. and the most obvious characteristics of them are money, high position and luxurious life. so most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. but the problem is wether it is real success. we all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. if we keep chasing them, where is the end? what will satisfy us at last? therefore, we can see, to get the real success we must need something inside, which is the realization of people's hopes and ideals.
different people have different ideas about success; cause people's hopes and ideas vary from one another. but i am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. these are the best treasures. so now i am very proud that i have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. it is my success, cause i raise up to challenge my hope.
亲爱的同学们：
大家早上好!
今天由我来为大家进行课前三分钟的演讲，我感到十分的荣幸。今天我演讲的主题就是自信。
不知道大家有没有听过这么一句话：“我宁愿选择骄傲也不选择自卑。因为骄傲需要资本，资本需要积累，积累需要汗水，而自卑却什么也不需要。”这句话是我在看乔松楼将军在复旦大学演讲视频时偶然间听到的。
每个人的人生都并非一帆风顺，并非永无波浪的湖面。而是一场充满艰辛，坎坷，曲折，充满挑战与挫折的旅途。属于我们的每一个新的一天都是一次挑战。在迎接每日的朝阳时，我们需要足够的自信来克服遇到的困难，不要一遇到一点困难就觉得是世界末日了，其实都会过去的，并没有那么困难。
爱因斯坦的“相对论”发表之后，有人曾炮制了一本《百人驳相对论》，网罗了一批所谓名流对这一理论进行声势浩大的挞伐。可是，爱因斯坦自信自己的理论必然胜利，对哒伐不屑一顾。他说：“假如我的理论是错的，一个人反驳就够了，一百个零加起来还是零。”
同学们，或许我们无法成为像爱因斯坦一样成为为社会做出极大贡献的人。但我们依旧应该向他一样自信的面对一切，面对困难，面对挫折，或许前面有很多的机会在等着我们。
居里夫人说过：“我们应该有恒心，尤其要有自信心!我们必须相信，我们的天赋是要用来做某种事情的，无论发生什么事情，活着的人总要照常工作。”正是自信，支持她在经受了失恋、丧夫、社会上的流言蜚语等打击之后，两次荣获了诺贝尔奖，为人类的科学事业做出了巨大的贡献。
我一直都坚信，自信是一种力量，一种引领我们坚持的力量。无论身处顺境，还是逆境，都应该微笑地，平静地面对人生，有了自信，生活便有了希望。“天生我材必有用”，哪怕命运之神一次次把我们捉弄，只要拥有自信，拥有一颗自强不息、积极向上的心，成功迟早会属于你的。
亲爱的同学们，高中三年注定是不平凡的三年。从今天开始，从现在开始，我们都可以把汗水的积累转化为骄傲，自信的资本。以舍我其谁也的雄心壮志面对我们应该面对的每一次考验。让我们的高中生活成为人生光彩绚丽的回忆。

上午好!
今天我讲话的主题是“关爱明天，普法先行”。
俗话说：“没有规矩不成方圆”，无论做什么事都要有个规矩，否则就什么也做不成。对国家、社会来说，这个规矩就是法律。依法治国是我国的治国基本方略，是社会进步、社会文明的一个重要标志，是我们建设社会主义现代化国家的必然要求。同学们，当文明学生，做守法公民，接受健康的思想，并时刻以法律为准绳，规范自己的言行，监督自己的行为，严格要求自己，使自己健康成长。这是我们学会做人的前提。
作为学生的我们，应该做到以下几点：
1、养成良好的行为习惯，认真履行学生的一日常规，用校纪校规约束自己的行为，做到严格遵守。因为遵守纪律是遵守法律的最基础的环节。
2、履行的法律义务和责任，自己所拥有的权利，自己应明确地知道，什么可以做，什么不可以做，要学会对自己行为的控制，增强法制意识。树立自尊、自律、自强意识，增强辨别是非和自我保护能力。
3、胸怀宽阔，不因小事激化同学矛盾，如果有矛盾双方都要退让一步，积极化解矛盾，应该冷静地处理，而不能说一些刺激性的话语、做一些挑衅性的动作而激化矛盾，更不应该大打出手，造成严重的违纪现象。如果盲目冲动约请校外人员，性质会发生更严重的变化，将会受到学校的严肃处理，甚至是法律的严惩。
同学们：“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。”在践行社会主义核心价值观的今天，任何丑恶的、不良的行为和习惯，我们都应坚决制止，决不含糊。让我们携起手来，认真学习、严格遵守各项法律、法规，自觉抵制各种不良现象，一起学法、知法、守法。用我们美好的心灵去净化身边的丑恶，用我们灵巧的双手共建人类的文明，共创和谐校园。
同学们，你喜欢自己吗?你对自己满意吗?你很羡慕某些人，甚至愿意自己也成为他吗?如果你对自己有疑惑，那么我来告诉你：就像每一片叶子都有它独特的形状，每一朵花儿都有它独特的香味，我们每一个人都是世上独一无二的个体，在这个世界上，没有两个人是完全一样的。我们每一个人的存在，都有自己的价值与意义，别人可以比我好，也可以比我差，但没有人可以取代我。美国少年天使肯尼，一出生就因为身体畸形截掉双腿，后来又发现切口的根部被癌细胞侵入，只好把腰部以下的身体全部切除。但是，肯尼并没有向病魔低头，他在家人的帮助下向自己的生命挑战，拼命练习生存技能，使得自己日渐独立，能跟常人一样上学，甚至还学会了溜滑板、溜冰。肯尼的生命是美丽的、动人的。
有时候我们以为遭遇到的危机使我们走投无路了，却在事后发现这是生命的转机。美丽的生命在于勇于更新，且愿意努力学习。化蛹为蝶，才能使生命焕然一新。人的一生也需要蜕变才能成长。每一次蜕变都回带你走进人生的新领域、新境界，使你获得新的感受、新的惊喜。
健康的我们，更要学会容忍自己的不足和缺点。俗话说人无完人。正因为这样，我们才要不断学习、不断提高自己。如何在正视不足和缺点的前提下，采取积极的行动来弥补不足、克服缺点呢?一方面要正确和别人做比较，认识到自己在群体中处于什么样的位置，寻找以后努力的方向;另一方面要正确认识自己。不要只从不同的方面平价自己，却看不到自己的优点，老觉得“某某的学习比我好，某某的书法比我好，某某的琴比我弹得好”，而实际上每个人身上都有自己的闪光点:学习好的可能体育不如你，书法好的可能学习不如你，不要一味给自己挑毛病。既能够看到闪光点，也能够看到不足之处，对自己的认识才会全面，才能更好的取长补短。
台湾著名作家琼瑶，小时候除了语文外，其他学科成绩并不好。有一次，数学考试她只考了20分，学校发给她一张“通知单”，要她拿回去给父母盖章。捱到深夜，她鼓足勇气拿着通知书交给母亲。母亲整个脸色都阴暗下去，将他好好责骂了一顿。她绝望的给母亲写了一封长信，服毒自杀，幸亏抢救及时，才没有造成终身的遗憾。从死神手中逃回来的她，分析了自己的长处与短处，下决心取长补短，专心写作。父母默认了她的追求，她开始发挥自己写作方面的长处，真正追求自己的事业，最终取得了令人羡慕的成就。
所以我们要多鼓励自己：“成绩单不漂亮没关系，只要我努力，就是一名好学生!”“基础不好没关系，只要我每天都有进步，就是一种成功!”“我的生活是充满阳光的，努力的我最美丽!”这样自信的度过每一天，你会越来越体验到：我的人生是非常有价值的，我是最棒的! 你看校园里：操场上干干净净无纸屑，四周围绿树草皮话烂漫，楼房整齐一排排，同学们穿红着绿好漂亮，外面还有绿水青山来拥抱，谁敢说我们的校园不美吗啊?可是今天，老师要实话实说：我们的校园里还有美中的不足，还存在着”丑“的东西。
那么这个”丑“到底藏在哪里呢?
我说这个”丑“就藏在一些同学的嘴巴里。前些天，我路过教室门口，竟听到有同学在相互传唱这样的一首打油诗：(什么)读书苦啊，读书累，读书还要缴学费，不如参加黑社会，有吃有喝有地位
下面还有更难听的，我也不好意思给大家再背下去了。当时，我心情沉重地回到了办公室，跟老师聊起这样的事情。老师们在生气之余告诉我，前些时候还流传过这样一个顺口溜：(什么)一年级是小偷二年级是贼，三年级的美女没人追，四年级的帅哥排成对，五年级的情书满天飞，六年级的鸳鸯成双对，
这是什么话?是怎样的人编造的?其编造的目的又在哪里呢?同学们对这样的一些问题思考过吗?昨天，老师对这些问题，思考了一个晚上，现在我的回答是很肯定的，对于第一个问题--这是些什么话?我说是瞎话瞎讲，以为根本没有这个事实，纯属胡编乱造。第二个问题--是些怎样的人胡编乱造的?我的回答是：是一些胸无大志，不愿学习，只贪图眼前舒服与享受的，又别有用心的人编造的。他们的别有用心又再哪里呢?--他们学坏了，还想让更多的人也跟着学坏。打个比方，他们已经落水了，快要淹死了，还想多找几个人下水陪他们一起淹死，这就是他们的目的。所以，同学们一定要小心啊!
古人说：”言为心声"，就是说，一个人的语言直接反映了他的思想。有人说，眼睛是心灵的窗户，我说，语言是心灵的一面镜子，什么样的语言就是一个什么样的人，如果想做一个文明的学生，首先应该从学会说文明的语言开始。
校园是教育人，培养人，塑造人的地方，校园应该是一个美丽而纯洁的地方，所以我们绝不允许此类不文明语言来玷污我们美丽纯洁的校园，毒害小朋友们纯洁美丽的心灵，大家说，对吗?
让我们行动起来，自觉地抵制这些不文明语言的传播。 让我们行动起来，人人都来自觉地使用文明礼貌语言。
让我们人人都来用美丽的语言，给我们的校园再添一份美吧。
