大学生写好个人简历必需知道下面的禁忌
一份好的个人简历,既能全面反映求职者现状,又有严密的科学性,所以较能引起招聘者的重视。
但如何通过简历来表达自己的特长,以引起招聘者的关注,很多求职者不甚明了。
根据笔者多年工作经验,择业人员写好简历务必要注意“六忌”:
一、忌长篇大论、夸夸其谈。
简历,顾名思义是简练的经历,切不可篇幅过长,洋洋洒洒十几页,写的人费力,看的人费神。
简历要精炼,使看的人一目了然,印象深刻,否则,尽管你主观愿望很好,但结果往往事与愿违,反而影响效果。
二、忌过于轻率、随心所欲。
撰写简历是很严肃、很重要的一项工作,可以这样讲,一份高质量的简历是成功就业的前兆,撰写简历切不可轻率行事、信手拈来,应再三斟酌、反复推敲,在应聘前就应该做好充分的准备,写好简历或打好腹稿,该写的写清,不该写的删除,扬长避短,做到写的简历合式、合格、合理、合意。
三、忌笔迹潦草、错字别字。
有的人写简历为了图快,字写得龙飞凤舞,尽情发挥,看这样的简历如同看天书,看都很费力还有何兴趣可言?有的是在打印、复印时不注意质量,掉行漏字,而漏、掉的恰恰又是关键的字句。
错字、别字都是可以克服的缺陷,因为粗心大意而痛失良机那真是太不合算了。
四、忌虚假不实、前后矛盾。
简历是较真实地反映自己学历、经历、技能和成就的重要自述,如果凭空捏造,或有夸张、虚假的成分,与本人真实情况不符,即使一时得逞,也总会露出马脚,前“功”尽弃不算,还可能封闭其它的成功通道,那就太得不偿失了。
五、忌稀奇怪异、生僻花哨。
有的求职者为了给自己的简历生辉、增色,把大量的花哨、华丽的词句堆砌在一起,或大量的使用成语、俗语,有的人甚至于自己去创造成语,却不知有时会弄巧成拙,给人有画蛇添足之嫌。
还有些人喜欢在简历中用些生僻的字、句或喜欢用些繁体字,本想展示自己的才华,孰不知有时适得其反。
六、忌方向不明、条理不清。
这是很重要的一条,一篇写得好的简历,必须主题鲜明,中心突出,布局必须合理,逻辑不能混乱。
是应聘“会计”还是“文秘”或者“物业管理”,全篇都要围绕一个主题,主要的可以多写些,次要的可以少写、不写,不要一篇简历看下来,人家还不知简历作者究竟适合和想要做什么工作。

决定履历篇幅是否恰当的规则就是没有定则
决定其篇幅的因素包括有职业、企业、工作经历、教育和造诣程度等等。
最重要的就是,履历中的每一个字都要能够推销该候选人。
人称代词和冠词的用法
履历是商业沟通的形式,它应该是简洁和被正式书写的。
它不应该出现“我”的字样,且尽量少用冠词。
试看一例:
陈述:我已经开发了一种新的产品,它使销售额增加了200万,使部分销路总量增加了12%.
应该写成:新开发的产品使销售额增加了200万,使部分销路总量增加了12%.
罗列私人信息或者不相干的信息
许多人会在履历中概括他们的兴趣,比如阅读,徒步旅行和滑雪等等。
其实,这些只有在它们与目标工作有关联的时候才最好加入。
