In modern enterprises, the problem of interpersonal relationship between enterprise practitioners to make the majority of the workplace and enterprise managers suffer torment“. Whether it is a division of labor, or promotion, or whether the distribution of benefits; the starting point is how pure and fair will because some people's subjective factors and become whirling, tangled. With these ”subjective factors“ gradually spread, simple relationships, relationships become complex: a dozen people in the office, can have several different factions, more can breed out by these factions of the hundreds of tangled topic. Accustomed to such a calm, placid veteran, the office is likened to the battlefield, here, every day a field without the smoke of the war contest, no matter you tired, as long as you are willing to ”quack“, ”involuntarily".
