根据《教育部办公厅关于进一步完善推荐优秀应届本科毕业生免试攻读研究生工作办法的通知》(教学厅〔〕5号)，教育部建立“全国推荐优秀应届本科毕业生免试攻读。
研究生信息公开暨管理服务系统，作为推免工作统一的信息备案公开平台和网上报考录取系统。
9月25日前，推荐高校应将推免生名单上报至该系统。
9月20日起，考生可在系统进行注册、查询本人推免生资格及相关政策，并填报个人资料信息。
9月28日至10月25日，推免生可通过该系统填写报考志愿、接收并确认招生单位的复试及待录取通知。
近日，全国各大高校的推免工作已陆陆续续的展开，为降低异地学生赴考成本，中国科学技术大学今年首次在“接收校外推荐免试硕士研究生”考试中实行网络面试。考生通过加入网络面试系统，实时回答考官的提问，在异地即可完成面试。预计，今年将有上千名考生以网络面试的方式接受中国科学技术大学的选拔。
