简介
专四口语考试对于专四考生来说可以考也可以选择不考，院校老师对英语专业学生并没做出硬性规定及课余辅导，不过既然专四有口语考试，同学们可以把它作为测试自己口语的一项测试，正所谓技不压身嘛。
全国英语专业四级口语考试仍然采用录音口试，将于笔试一周后举行。根据大纲要求，口试内容将分解为三项：
(1) 复述故事(听两遍故事后复述3分种);
(2) 即席讲话(根据所给的题目准备3分钟后，作即席讲话3分钟);
(3) 对话(根据规定的角色各自准备3分钟后，对话4分钟)。
所要复述的故事大约有300字，一般都是描述过去发生的事情。听故事时，允许学生记笔记。听两遍后直接复述，没有准备的时间。用于即席讲话的题目一般都与复述故事的主题有一定的联系，即席讲话需要描述自己的经历。口试第三部分的对话形式一般都是大学生所熟悉的话题。双方讲话采用讨论的方式，对某个问题发表自己的意见。
评分项目为五项：复述、即席讲话、语音语调及语法。其中，前三项评分针对三项任务的完成情况，后两项是对考生在完成前三项任务中的语音语调及语法的总体评价。具体评分过程如下：
(1)评分教师首先给三项任务依次打分，但每项任务的评分重点不同。复述部分强调故事的完整性与条理性;即席讲话强调内容切题、丰富、条理清楚，表达流畅;交谈部分强调讨论充分、遵循交际原则。
(2)评分教师就考生在三项任务中的语音语调与语法进行总体的评价，打综合分。分数采用百分制，每五分为一档。
(3)将五项分数相加，得到总分。
(4)每盘磁带由两名教师评分，两个分数的平均数为每个学生的原始成绩。
(5)将原始成绩转换成优秀、良好、及格与不及格四个等级。凡是成绩在及格以上的学生可获得全国高校外语专业教学指导委员会颁发的证书。
普通高校英语专业四级口试评分标准
优秀
90～100 能有条理地复述所听材料的详细内容。 能紧扣所给题目，有条理地组织自己的讲话，内容充实，语言流畅，无不必要的停顿。 能根据所规定的情景和角色灵活自如地进行交谈;能很好地遵守交际原则。 语音正确，发音清晰，语调自然，接近本族语者。 语法基本正确，明显错误较少。
良好
80～89 能有条理地复述所听材料的重要内容。 紧扣主题，有条理地组织自己的讲话，内容较充实;讲话中有少数犹豫和结巴，但对交际无影响。 能根据所规定的情景和角色进行交谈，遵守交际原则，但不够灵活自如。 语音无明显错误，发音清晰，语调自然，稍有口音。 有少数明显错误，但不严重。
及格
60～79 能有条理地复述所听材料的重要内容，但条理性不够。 能就所给的题目组织自己的讲话，但内容不够充实或少部分内容不切题;讲话中犹豫或结巴次数较多，有时影响交际。 交谈内容有口音，语音有一些错误，但不影响表达。 有少数严重语法错误，但不影响表达。
不及格
0～59 遗漏重要内容，或复述内容与所听材料有较大出入。 能就所给的题目组织自己的讲话，但条理性不够，内容比较简单或与题目毫无关系;讲话中犹豫或结巴频率太高，严重影响交际。 和对方交谈有明显的困难，不能很好地遵守交际原则。 口音重，语音有严重的错误，影响表达。 有严重语法错误，影响表达。
Nowadays, the consumer credit is becoming more popular and people’s consumption idea is changing. Some people tend to spend tomorrow’s money for today’s comfort. They believe that anticipating tomorrow’s money benefits the individuals as well as the society. In my point of view, I agree with this.

I am not supportive of the idea that either takes priority. It is necessary and absolutely possible that economic development and environmental protection co-exist,in the sense that both of them are indispensable factors for the prosperity of society.
Economic development is seemingly more important, due to the fact that it creates enormous job opportunities, improves living conditions and increases government revenues. Yet, the above goals can only really be reached on condition that the environment is well. protected.
