面试是一种通过面对面交流沟通来考察面试者的方式。想顺利面试的话就需要有很好的沟通能力了。良好的在面试中和面试官的交流,肯定会和面试官有共鸣,这样的话就有很大的机会被录用。
那么,所有人际沟通中所应该注意的地方在这里也完全有效,甚至更加重要,因为在这短短的时间,你需要完全展现自己的实习。如果你抱着酒香不怕巷子深的观念,那么想在面试的时候让面试官选中你的,有这样的想法是会吃亏的。
现在我就对于技术面试中的一些注意事项来说明:
面试官向你提出了一个问题。你顿时觉得天旋地转,此时,首先你需要做的是保持镇静,告诉自己一定可以。其次,你需要以探讨的方式来询问面试官,是否可以将题目重复一遍,或者是你听懂了一部分,但是对于题目中的某些细节并不是很明白,那么请你直抒胸臆,切不可默不作声,然后自己揣测题意。当你把题目都听明白之后,就可以开始思考了,当你思考到一些重要的'地方,那么请将这样的思路写在面试官给你的草稿纸上,一方面有助于自己的思路,另一方面也方面面试官看清你的思考过程,如果对于采取那种方案并不是很确定,那么都可以写下,或者直接询问面试官应该采取某种方案,一般而言,大家会对问题做一些假设,从而使得你的思考继续下去。面试细节决定成功,要深刻的记住这个问题。对于那些写代码的题目,一定要先将大概的思路讲给面试官听,得到他的同意之后,再进行具体代码的书写,因为具体代码只是作为思考过程的最终展示,即使代码中有些细节问题,也不会十分影响面试官对于你的印象。
总之,一句话,与面试官良好的沟通才是面试成功的关键。

Prepping for job interviews is the subject of plenty of coaching and advice. But when job interviews turn to juggle-related topics, some questions can catch interviewees completely unprepared.
Some women readers say they have been asked, ’What are your child-care arrangements?’ or ’Do you plan to have a family any time soon?’ Author Bob Rosner identifies other ’toxic questions’ in his book, ’The Boss’s Survival Guide’: ’I love your accent; where are you from?’ (This one suggests ethnic or racial discrimination.) ’When did you graduate from high school?’ (This one smacks of age discrimination.) ’Are you currently using birth control?’ (Again, implies pregnancy discrimination.)
To avoid appearing to discriminate based on sex, bosses should stick strictly to job-related queries. Employers with 15 or more employees are covered by federal anti-discrimination law, which makes sex and pregnancy discrimination illegal; a few states, including New York, New Jersey and California, have anti-bias laws covering smaller employers.
Some managers try to startle interviewees into candid revelations about their personal values or philosophy. 遇到提问陷阱采用迂回战术
“如果我录用你,你将怎样开展工作”这是一道陷阱题,如果应聘者对于应聘的职位缺乏足够的.了解,最好不要直接说出自己开展工作的具体办法,以免引起不良的效果。面试者可以尝试采用迂回战术来回答,如“首先听取领导的指示和要求,然后就有关情况进行了解和熟悉,接下来制定一份近期的工作计划并报领导批准,最后根据计划开展工作,

回避回答对上级具体的希望
“你希望与什么样的上级共事?”通过面试者对上级的“希望”可以判断出面试者对自我要求的意识,这既是一个陷阱,又是一次机会。面试者要好好把握此机会,最好回避对上级具体的希望,多谈对自己的要求,如“做为刚步入社会新人,我应该多要求自己尽快熟悉环境、适应环境,而不应该对环境提出什么要求,只要能发挥我的专长就可以了。”
尽量体现机智、果敢和敬业
“你是应届毕业生,缺乏经验,如何能胜任这项工作?”此题的回答应体现出面试者的诚恳、机智、果敢及敬业。如“作为应届毕业生,在工作经验方面的确会有所欠缺,因此在读书期间我一直利用各种机会在这个行业里做兼职。我也发现,实际工作远比书本知识丰富、复杂。但我有较强的责任心、适应能力和学习能力,而且比较勤奋,所以在兼职中均能圆满完成各项工作,从中获取的经验也令我受益匪浅。请贵公司放心,学校所学及兼职的工作经验使我一定能胜任这个职位。”
面试,在你说第一句话之前就已经开始了,面试官走向你的时候,对你的印象正在形成了。你在他/她面前坐下,等待着回答你已经准备好的、将要被问的问题,这个时候面试官通过你的外表、姿势、微笑或紧张的神情已开始对你进行判断了。
几年前在加州大学洛杉矶分校的一项研究表明,个人行为表现给人的印象7%取决于用辞、38%取决于音质、55%取决于非语言交流。非语言交流的重要性由此可想而知! 回想一下你曾听过演讲的演讲者或教师。谁更让你记忆犹新?是那个形象更生动、引人入胜的,还是那个只传达信息的?这并不是说你得取悦于面试官(请千万不要给他/她说笑话!),而意味着你们的对话应该更为积极互动。如果你说你对为该公司工作的前景非常兴奋,但没有流露出任何热情,你的话则过于平平。不妨微笑一下,时不时做做手势,表现出你的精力,使面试经过令双方都很愉快。
以下是一些需要提防的非语言陷阱:
