“work experience” is the type of work you've done in the past. If you haven't started working yet you can say “Right now I'm still a student.” or “I'm a recent grad and Ihaven't started working yet.” In the second sentence, “recent grad” is short for “recent graduate” and means that you have just finished school.
如果尚未开始工作,就可以回答“Right now I'm still a student.”(现在我还是个学生。)或者说“I'm a recent grad and I haven't started working yet.”(我刚刚毕业,还没有开始工作。)
Second One: What's your greatest weakness?
This is a popular question that western employers like to ask to make candidates nervous! In fact, they ask this to know how you respond to a difficult question. You shouldn't answer by telling your greatest weakness since you might not get the job! Instead, you can tell them something that isn't directly related to the job position.
Third One: Why do you feel you are qualified for this job?
This question is a good opportunity to brag a little bit. You should talk about some extra skills you have that maybe wasn't included in your resume, or talk about your greatest strength in more detail.
Fourth One: What kind of salary did you have in mind?
Salary is how much money you earn, usually per year. When asked this, it's best to answer with a salary range or approximation and not an exact figure. This shows that you are familiar with the industry if you know what the approximate salary should be.
Fifth One: If hired, when could you start work?
When answering this it's best not to say you can start right away. This might make you s
seem very desperate for a job. A safe answer would be “I can start at the beginning of next month.”
一个非常保险的回答可以是“I can start at the beginning of next month.”(我下月初可以开始上班。)
Sixth One: What kind of work does the posi-tion involve?
You can ask this to clarify exactly what kind of work you'll be doing.
H: Do you know what GMFNT stands for?
L: Of course. It stands for General Most-Favored-Nation Treatment. If one nation enjoys this kind of treatment, it is accessible to tariff preference for imported goods from another nation.
H: Now I'm going to ask you a few professional questions. What is the first thing to do in international trade?
L: As a buyer, you first have to make an inquiry. And as a seller, you have to make an offer.
H: Can you name some terms of payment?
L: Of course. Irrevocable letter of credit, confirmed letter of credit, and transferable and divisible letter of credit are common terms of payment in international trade.
H: You are right. We'll notify you of our final decision within one week.
L: Thank you, Mr. Hudson, for your interview with me. You can Email your decision to me. I hope to see you again.

1.Be professional.
Looking businesslike is the first step to acting businesslike, and people will take you more seriously if you are well-groomed. This also applies to body language, so always make eye contact and keep good posture, or you may appear to lack confidence.
2.Make it personal.
Remember people’s names and they will remember you. Do everything you can to avoid addressing a message “Dear Sir/Madam”. Remember that business is about building relationships.
3.Be formal but not stiff.
If you are too formal, people won’t be at ease around you. Act too casual and people may not take you seriously. Aim for the middle ground!
4.Be clear and concise.
Get to the heart of the matter quickly and don’t waste words. On the other hand, don’t assume that the person you’re talking to knows who you are and why you are contacting them - they may need a reminder and some background.
5.Keep quiet!
Communication is a two way street. Listen to the opinions of others, don’t interrupt people when they are speaking, and don’t ignore criticism. Also, people will be more willing to listen to you if they see that you’re listening to them!
1:tell me a little about yourself.
2:What kind of salary did you have in mind?(你的期望薪资是多少?)
3:Why do you feel you are qualified for this job?(你为什么觉得自己胜任这份工作?)
4:If hired, when could you start work?(如果雇佣的话,你什么时候开始工作?)
一个非常保险的回答可以是“I can start at the beginning of next month.”(我下月初可以开始上班。)
面试题5:What motivates you to do this kind of work?
I’ve been fortunate in my own schooling;I had wonderful teachers.I want to be that same kind of teacher, who not only encourages kids to learn but also sets an example that inspires others to want to teach. In the long run, that?sour bestchance of turning around the quality of education in this state.?
面试题6:Where do you want to be in five years?(5年之内你想处于什么位置?)
I’d like to have the opportunity to work in a plant as well as at the home office.I also hope to develop my management skills, perhaps by managing a small staff.?
面试题7:What have you learned about our company from customers, employees,or others?

2. Q: What if you work here for five years and don’t get promoted? Many of our employees don’t. Won’t you find it frustrating?
A: I consider myself ambitious, but I’m also practical. As long as I am continuing to learn and grow within my position, I’ll be a happy camper. Different companies promote people at different rates, and I’m pretty confident that working for you will keep me motivated and mentally stimulated for several years to come.
3. Q: If you knew that things at your company were rocky, why didn’t you get out of the company sooner?
A: I was working so hard to keep my job while everyone around me was being cut that I didn’t have any time left over to look for another job. With all of the mergers that have been happening in our field, layoffs are a way of life. At least I gave it my best shot!
4. Q: From your resume, it looks like you were fired twice. How did that make you feel?
A: After I recuperated from the shock both times, it made me feel stronger. It’s true that I was fired twice, but I managed to bounce back both times and land jobs that gave me more responsibility, paid me more money, and were at better firms.
The morale here is very high. I’ve been exposed to the “seamy underbelly” of this business, but I’m still passionate about working in it.
5. Q: You majored in philosophy. How did that prepare you for this career?
A: Philosophy didn’t prepare me for a career in architecture at all. But it did force me to become philosophical about my prospects. After two years of trying to figure out what to do with my life, I visited Chicago one weekend, and was absolutely spell bound by the gorgeous architecture all around me.
I came home, applied to architecture schools all over the country, and was accepted by one of the best. I’ve never looked back…this is definitely the career that I was meant to be in.
