信息技术应用工作汇报 夏县尉郭中心校 秦建荣 自从我们尉郭中心校建立和实施远程教育以来，我们力求实际，扎实工作，认真学习，不断探究，严格管理，勇于创新，使远程教育更好的为教育教学服务。在素质教育的推动下，在新一轮课程改革的强烈要求下，远程教育作为一项重要教育教学任务，纳入学校的教育教学管理和教师考核内容。为了使现代远程教育充分服务于教育教学，深化教学改革，推动新课改的发展，为教师提供优质的教学资源，为学生的学习提供先进的教学设备，优化课堂教学，从而提高教师教学水平和能力，推动中心校新课改的进程。现将信息技术应用技术保障支持工作总结如下： 一、完善设施，整合资源，创建优良的教学环境 为了更好地运用远程教育设备，使远程教育设备及资源在教育教学过程中，发挥它应有的优势和作用。中心校建立了有关远程教育各种资料，为组织、管理、备课、辅导提供优良的条件，进一步明确规定领导小组内各成员职责和要求。 二、利用优质教育资源深入开展各项工作 1、在教师中开展利用远程教育资源活动。教师们一有时间就登录运城远程教育网、山西基础教育网去查询相关资源，浏览学校接受的远程教育资源，并把这些资源运用到自己的课堂教学中。 2、在学校开展有关信息技术这一学科培训活动。一年来，我们中心校组织了8次远程教育和信息技术校本培训，在培训中，注重解决老师们平时在工作当中碰到的一些技术上的问题，网络和电脑操作上的问题，同时相互交流平时在利用远程教育资源中好的做法、好的经验。 3、整合网络资源和远程教育资源。虽然学校普及宽带网，把各种信息引入学校，但是有些教学方面的资源，在网上没有远程教育那么全面，那么系统。因此我们把远程教育资源和网络资源有效的结合起来，充分发挥两种资源的优点，做到优势互补。 三、加强远程教育教师技术培训工作 远程教育对农村学校来说，是件新事物，为了顺利开展工作，中心校首先加大了宣传力度，让全体教师充分认识到国家实施现代远程教育工作的重要意义和紧迫任务，向老师宣传应用远程教育资源的作用和意义。为了有效实施远教工程，中心校建立了一套有效的培训机制，以骨干教师为龙头，以全员培训为途径，落实培训计划，完成培训任务。主要培训工作是： （1）进行基础技术培训 我们对全体教师重点培训计算机基础知识和有关计算机的维护知识。培训内容有DVD的操作、光盘的播放、数据接收机的操作和计算机的操作等。能够熟练的访问远程教育资源；能够熟练利用远程教育资源的内容，能利用课件上课；能修改教案，并且保存和打印为自己的教案。能够利用WORD处理自己的文档。了解因特网能够在网上搜集资料；能够下载资源和保存资源能够制作简单的课件。 经过培训，大多数教师比较熟练地掌握了DVD、电视机的操作，正确地掌握了“WORD”文档编辑和打印，熟练地掌握演示文稿软件“powerpoint”的使用方法并能利用该软件制作课件进行辅助教学。 同时采用“一帮一”、“合作学习”等形式，充分利用远教资源对教师有计划的进行培训、运用，取得了较好的管理、应用、研究效应，高效发挥了其作用。 （2）做好资源的接收与整理 中心校要求各校配备兼任教师负责资源的接收与整理工作，每天按时开机接收资源，及时登记，方便教师浏览，为教师教学的应用提供了有力的保障。 每个学期我们都根据学校的有关规章制度，对设备维修进行登记，设备使用情况进行登记，资源接收进行登记，根据接收资源编写资源目录表，同时教师在使用这些资源时，进行登记，以便掌握资源是否发挥其作用。 （3）整合接收资源 中心校远程教育领导小组成员为了让教师了解资源，每月组织教师观看精心筛选的资源，让教师有更多的机会接触资源，了解资源，从而达到在课堂中运用资源的目的。同时，资源的利用激发了学生学习的兴趣，教师的教学水平也得到了提高。 （4）教师写博客，浏览使用运城远程教育网资源 为了提高教师的业务水平，使每一位教师成为教育的研究者，成为专家型教师，我们从秋学段开始，要求教师坚持写教育博客，并在今年秋季开学，对教师进行了培训，主要培训教师怎么在新浪、网易等网站注册建立自己的`博客。经过培训，现在教师们人人写博客，看博客，并通过博客进行交流研究。现在教师们写博客已经成为一种习惯。 另外，教师们对远程远程教育网和山西基础教育网的使用还不是很熟练，中心校鼓励教师观看和使用这两个网站上的资源，因此中心校在本学期开始就组织教师进行培训，主要培训怎样登录网站，查找和下载资源，在网站上怎么样注册等，经过培训，教师人人都学会了登陆网站，使用资源，并能把资源应用于课堂教学。 四、努力做好硬件设施建设 为了尽量发挥远程教育工程作用，保证远教工作的开展，在硬件设施的使用和管理上，始终坚持“抓好管理、双向服务”的原则，所有远程教育设备作为校有固定资产，纳入固定资产登记。 五、加强管理、严格考核 将教师远程教育技术掌握、运用程度纳入绩效考核： 1、培训出勤，如果没有按时出勤，就要扣除个人绩效考核分。 2、远程资源应用知识，要求教师学会接收资源、处理资源、运用资源； 3、每位教师每周至少利用远程资源为学生上一节多媒体课； 4、利用远程资源，探索校本教研； 5、本学期开始，中心校把教师的远教资源应用、多媒体应用课、教师博客、登录使用运城远程教育网资源，作为教师绩效考核的一项主要内容，并进行考核量化。 总之，在几年的实践探索中，我们尝到了远程教育信息给我们带来的实惠，取得了一定的成绩，也懂得了一个道理，那就是：在飞速发展的现代社会里，提高教育质量、落实教学改革，谁早日踏上远程信息高速公路，谁就会跑得更快，跑得靠前。我们也已乘上了新课改的列车，我们的教师，正以新的面貌尝试新的挑战，我们相信，凭借现代信息技术和远程教育的优势，在新的改革之路上，走得更沉稳、更快速、更坚实……通过这几天的信息技术培训及应用，我有以下几点感慨：
信息技术课堂教学是我国21世纪基础教育教学改革的一个新途径，与学科教学有着密切的联系和继承性，同时又是具有相对的趣味性特点的新型教
学结构类型。它是强调要把信息技术作为促进学生自主学习的认知工具和情感激励工具，利用信息技术所提供的自主探索、多重交互、合作学习、资源共享等学习环境，把学生的主动性、积极性充分调动起来，使学生的创新思维与实践能力在整合过程中得到有效的锻炼，这正是创新人才培养所需要的。由此可见，信息技术课堂教学是改变传统教学结构、实施创新人才培养的一条有效途径，也是目前国际上基础教育改革的趋势与潮流。
1、信息技术作为教师、学生的基本认知工具：在信息技术教学中，强调信息技术服务于学科的内在需求，服务于具体的任务。教师和学生都以一种自然的方式对待信息技术，把信息技术作为获取信息、探索问题、协作解决问题的认知工具，把各种技术手段完美、恰当的融到课程的教学与学习中去。
2、、能力培养和知识学习相结合的教学目标：在课堂教学中要求学生学习的重心不仅仅放在学会知识上，而是转到学会学习、掌握方法和培养能力上，包括培养学生的信息素养。强调能力的培养也是我国新课改的重中之重。
4、“教师为主导、学生为主体”的教学结构：在信息技术教学结构中，强调学生的主体性，要求充分发挥学生在学习过程中的主动性、积极性、合作性、探究性和创造性。
5、个别化学习和协作学习的和谐统一：信息技术课堂教学为我们提供一个开放性、趣味性、生动形象性的实践平台，是每一位学生在这个平台上可以轻松愉快的学习。这种个别化教学策略对于发挥学生的主动性和进行因人而异的学习是很有帮助的。
6、培养学生掌握信息时代的学习方式
海量的网络信息，改变了人类的学习方式，学习方式从接受式学习转变为自主学习、探究学习、研究性学习和协作学习。新的学习方式要求学习者必须能够利用资源进行学习，学会在数字化情境中进行自主发现，学会利用网络通信工具进行协商交流、合作讨论式的学习，学会利用信息加工工具和创作平台，进行实践创造的学习。
7、培养学生终身学习的态度和能力
在信息时代，知识的更新率加快，各学科间相互渗透，出现了更多的新兴学科和交叉学科。在这种科学技术、社会结构发生剧变的大背景下，要求学习者能够具有主动汲取知识的愿望并能付诸于日常生活实践，要能够独立自主的学习，能够自我组织，并能控制整个学习过程，对学习进行自我评估。
信息技术课堂教学，是将信息技术有机地融合在各学科教学过程中。但在利用信息技术之前，教师要清楚信息技术的优势和不足，并了解学科教学的需求。
从而使学生在信息技术课堂下来完成那些用其他方法做不到或效果不好的学习任务。
信息技术教育是中职学校的必修课，通过开设信息技术教育，意在增强学生的信息意识，培养学习具有收集、传输、处理、应用现代信息的能力和具有应用多媒体计算机和网络技术进行学习和工作的能力。这次参加第四期继续教育的信息技术应用能力专项培训，感觉非常有意义。
信息技术课最突出的特点是：实践性很强，一定不能用教师的讲来代替学生的学和动手，要大胆让学生去探索、去操作，要让学生在动手中学习知识，熟练基本操作技能和培养创新意识，提高应用能力，只有这样才能做到全面提高学生整体素质。
通过这次学习，使我对今后的教育教学工作的艰巨。同时对我各方面的能力有了很大提高，特别是对信息技术的综合运用能力，现在已不只停留在课件的制作上。使我认识到做为一名教师应积极主动吸纳当今最新的技术，并致力于把它们应用于课堂内的教与学活动中，在学习中，我深深的体会到：
1、教师应终生学习、不断完善自身。
2、教师应是高素质、复合型创新人才。
3、教师应具备良好的信息素养。
提高教师的信息技术应用能力培训总结
为提高教师的信息素质，教育部门经常组织教师培训，培训目标分为：普及和提高两个层次的内容。普及层面，主要是对一般教师进行的信息技术基础知识和技能的培养，使其能够在自己所任学科里使用信息技术，做到二者整合，相得益彰，从而提高学科教学质量；提高层面，主要是针对信息技术课程教师和教育技术骨干，目的在于培养信息科学技术的带头人，通过他们，指导一般教师的信息技术进修学习，推动学校的信息技术课程教学以及和其它学科的整合水平。
教师作为传道者，应有超前意识，率先想到适应新形势、进入新角色，积极参加培训活动，对社会需要什么人，教育需要培养什么样的人，从教育理念、教育思想、教育内容、教学观、学生观、人才观、价值观等各个方面进行多维思考和全方位探讨，着眼于现代化，把这种思想和精神领会透，把这个“道”传输到学生和社会中，去引导学生、家长和社会适应新形势，发展新教育，创造新人才。创新人才的培养，主要是以创新精神和实践能力为核心的应变能力的培养，需要教师是多面手，是复合型人才，它需要教师的施教活动以学生为中心。教师的一切活动要围绕学生的发展而进行，使学生真正成为学习的主人。教师要练好通用基本功，提高学科基本功，加强实验操作和现代教学设施的应用能力，超前接受新的教育思想和方法，学会用拿惯了粉笔的手点鼠标，用写惯了教案的手制课件，把多年习惯的“一支粉笔写古今，一块黑板种春秋”的传统做法，用现代化的教学手段代替，使用现代化的智能工具，用超前的行动引导学生，使他们在接受教育的同时感受时代的脚步。
