优秀教育培训员毕业生的感言

一直以来,总觉得自己还是一个好学之人,但是由于周围大环境的原因,对于学习的态度是非常功利的,尤其是读书,非要用的就不读,基本上以阅读简明实用的教育类刊物为主,至于大部头的教育专著以及其他的人文书籍,近些年读得好少,平时在忙忙碌碌是消磨了许多美好的时间。还有就是很多年了,由于工作单位的频繁调动,几乎没有参加过有好的质量的培训,基本上以短期的学习为主,个人的专业发展也似乎上了一个瓶颈,特别是08年高级职称评下来后,对自己今后的成长几乎没有期望。但是当知道有这么一个培训班之后,自己的心里就有一个期待,期待能让自己通过一个全新的培训,改变自己,让自己今后的教育生涯更加充实。

走进张老师工作室的第一个感受就是自己的浅薄和不足,特别是跟优秀的同伴一起,原来的那种不自信又一次降临在我的心里。可是当第一次听了张老师的讲座报告之后,我的心里似乎又有一丝的坦然。因为张老师说过:参加培训不希望比谁跑得快,比谁走得远,是有持续的个性的发展。是的,作为一个普通的语文老师,要想在语文的路上走得跟我们张老师或者其他优秀老师一样,其实已经不可能了,但是能通过这一年的培训,对自己有所改变,走得比以往更快一些,将来走得更远一些,我想,这就是张老师的目的吧!

由此,我开始了这一年快乐的学习之旅。在上城教育学院大家一起吃着简单的快餐,但享受的是丰盛的精神大餐。王崧舟、闫学、沈大安等一个个省内知名的语文教育专家给我们作的生动的报告讲座,让我们的心灵受到一次次剧烈的冲击,在与名师面对面的交流中,品味名师专家的独特理论和视角。在永康,在诸暨,虽然活动是短暂的,但同伴优秀的课堂教学,还是给人带来全新的理念,张老师一次次精神饱满的讲座,让我感受到他对教育的无限挚爱之情,还有在与他人的交往中,对我影响都是深刻而深远的.。胜利小学的户外拓展训练,奉化商量岗的滑雪运动,给我们的培训获得注入了全新的体验,收获了独特的人生经验。崇文学校一周的中段习作教学培训,胜利小学一周的高段习作培训等,专题性的大容量的理论学习、课例展示,无不为我的教学注入了心的不竭的动力,临安太湖源头一周的休闲式学习、交流、探讨,还有就是一个月的挂职学习,一次次与张老师亲密的接触中,更多的是收获了张老师那种与人无善、关爱后辈、慈祥和蔼的为人品质,对我们的为人处事,产生的影响绝不是在普通的培训中可以得到的。

一年来,还有更大的收获就是张老师那独特的作业设计,严谨的作业要求,让我们的被动中学会了以往所所未学的知识,眼界不断开阔,感受到从未有过的愉悦和幸福,从而逐步自己的一种自觉的行为。

这一年的学习真的是收获丰富。首先是让我认识一群学识丰富、对语文教学痴迷的同伴。有睿智聪明,才华横溢,为人诚恳的李维勇;有老成大度、乐于助人的张身贵;有真诚好学、勤奋善良的胡艳华;有美丽善良、为人直爽、热情大方的许静;有善良热情、涵养深厚、魅力无限的任朝红;有工作认真、细心体贴、大姐风范的姚文珠;有文静内秀、文笔细腻的范新萍;还有季素英、卞煌刚、戴益华、章秀平、杨耀霞、孙红敏、袁建刚、江美玲、王雁春等都富有个性、学识丰富、为人热情的同伴;更有上城高端班的徐华芳、江琳琳、楼说行、王晓蓉、王瑞燕等都给我留下了深刻的启迪和印象,都是我今后成长路上的好伙伴,更是我今后在语文路途中绝好的人脉资源,我以他们曾经是我的同窗而自豪,我也相信,在不久的将来,我们的同伴中肯定有炫出浙江语文教育界最美舞蹈的杰出教师。

其次,这一年的学习,真的如张老师在第一次学习中给我们提出的四个目标:改变的教育教学方式,改变思维方式,改变工作方式,改变生活方式。感觉自己现在最大的改变就是生活的方式和观念。以前,总喜欢交友,每周没有2次以上在外面吃饭喝酒,心里就有一种慌张的感觉,似乎离社会很远,就怕被别人遗忘;而现在更喜欢的是在家里,有空上网读读别人的文章,喜欢读读别人推荐的书目,让自己的生活更加充实。以前的感受是怕被世界遗忘,那是因为自己还不够强大,但是现在觉得只有自己强大了,世界才会向你靠拢,而且读书让我感觉不仅没有远离世界,因为内心充实了,反而让我感觉离世界更近了。这就像磁铁一样,磁场越大,吸引周围的事物就会更多,所以人一定要让自己更加强大。并且这一年也让我养成了一个经常思考、随时记录的习惯。这一年来,各种作业、反思、案例、随感等10万字以上,其中也有好几篇由于张老师的和同伴的推荐,见诸报端,让我获得无数的自信。虽然外在的形式没有见长,但是我的内心已经在改变。

还有通过培训学习,感觉的的思考的境界在逐步提升,以往,思考的更多的是语文教学,局限在学科专业方面,但现在我经常思考的是教育问题,更加关注的是人的成长。自己个人也在思考中成长,自己的心态更加平和,对学生更加宽容,能经常站在学生个人成长的角度去看待学生个人的表现,尤其是对于那些在学习成绩方面相对落后的学生。

我觉得,虽然自己还有许多的不足,需要在今后的日子里继续学习。就像张老师一开始就说的,学习可以结业,但是班级不会解散。因为我们将永远都是张化万名师工作室的学员,我们拥有最慈爱的老师,我们拥有最强大的同伴群体,我们已经拥有良好的学习习惯,这样,我们就一定会在语文的人生之路上越走越远,越走越幸福
