作为文学社的副理事长，在任职期间我严格要求自己，力争在学习上为同学做好表率作用。除此之外，尽量组织各种有文学气氛的活动，增进学习氛围，让社员们体会到文学的乐趣。一直在各方面都严格要求自己，时时处处注意自身的形象，不断加强相关业务的学习，并不断总结工作中的经验，能用发展的眼光解决实际中的问题，能认真完成老师交付的各项工作，严于律己，宽以待人。争取能做到最大限度的为老师分忧，为同学服务。几年来，在老师及同学的关心，帮助下茁壮成长，能力得到显著提升；
在学习方面
我上课认真听讲，课后及时完成作业，做到认真预习、复习两个方面一起抓。严以律己，力争成绩优异并起好带头作用，也多次参加征文比赛。另外，我还积极阅读外文书籍和资料扩大自己的知识面。但成绩不等于满足，而是作为一种动力促使着我进步，促使着我走向成熟，融入社会，肩负起历史赋予我们的使命。
在日常生活上

在专业学习上，我一直在认真踏实的学习专业课知识，经过自己的不断努力和老师同学们的帮助，我的学习成绩也得到了很大的提升。另外，我还利用寒暑假和周末兼修了英语双专业，由于自己对英语的兴趣，自己的听说读写能力都得到了切实的锻炼。在课余时间，我也关注国家的时事、财经新闻等，将所学知识和实际相结合，做到

在工作方面，我曾担任学院记者团团长，平常负责学院新闻的跟踪报道，还有运动会的稿件审阅。基本上还是较为满意的，本着负责任，热情积极的工作态度做好自己的本职工作。当然在与队友的沟通上，还有组织能力上还是有所欠缺的，所以希望自己再接再厉，在自己不足的地方多下一点功夫。

为认真学习贯彻十六大精神，更好地坚持党要管党和从严治党的方针，切实加强新时期党员队伍建设，使每位党员以“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观为指导，以党章为标准，通过民主评议对照检查和评议党员行使权利和履行党员义务情况，使每个党员信念更坚定，党性观念更强，党员队伍更纯洁，党组织的凝聚力和战斗力明显提高，在安全生产和经营管理工作中发挥先锋模范作用。根据公司阳煤电发[]39号文件安排及厂党总支下发的《民主评议党员工作》，电气车间党支部切合实际，结合实际精心设计，合理安排，周密组织，务实开展了民主评议党员的工作，现将评议工作汇报总结如下：
一、支部基本情况：
电气车间党支部共有党员5名，在评议工作中，全部参加了支部组织的整个阶段的评议工作。
二、主要开展的工作：
(一) 加强学习，提高认识，统一思想。
在学习教育阶段，车间党支部利用党员大会组织建党积极分子以上人员学习了《党章》、《关于党内政治生活的若干准则》，学习了公司修订后的《争做“五好党员”考核细则》，并对整个评议工作进行了安排。各位党员认真做了笔记，通过学习使党员增强了党性观念，提高参与评议的自觉性，做好了评议思想准备工作。
(二)认真开展自我评议和党内互评。
在认真学习的基础上，每个党员都认真对照党员标准，及五好党员标准，认真剖析个人一年来的思想、学习、工作、纪律、作风、廉政等方面的实际情况，找出自身存在问题和不足，查准根源，提出努力方向和整改措施，在是否合格上进行了自我认定。在民主评议中，主要围绕以下3个方面进行了评议：
1、思想作风方面：是否具有坚定的共产主义信念和全心全意为人民服务的思想;是否刻苦学习党的理论，执行党的决议，严守党的纪律;是否认真履行党员权利和义务。
2、在实际行动中：是否发挥了党员的先锋模范作用。
3、在思想觉悟上：是否在日常工作、生活中时刻树立党员意识，是否存在混同于一般群众的思想。
在自我总结评价阶段，车间支部各位党员根据支部设计的统一意见征求表主动向车间党内外群众征集了意见50条，意见表征集回后，每位党员对照群众反馈的意见，联系自身的思想和工作实际，认真进行了自我对照检查，实事求是地解剖自己，查找自身存在的主要问题和不足。并将个人总结及时汇报了党支部。
(3)在民主评议阶段，车间党支部在23日组织了党员民主生活会开展了党内互评和初次定格，在会上，党员们争先发言，气氛热烈，大家认真总结了一年来的思想工作情况，畅谈自己的感想和体会。互评中，大家坚持用《党章》规定的党员标准全面衡量被评议的党员，做出公正、客观、实事求是的评价，坦率、诚恳地对被评议的党员一年中的成绩和进步给予肯定，对存在的问题和不足提出批评和建议，指出努力的方向。党员们畅所欲言，坦诚相见，整个评议活动取得了圆满完成。通过批评和自我批评，每位党员都发现自身的不足并有信心在今后更好的整改和提高自身素质。
(4)在组织定格阶段。车间支部召开了支部委员会，将各方面对每个党员的评价和反映，进行综合分析，按照少数服从多数的原则，形成正式组织意见。并确定**同志为优秀党员其余四名党员为合格党员，并上报了厂党总支审批。通过评议活动，进一步统一了思想，实现了党内政治上、思想上的高度一致，进一步增强了党员的党性观念。
(三)总结提高，制定整改措施。
通过党员民主评议，使全体党员坚定了共产主义信念，增强了全心全意为人民服务的意识。大家决心在政治上与党中央保持一致，坚决贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策，认真学习邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想和党的基本知识，使自己成为一名真正合格的党员。通过民主评议，全体党员找到了存在不足：一是因日常工作任务重，党员与员工的沟通不够，关心深入班组和员工不够，对存在的一些问题不能及时掌握和解决。二是对党员理论知识了解学习不够，致使很多上级精神不能正常灌输到职工群众中;三是一些党员的思想觉悟不够高，有时埋怨和牢骚情绪还是存在。根据存在的不足车间支部制定了切实可行的整改措施：
1、进一步加大党建工作的力度，工作职责要明确到人。根据开展的党员安全先锋岗和红旗示范区活动，要在员工队伍中树立先进典型，激发广大员工的工作积极性。
2、是要进一步抓好班组思想建设，及时了解职工心声和信息，广纳合理化建议，积极为职工解决问题，并且对有思想情绪的人员做好说服和解释工作。
3、是教育党员加强自身学习包括党务知识和技术业务知识学习，使党员能够以身作则，从思想上和行动上都以合格的党员展现。
三、主要收获：
1.民主评议工作使每一位党员进一步树立了全心全意为人民服务的思想，坚定了思想信念，严明了政治纪律，端正了工作作风，努力保持党的先进性和纯洁性。每一位党员更加坚信中国共产党是全国各族人民的领导核心，必须坚持和加强党的领导，坚定不移地践行“三个代表”重要思想，永葆共产党员先进性。
2.每一位党员在此次民主评议工作中都作了认真的准备，从政治上、思想上和工作中进行了深刻的批评与自我批评。通过讨论交流反映出了我们党员都能以共产党员的标准严格要求自己，在思想上坚信党的领导，同党中央保持一致，在行动上自觉遵守党章的要求，自觉遵守规章制度，爱岗敬业、无私奉献、廉洁自律，恪尽职守。
3.通过此次民主评议工作，支部一班人研究了车间支部工作面临的新情况、新问题，改进了工作方法、工作作风和活动形式，立足树立为人民服务的思想，发挥“一个党员一面旗”的作用，增强了党支部的凝聚力、战斗力。
总之，我们党支部将以此次民主评议党员活动为契机，进一步加强支部的组织建设、思想建设和作风建设，努力提高党员队伍整体素质，切实增强党支部的凝聚力、创造力和战斗力，开拓进取，创新务实，以新的业绩迎接党的十七大胜利召开。

在工作方面，为了更好的锻炼自己，同时，也是寻找一次为同学服务的机会。在开学初，我就报名参加了学院秘书处的工作，并很快成为负责人之一。一个学期的活动，我结识了许多朋友，也学会了一种技能——沟通。与他人合作，最重要的就是要不断的沟通。所以在班集体中，我就经常了解大家对老师和对我的意见，并试着在谈话中找出解决之道。 积极参加班级及学院团日的活动，我还积极参与了我班推出的“拒绝推销，我有主张”和“文明就餐问卷调查”两项活动。在向广大同学宣传的同时，能够和其他同学一起工作、学习，我感觉到自己在不断成长起来。 在学习方面，我上课认真听讲，课后及时完成作业，做到认真预习、复习两个方面一起抓。另外，积极阅读有关管理学的书籍和资料扩大自己的知识面。
同时，还有效的配合老师的工作，加强老师和其他的联系。事实上，许多同学都表现出了积极参与活动的态度。 在日常生活上，与室友、同班同学关系良好，大家互帮互助，团结一致。搞好同学、朋友之间的关系非常重要，这直接关系到我今后的大学生活能否过的充实。我觉得孤单的过完这四年大学生活，那我就是一个失败的大学生了。我需要做很多事情去充实我这漫长的生命。而这幕后就需要朋友的帮助来完成整个过程。所以无论在班里，还是在整个学院，我都结交了许多朋友，与朋友沟通，是一件非常开心的事。
