在日常教学活动中，我能够配合其他教师工作，为幼儿准备活动用品，户外活动时，为了加强幼儿的安全意识教育。活动时我先讲规则，并教幼儿一些自我保护的技能。
进取协助教师组织活动，做到眼疾手快，保证幼儿的安全。能做好班级的各项消毒，以防病毒感染。能搞好班级和包干区的卫生工作。物品摆放整齐，坚持桌面、活动室的四角无杂物，以免蚊虫的滋生，让幼儿生活在干净、舒适的环境中健康地成长。
能培养好幼儿的各种生活习惯，以防幼儿病从口入。
在活动中能注意幼儿的安全，多关注体弱幼儿，适当增加他们的活动量，并注意及时给他们抹汗和更换衣服。能做好幼儿活动的护理工作。根据天气的变化给幼儿增减衣服，活动前注意提醒幼儿喝水，活动时注意给幼儿抹汗等等。
工作中，我服从领导分配，能做到干一行爱一行，并对照保育员职责逐条逐项地进行自查。按要求完成本职工作。不怕脏，不怕累，不怕苦，勤勤恳恳，任劳任怨，今年六一活动期间，我能够克服家中的困难，加班加点赶制演出服装，受到园领导的表扬。
三、存在的不足之处：
工作中，有时会出现一些急躁情绪。在轻声教学方面有待加强。
以上是我的工作评价，请领导和同志们批评指正。
转眼间一学期结束了，经过我们的努力，幼儿的各项能力有了提高，体质有所增强，大部分幼儿在教师的教育下能遵守班里各项常规，有较好的卫生生活习惯。但还有小部分幼儿在洗手时玩水，我们会在下学期更加努力，争取让每个孩子们都养成良好的个人习惯。下面我对这一学期来的工作做以简单总结
一、保育方面
每天我教室的第一件事就是按照教师一日工作细则，开窗通风，以及各项卫生工作。在平时，为了让幼儿养成良好的生活习惯，在进行盥洗时，能及时站在幼儿旁边，注意幼儿的安全，并交给幼儿正确的洗手方法；在午餐时，让幼儿做到不讲话、安静愉快的吃完自己的饭菜，做到不挑食、偏食，针对进餐有挑食的孩子们，给予鼓励和诱导，逐步培养幼儿良好的进餐习惯；在午睡时，我严格要求幼儿养成良好的午睡习惯，培养幼儿正确的睡姿，安静入睡，在我值班期间，我能让每个幼儿入睡，等他们睡着后，能及时调整孩子们的睡姿。孩子们的快乐，是对我工作的鼓励，家长的满意，是对我工作的肯定。
二、严格执行卫生消毒制度
对班级的卫生工作，我严格按照本园制度执行，我是中途来幼儿园的，从我决定参加工作以来，我一直注重幼儿餐具、毛巾、地面、门、窗、玩具、等物品的消毒工作。平时注意观察孩子们的情况，早上家长送来时，看到孩子们情绪不高时，我都会向家长了解情况，午睡起床，我会指导孩子们自己洗脸，然后给孩子们整理着装。在户外或室内活动时，我特别注意幼儿人身安全和增减衣物的护理工作。
三、在配班工作中，我主动配合教师组织幼儿上课，并能在不打扰教师正常上课的同时纠正幼儿坐姿，发现幼儿注意力分散时能及时的提醒。
四、安全问题是大事
在活动中能注意幼儿的安全，并注意及时给他们增减衣服。能做好幼儿活动的护理工作。根据天气的变化给幼儿增减衣服，活动前注意提醒幼儿喝水，并加强幼儿的安全意识教育。活动时教师要先讲规则，并教幼儿一些自我保护的技能。
五、家园互动方面
我认为在与家长沟通方面，我做的还是不错的，在家长接送孩子们是能够主动和家长沟通，了解幼儿的生活习惯，兴趣爱好，以及家长对我们工作所提出的合理化建议我都能虚心接受。
对于工作，我一直都尽力做到最好，但仍存在很多不足之处，工作中，有时出现一些急躁情绪，今后我会注意控制自己的情绪。通过这段时间的工作，我认为：自己所从事的职业，只有热爱了，才会去追求，才会不断进取，才会得到家长和孩子们的信任。
第一，综合素质全面，在孕妇的营养餐、催乳、婴儿抚触、婴儿的身体视察等方面有突出的技能，有专业的家庭妇婴护理证书，宝宝辅食搭配合理
第二，富爱心，责任感强，喜欢助人。
第三，在做饭方面，南北方菜都会做，北方的面食，包子、馒头、饺子、精通热炒，清蒸 煲汤，还可以做一些简单的糕点，做饭比较不错的。

尊敬的各位领导，大家好!
我叫_x，22岁，来自__。性格开朗，心地善良，特别喜欢小孩子，能和小朋友们玩成一片，同时我也是一个特别细心、有耐心、性情温和的女孩子。我是学护理专业的，在实习的一年期间，我照顾过年迈的老人也照顾过身残的儿童，在我看来，我工作的性质简单来说就是为那些在生活上需要照顾的人提供帮助，工作的要领就是细心加上足够的'耐心。
今天我来参加保育员的面试，也是因为我有足够的信心能够胜任这份工作。在此之前我也有对保育员的工作进行过相关学习，并和我以前的工作做过比较，希望您能给我一次机会，您将看到一个更优秀的我，谢谢!
二、保育员工作认识
结合我以往的工作经验和保育员的相关工作，今后我将按照以下几点为重心开展我的工作。
1、给孩子一个安全舒适的环境
小孩的天性就是玩儿。在孩子看来，他们心目中的幼儿园，是有一群能和他们玩耍的朋友还有可爱的老师的地方，在这样一个宽松愉悦的地方，孩子们才能在这里快乐的成长。但这绝非是一个简单的事情，孩子们认知能力有限、体质弱、没有足够的自我约束能力，这对我们保育员和教师们是一个极大的考验，我们首要保证的就是安全，对于孩子来说，可能任何事情都会对它们造成伤害，比如说可能是一个破损的玩具，也可能是一个本不该出现在那的板凳。对于这些存在的安全隐患，除了我们日常细心的照料外，必不可少的还需要我们提前发现这些问题并及时解决。饮食、卫生、户外活动等都是我们要考虑到的。这些工作其实没有什么诀窍，我们要做的就是细心、细心再细心。
2、对待孩子要讲究策略
孩子的内心世界很单纯。我们都有过童年，回忆童年的记忆，有时候可能会我们可能会感觉到可笑，孩子本就应该是这样的。在孩子的世界里，我们唯一能做的就是让他慢慢接受你、信任你，否则我们会遇到很多的麻烦，试着和孩子们打成一片，吃饭、玩耍、睡觉，让他们和我们形影不离，不要试图用命令和要求的口吻和孩子们对话。我们可以用一切游戏的方式让他们完成某一件事。比如，小朋友挑食严重，可以用比赛并给予奖励的方式让他们改变这一习惯。其实这些工作也没有什么诀窍，我们要做的就是耐心、耐心再耐心。
3、我们工作最终的目的
学前教育注重的是引导。对于一个孩子，他将从这里开始认知，踏出他人生的第一步。这是尤其重要的，就像孩子们在妈妈的怀抱里第一次开口叫妈妈。孩子对于母语的学习就是在特定环境下的本能的认知过程。所以学前教育可能影响孩子的一生。不论作为一个保育员还是一个幼师，我们对孩子的教导应该是首先让孩子明白什么是对于错。其次，我们也要从帮助孩子完成一些事情转化为引导孩子独立自觉的完成他应该做的事情，让孩子能够独立并养成一种习惯，比如，饭前便后要洗手、对待别人的帮助要说谢谢、和小朋友们友幼儿园保育员自我评价10
这个学期是大班孩子在幼儿园的最终一个学期，也是幼儿园加强作风建设的一年，为了进一步加强教师的作风建设，我园提出了一系列的活动计划，我组成员将本着认真学习、理解贯通、努力实施、不断提高的原则，以饱满的热情投入到新一年的工作中去，现提出班组工作计划：
一、指导思想
以园部提出的“服务、发展、创新、育人”为目标，进一步解放思想、更新观念、提高素质、增强水平，不断提高服务意识、服务水平和服务本事，努力做到善解人意、和蔼可亲、热情大方、和谐欢乐。
二、主要任务
1、加强作风建设、提高服务水平。
认真学习园部关于作风建设活动计划，转变观念、提高认识，深刻理解加强作风建设的重要性和必要性。认真参加园部组织的各项学习，关心时事、了解时政、理解时局、信任政党，养成多读书、读好书、多看报的良好习惯。提高自身的服务意识，做到微笑服务、爱心服务、耐心服务，让家长、幼儿真正感受到教师的服务热情，不断提高服务水平。
2、增强专业意识、提高科研水平。
按照园部提出的“提高学历、培养本事、增强实力、开发潜力”的师资建设要求不断努力。经过看书、参观、教海沙龙、专家讲座等形式加强学习，并做到学以致用，将生态式教育观念融会贯通，并且不断评价教育教学心得，撰写论文和教师随想，提高科研水平，努力做到理论和实践相结合;操作和评价相结合。
3、做到保教结合、提高保育水平。
保教结合一向都是幼儿园工作重点，教师之间相互配合、相互支持、协调工作、共同提高。保育教师在做好清洁、消毒工作的基础上，也多加强学习，了解班级教育工作，书写保育笔记，做到保教在观念、工作上真正的结合，提高保育水平。
三、工作重点和方法措施
(一)认真参加政治业务学习，提高自身素质。
1、认真参加园部组织的各项学习，加强作风建设的意识，完善作风建设的认识，提高作风建设的本事，将提高服务质量做为工作重点，树立正确的服务观。
2、以园部提出的“提高学历、培养本事、增强实力、开发潜力”的要求为目标，参加学历考试、学习幼儿园英语口语、学习制作课件、学习新的教育观念等，树立正确的学习观。
3、认真参加各教研组活动，及时吸收新的信息，谦虚好学、不耻下问、主动思考、善于评价，并学以致用、融会贯通，树立正确的教育观。
(二)切实做好日常教学工作，提高服务质量。
1、继续开展主题活动，各班根据主题资料创设与教育相适应的环境，做好主题与环境相融合，主题与区域相融合，主题与游戏相融合。
2、不断加强《纲要》及“生态式”教育活动的学习，深入开展园本课程的研究，鼓励教师理论和实践相结合，操作和评价相结合，注意收集和积累资料，反思和评价成果，每学期撰写一篇论文，每学期出一本主题夹。
3、根据各班特色，开展《叶子》、《龟兔赛跑》、《小马过河》、《旋转乐园》、《毕业了》等主题活动，教师注重收集素材，运用灵活多样地教育模式，活动前有计划有准备，活动中有对话有记录，活动后有分析有反思。
4、开展区域和主题相融合的教育模式，创设游戏氛围，丰富区域材料，满足游戏需求，促进幼儿发展。
5、按时开展丰富的户外游戏和体育活动，确保幼儿的一日活动量，促进幼儿身体各机能协调的发展。
6、运用家长园地、家长会等方法与家长交流、沟通，使家长及时了解班级动态、教学活动、幼儿在园情景，更好地配合班级工作。开辟每日教学公布栏，展示班级教学动态。
(三)真正做到保育教育结合，提高保育质量。
1、加强保教结合意识，学习新的教育理念，为幼儿成长供给良好的物质与心理环境。
2、保育教师严格遵守卫生清洁制度，坚持天天清洁，周周小扫，月月大扫，为幼儿供给卫生、整洁、明亮的环境;坚持每一天消毒制度，毛巾、餐具、茶杯定点消毒，寝室、教室定期消毒，为幼儿供给无菌、无害、无污染的环境。
3、保育教师经过学习岗位工作细则、清洁消毒制度，不断提高工作质量，并构成相互学习、相互促进、相互监督、相互提高的工作氛围，坚持书写保育笔记，记录心得。
(四)不断增强科研意识水平，提高科研质量。
1、继续开展“生态式”和“蒙式”教育研究，不断增强科研意识和水平，注重学习、注重思考、注重探索、注重反思，真正做到学以致用。
2、进取探索“生态式”和“蒙式”教育相融合的教育模式，有计划有目的的开展主题活动和区域活动相结合，主题活动和操作活动相结合，主题活动和亲子活动相结合等教育资料。
3、深入地开展园本课程的研究，每周坚持主题研讨，并经过外出学习、专家讲座、组内观摩等活动促进教科研水平。
4、要善于积累不断评价，每学期设计主题夹一本，每学期撰写论文一篇，并理解开课、观摩、参观等任务。
大班组是一支团结进取、努力好学、勤劳善良、主动热情的队伍，在园部加强作风建设，提高各种质量的今年必须会再创佳绩!让我们用真挚的情感、真诚的微笑、真心的服务做到让家长、孩子、社会真正的满意。
在这一个月里，我学习到许多在学校学不到的东西.也感悟到了许多 ，从老师们身上，我看到了园丁们散发出的耀眼光芒，给了我在实习生活带来了许多启发性思维。在校期间总会认为当一名幼儿老师肯定很好玩，很轻松，但在这里我改变了这个想法，每上完一节课我都有最大的感触：想当好一名幼儿老师实在不易!
刚开始听带课老师跟孩子们上课，认真学习她上课的方式和怎样管好课堂纪律。即使那样，我还是遇到了许多师范学校里没学过、事先也没有料到过的难题。毕竟试教的时候和正式去教室上课的时候的心态是很不一样的。同时也佩服老师对付这些孩子们的方法。用小组比赛来管他们的纪律，一来可以培养他们的团队精神。二来还为课堂带来一些活力。使课堂上不那么死板。听了几节之后我就开始试着讲课，一开始孩子们会乱成一团，不听你讲课，我用了老师的那些方法，可是发现后来慢慢的，他们开始接受你还有喜欢你，这是实习期最有高兴的事。也使越来越喜欢幼师这个职业。
我们除了课堂教学之外还有班主任工作。也组织了一次主题班会活动。幼儿园艺术节，我帮着班里的小朋友们安排节目，帮两个班安排画版。使我在实习期忙碌但很充实。同时也明白做好老师除了要有丰富的专业知识之外，还要其他课外知识，这样才能让你的学生在和你打成一片之外还能尊敬你。这样忙碌的实习生活我进行了一个月，而这个月的每一天我都做好了幼儿园实习工作总结。
