一、师德修养方面：
德高为师，身正是范。师德是一个教师的灵魂，作为一名幼儿园教师要以德治身，培养良好的师德。爱岗敬业，以满腔热情投入幼儿园教育，要从“德”中体会到献身幼儿园教育事业的无比快乐和自豪。我从事幼教工作已有五年，回顾自己的经历，对师德认识有一个由浅到深，由片面到全面的过程。经过各种学习，能够说在师德认识上有了提高，更重要的是，在理论上使我对爱岗敬业有了具体资料和明确目标，我对自己所担负的幼儿园教育工作，又有了新的认识。勇于解剖自己，分析自己，正视自己，认真查找自己的缺点和不足，从而不断提高自身的素质和修养。
工作中从不迟到和早退，坚持100%出勤，准时参加园长组织的各项会议，认真领会会议精神，虚心向有经验的教师请教和学习。培养跨时代所需要的高素质人才，其基础就是从良好的幼儿园教育开始，幼儿园教师的一言一行及教育质量，将直接影响到今后小学、中学及大学的学习质量和综合素质潜力的提高。人们形容育人职业是“园丁”那是很贴切的，尤其幼儿园教育，从事启蒙教育更加显得重要，能够这样说，什么样的教师就培养什么样的学生，育人之本，关键在于师德。
二、教育教学方面：
