一、师德修养方面:
德高为师,身正是范。师德是一个教师的灵魂,作为一名幼儿园教师要以德治身,培养良好的师德。爱岗敬业,以满腔热情投入幼儿园教育,要从“德”中体会到献身幼儿园教育事业的无比快乐和自豪。我从事幼教工作已有五年,回顾自己的经历,对师德认识有一个由浅到深,由片面到全面的过程。经过各种学习,能够说在师德认识上有了提高,更重要的是,在理论上使我对爱岗敬业有了具体资料和明确目标,我对自己所担负的幼儿园教育工作,又有了新的认识。勇于解剖自己,分析自己,正视自己,认真查找自己的缺点和不足,从而不断提高自身的素质和修养。
工作中从不迟到和早退,坚持100%出勤,准时参加园长组织的各项会议,认真领会会议精神,虚心向有经验的教师请教和学习。培养跨时代所需要的高素质人才,其基础就是从良好的幼儿园教育开始,幼儿园教师的一言一行及教育质量,将直接影响到今后小学、中学及大学的学习质量和综合素质潜力的提高。人们形容育人职业是“园丁”那是很贴切的,尤其幼儿园教育,从事启蒙教育更加显得重要,能够这样说,什么样的教师就培养什么样的学生,育人之本,关键在于师德。
二、教育教学方面:
我20xx年毕业于湛江市幼儿园师范学校,三年的师范生活炼就了我扎实的基本功,进入工作岗位后,成为一名真正的幼教老师,理论和实践的有机结合,不断在教学中积累总结教育教学经验,与同事们交流、探索研究新方法,新方案;生活中,我和孩子们打成一片,成为孩子们的好朋友。在教学中,对自己的工作表现也有满意与不足,但无论怎样,都需要自己踏踏实实的工作,实实在在的做人。作为教学经验尚浅的我,经常向其他老师请教,并观摩她们的教学活动来学以致用,取长补短。为做好教学工作,我认真制定教案,做好每次教师汇报课的工作,并根据孩子们的特点设计教学活动。
