MY PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT:
After graduating from UIBE, I was employed as the assistant to the funding manager by China National Technical Import and Export Corporation. After reading a lot of related files, and analyzing the overall funding situation of the corporation, I found that the loan policy was not been put into effect. So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year’s hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. This internal banking system made full use of the corporation’ funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.

After I have worked in business area for eight years, I feel that I need to continue my education by pursuing a Master degree in business administration. General Introduction
I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.
Education background
In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.
At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. Research experience and academic activity
When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheng system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheng Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA
and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

我是XXX，现在是复旦大学XXXX系的大四学生。我想从朋友对我一些评价来简单介绍一下自己；
1、我身边的朋友一般都会叫我野兽(我不好意思说是禽兽)，当然并不是说我像野兽 一样桀骜不驯，而是因为我永远给人，给我身边的朋友一种始终处于高度亢奋状态，做什 么事情都会极大热情的投入的人，他们几乎从没有看到过我失落情绪低落的样子，我永远 给人有一种奋力前行探索的冲劲和闯进吧。我想这样的一种闯劲和韧劲对于CBD部门来总得来说是非常重要的。我是一个在工作，生活，体育运动方面都是精力充沛，活力四射的人 。（我是从小学一年级到大学差不多都是班长，尤其在复旦期间，我在学校的各个学生 工 作岗位上都有出色的表现，体育运动方面就更不用说了，我非常追求一种速度的快感，在 球场上没有一个人能比我更能跑。连续两年获得学校1500米第四名，连续三年拿下经济学 院运动会1500米冠军，我的其中一个梦想就是连续四年拿满经院运动会1500米冠军……… ..云云
2、曾经有个朋友和说过，我就像一棵野草，不管放到哪里，都能够很容易的存活下来。我觉得这个是我到为止最喜欢也是最符合我的一个比喻。我有极其强的对环境的适应能力，能够很容易与环境，环境中的人融合在一起，每到一个新环境的时候，我永远是那种最开始认识所有人，最开始和很多人打成一片的人，这个或许和我开朗幽默风趣还有很善于与人沟通交往，而且很无私热心助人的个性有关。真是这样的人性与适应能力，使我在人生的沿途收获了许多的朋友，友谊……….云云
3、很多朋友都说我是个天生的销售人才，除了与人口不贩卖什么都卖!说这个虽然有点夸张了，不过我确实在大学课余时间卖过许多的东西，我总是能够抓住商机，我曾经卖过珍珠粉，卖过CPA的考试书和司法考试的教材，还卖过许多的二手自行车，卖过羽毛球拍等，也卖过电脑的配件，卖过一些经典欧美影碟的自刻碟在复旦BBS上卖过。这一点 我想除了我卖过许多东西之外，还有一个原因是我极强的表达能力与和人谈判沟通的能力 ………..云云
4、关键有一点，我外在给人很大大咧咧的感觉，然而其实我内心非常的敏感，考虑 问题其实很细很周全，对于生活中，工作中遇到的问题我都会竭尽所能的把方方面面都考 虑到，然后总能过找到一个解决问题的缺口，把问题很好的进行解决…………..云云

我要介绍的是这位朋友， 张洪涛， 弓长张， 洪水的洪， 波涛的涛。洪涛， 你可以挥挥手让大家认识一下吗？好的， 谢谢！（点评： 敢于让自己介绍的人站起来挥挥手， 说明你是个很善于制造气氛的人。此外， 介绍对方的名字的目的是为了要让听众留下印象， 切忌飞快地把人家的名字说一遍， 结果听众还是不知道如何称呼你所介绍的人。）洪涛来自于三水， 不过他父母是从内蒙古移民到广东来的， 所以相信您可以看出， 洪涛确实有一点草原男子汉的形象。（点评： 在介绍了对方的家乡之后， 用幽默制造一个亮点， 和听众产生了互动， 让现场气氛立刻轻松很多。）洪涛是一名相当优秀的学生。他在广东商学院学会计， 拿过两次奖学金， 还担任过班里的体育委员。他本人也确实特别喜欢体育， 他是一个长跑健将， 曾经在校运会上得过1500米亚军！
