第一阶段：夯实基础
1.思前想后，还是先说说买资料的事，建议大家少买资料，能不买就不买，不要单词书；语法书；各题型专项训练……统统买一大堆，按我的经验，这么多资料看到你毕业都看不完，而且这么多书，完全抓不住重点，复习效果也不会好的。
2.分享一下我的经验，我单词书和语法书都没有买，我是直接用真题记的`，效果感人！在这里要推荐一下我用的真题巨微英语《四级真题·逐句精解》，逐句讲解文章里面的大纲单词，还一句一句的讲解语法，长难句还是图解，很详细全面，用这个真题记单词学语法反而效果更好。

第二阶段：提升技巧

一制定一个可行的复习计划时间可以根据自己的英语基础而定，像我之前英语基础比较差，我设定的时间是半年。首先：积累词汇和语法。(2个月，每天30分钟-60分钟)
四级比中考高考难就是因为词汇量增加了很多，你可以选择任意一本四级词汇书，制定约两个月的背词计划。在新词方面，四级与高中水平差别不大。但是六级词汇量有一定上升，可以酌情加强效率和强度。
另外，也可以适当复习常考的语法知识，例如虚拟语气、被动语态和定语从句等。每天至少半个小时看单词和十五分钟看语法，看完了再回头看，循环往复，大概两个月基本可以熟悉那些单词和语法。
其次：做真题，提升听力、阅读理解、写作水平。(2个月，每天1-2小时)我们都知道备考四六级的最佳资料就是历年真题。具体可以每周做两套听力，一天一篇真题阅读(不能超过10分钟)，一周一篇写作。听力的分值都在逐年增加，因此听力挺重要的。可以把历年考题的听力做一遍然后听写下来，或者找一些听力学习资料进行专项练习。
