笔者的一篇博客文章“我考研分数第一，我却落了榜”引起了众多网友的热议，相关博客的访问量达23万多次，评论达5000多条，新华社、中央电视台、中国青年报等权威媒体也相继发出相关报道和评论。 一个普通女生的考研遭遇竟引起如此多人的关注，一定有其深层次的原因。作为局中人只能“常无欲以观其妙，常有欲以观其徼”，高潮之中静下心来探讨一下其根由。不难觉察到引起波澜的源头是广大网民对考研复试公正公平的忧虑。
众所周知，目前我国研究生录取主要有两道关口，一是全国统考，一是招生单位复试。其复试环节包括专业课笔试、英语面试、综合面试、实验能力测试、身体检查等项目。
研究生全国统考是纯粹的客观打分，四门功课从进考场到网上公布分数全部程序都有严格的规范和制度，丁是丁，卯是卯，掺不得假，弄不得虚。尽管这种考分难以全面反映考生的能力，但由于它客观规范，量化性强，藏不得猫腻，考生对它信任有加，群众也很少对它的公平性提出质疑。但考研复试则不然，尽管它具有有利于全面考察学生能力、有利于学生个性发展观察等明显优势，但由于其以主观评价为主，过多的依赖于操作者个人的职业操守和道德良心，在当今的社会世风下引起人们过多的怀疑。笔者本人就是一个操作者（面试导师）又是一个怀疑者。我怀疑在打招呼、自我推介、登门拜访的情况下，我还能不能排除干扰，心如止水，“坐怀不乱”；怀疑即使我能达到圣贤地步，但我的好恶，我的偏见，我的性格能否给考生一个公正的评价，尤其是让我排出名次的时候。
当前的研究生复试究竟存在哪些问题以至于激起考生和民众如此的不满呢？通过所见所闻和媒体的报道，归纳其主要问题可能出在以下几个方面：
一、规则缺乏公示。某些单位在复试前并不出“安民告示”告知考生每个复试环节各占多少分数，复试分数占总分比例多少，是一票否决制还是积分制，致使考生心中无数，在懵懵懂懂中进行复试。例如由某单位招研，进行动手能力测试，试前和试后均未告知要写实验报告，一周后才说未交实验报告，后来了解到连监考人也不知道有交实验报告的要求。
二、复试各科目报分滞后或录取结果不及时告知。大部分招生单位在复试过程中，每进行一个科目，会即时将结果告知考生，录取不录取也能在二三天内通知。但有少数单位则采取秘不告人的策略，复试过程中各环节成绩和名次均严格保密，甚至最终也不告知考生。例如某研究所一个专业只有两人参加复试。当天就可将卷纸成绩和面试评价汇总完，但该所七天后才告知考生是否录取。迟报或不报各环节分数和名次，晚告知录取结果，无疑剥夺了考生的知情权，增加了单位内部调整和周旋的机会。其后果是失去了考生对复试的信任。
三、程序不规范。面试时什么条件能当考官？考官几人？是单数还是双数，一个单位内没有明确的规定，谁是主问谁是辅问，谁问专业，谁问个人情况，分工不明，实验能力测试只是随便指派一个人看一看，随意性很大。
四、出题不规范。对于不同考生面试问题难度差别很大，对于本校考生或重点学校考生面试问题很简单，象征性的提个问题、走个过场，有的甚至不提问题只说“你的情况我们都知道了”就算过关了。有的导师所提问题根本没有固定答案，如提问“化学反应分几种类型”这就和问中国人分几种类型一样难以回答。另外面试时间差别很大，有的20分钟，有的仅4、5分钟。
五、打分不规范。面试和实验能力测试预先不分等级，没有尺度，失误多少，扣多少分，没有任何标准规定，有时仅凭一个类似脑筋急转弯的问题，或一个动作错误即被定为应变能力差、专业知识差、动手能力差等，考生多有不服。
六、面试缺乏回避制度。很多院校都由考生的任课老师，班主任，毕业论文导师作为考官面试录取学生的情况，那么对同时参加面试的外校学生就缺乏说服力。
七、缺乏投诉、复议程序或不公布投诉、复议途径。考生有疑问、有异议无处查问，只能忍气吞声，吃哑巴亏。有的考生被淘汰，只是电话告知，“你实验能力不合格，不能录取”，考生再追问怎么不合格？对方说“不能告诉你详情”就扣下了电话。
八、缺乏组织监督。对整个出题、复试、评分过程，无有监督、检查，有些单位将一切权力下放到教研室，任由操作人员凭着良心去做为。由于监管不到位，造成许多单位人情、关系泛滥，暗箱操作成风。个别院校或院系有教师复试前办小型学习班、开小灶，由参与出题人员或复试考官对本校考生或关系考生进行群体辅导和个别交待，漏题、交底就见怪不怪了。
九、将考生按出身不同，分成三、六、九等。同样的统考成绩，同样的复试分数，重点院校或知名院校优先录取，甚至非重点院校考生在成绩占明显优势的情况下也被莫名其妙地淘汰。有些单位肆口贬低学校和考生，将非重点院校和其学生概之以考研基地、考研专业户，失去了分数面前人人平等的基本原则，剥夺了非重点院校同等分数、同等能力考生的读研权利。
十、对参与招研和复试的工作人员和导师缺乏教育培训和组织规范，未进行政策交底，未明确交待权利、责任、规范和纪律。考生向工作人员提出问题，一问三不知；有些导师稀里糊涂赶到考场，问一些不沾边的问题，有的监考老师竟不知道收哪几份卷子，考生敢怒不敢言。
出现以上问题的社会根源在于政府监督的`缺位；内部原因在于，招研单位把研究生复试当成自己的家务事，认为只要统考上了线，录取不录取在于我，录取谁都一样，忽视了教育的公正和公平，忽视了对社会负责和对考生的负责。同时，部分单位缺乏平等观念和对考生权益尊重的意识，更没有为考生服务的意识，也是出现以上问题的原因之一。
以上问题的存在，严重地破坏了国家教育考研录取的公正性，损害了研究生制度的权威性，在许多地方和人群中，一提考研复试，无不摇头叹息，无可奈何。难道考研复试就是一块禁地，不能进行质疑，探讨改革吗？
我记得刚刚恢复研究生招生时，每个招生单位都将招研看作非常神圣的事情。老教授、老导师个个诚惶诚恐地对待自己的导师权力，小心翼翼地为国家选拔优秀人才，很少见人情关系和暗箱操作。过了二十五年，社会发展了，教育水平提高了，而我们的招研的社会公信力反而降低了，这到底是因为什么？
同样是考试，高等学校招生全国统考的权威性和公信力反而提高了，人们赞扬说“高考(Q吧)是当今社会的一块净土”。笔者认为除了考研复试本身具有主观属性外，缺乏监督是其失去公信的主要原因。
在改革开放日益深入，政治走向民主进步的今天，考研复试已成为实现教育公平的最后堡垒。政府应该倾听考生和民众的呼声，正视考研复试中存在的问题，认真探讨考研制度的改革，加强对考研复试的监督，切实维护考生权益，使复试走向规范、公平、公开、透明，逐步恢复其在百姓心中的权威性和公信力。

2.不空谈理论，讲究理论与实际相结合
对于一些理工科的专业，很讲究实践能力，而在面试中切记不要大谈特谈一些理论知识，多少会有班门弄斧的意味。很多老师会通过观察学生的实践能力来考量学生的综合素质如何。所以理工类的小伙伴要在实践上下功夫。
当然英语口语能力是一定要锻炼好的，很多学校都会有国外研究项目交流机会，这也是考察的一点。另外，作为一个刚毕业的学生，毕业设计就是你动手能力最大的表现，所以可以适当的谈谈你的毕业作品。
3.态度诚恳，礼貌谦虚
研究生必备的素质就是能吃苦耐劳，而表现出这样的学生一般都会受到老师的青睐。
对于个人素质来说，高傲的姿态是行不通的，只会说空话，过度表现自己，不懂礼貌都是老师不会青睐的。有一颗诚恳求学的态度，说话措辞谦虚礼貌，对老师的问题回答的条理清晰，面面俱到是很容易给导师留下好印象的。
