从古至今，不知多少故事告诫我们做人要讲诚信;古今中外，不知多少名人名言在讲诚信的重要性。令我印象最深刻的是这样一则小故事：从前，有一家酒店的生意特别好，顾客络绎不绝。这家酒店的酒，醇香浓厚，每天来打酒的人排起了长龙般的队伍。一次，酒店老板离开了一段时间。他的妻子在酒中加了些水，而且一天比天多。后来，她丈夫回来时，发现顾客明显变少了，就问妻子怎么回事。妻子得意的说了自己的“小秘密”。丈夫听了大怒。结果可想而知，这家店生意越来越差，最后只好关闭!
其实，仅仅是因为酒的味道变差的原因吗?还有这家店的信誉度也大幅度下降。没有妻子的一失足，也不会酿成夫妻俩的千古恨;如果没有妻子一念之间的掺水，也不会有酒店倒闭的悲剧啊。

大家好！
今天我演讲中的人物就是我自己——一个普通的小学教师，我没有惊天动地的大事，有的只是一颗真诚的心。在日复一日的教学中，用我的真情交换学生的真诚。因此，今天我要演讲的题目就是“诚信为人，诚信施教”。
着名教育学家陶行知先生说过：“千教万教教人求真，千学万学学做真人”，教师的义务是培养学生，要为人师表首先就要做真人，时时处处要自律，要把学生利益放首位，千万不能以不诚信去伤害学生。
对于教师来说，当他作为一个普通人在自己平凡的生活中尽心尽责的时候，他最高尚的品格也就表现了出来。或许，他们缺少金钱，缺少财产，缺少权势，但是，他们依然拥有高尚的灵魂，拥有精神财富——诚实、正直、尽职尽责。

在今年抗“非典”工作中，我每天到校的第一件事就是帮学生测量体温，发现有学生体温在37.5℃以上要送回家隔离，还要随时进行跟踪检查，为了学生，我用班主任津贴为学生买药，买口罩。学生看着他们老师的一言一行，在作文中写道：“我们的班主任真好！她不贪钱，很有爱心，我们喜欢她”。
班上的活动逐渐活跃起来，学生自发组织班上的“学雷锋”小组，长期为新村坡一家五保户－－杨新带老奶奶进行义务劳动。之前，老人的精神很差，腰背部经常疼痛，连走动都困难，中队长杨莹就拿出卖茉莉花所得的钱帮老人买药酒，隔一天就去为老人搓腰涂背，同学们知道以后十分感动，纷纷加入她所组织的“学雷锋”小组，每个月轮流去老奶奶家两次，打扫卫生、洗衣洗被、和老人聊天。记得一次，杨莹和班主任商量：要为老奶奶过生日。班主任很信任的说：“行，没问题，由你去组织这次活动”。随后她就发动全班同学要为老奶奶过一次有意义的生日，同学们你两斤面条我一斤鸡蛋，你唱歌我讲故事的准备开了。当杨莹手捧寄托着全班同学祝福的蛋糕来到老奶奶跟前，此时老人已是热泪盈眶，一边握住我的手，一边握住杨莹的手久久不愿松开。如今的杨新带老奶奶精神面貌已有很大的改观，还能下地种菜，上街卖菜呢！
为了更好地开展工作，加强与家长的联系，我把家长的电话号码记录起来，向家长反映学生在学校、班级的表现，同时更深入地了解学生在家里的表现。没有电话的，我就去家访，碰到家长不在的要等，农村干活收工很晚，有时候一等就是两三个小时，家长回来很是感动。碰上大小农村节日，家长、学生都会邀请老师到家中作客；有位卖菜的家长出价钱让我回家辅导他的孩子，而这些都被我一一婉言谢绝了。
一分耕耘一分收获，我们班连续两次获得“优良学风、班风”荣誉称号，学习成绩大幅度提升。本人因此也评上了南宁市优秀班主任。
最后，我要说的是：只要从自身做起，树立起明礼诚信、情趣高雅的形象，以情操感染人，以作风影响人，以博学带动人，就能培养出二十一世纪的芬芳桃李。
诚信，自古以来就是中国乃至整个人类所公认的一种美德。说到诚信，也许每个人都会说，诚信很容易，但是真正在关键关头，又有几个人能保持诚信呢？虽然“诚信”二字只是很简单，但要做到就要我们用心去实现了。
“惟诚可以破天下之伪，惟实可以破天下之虚。”有时後，很多人都会讲求诚信，但是到了切身的利益时，他们常常会把自己拥有的诚信抛到九霄云外，用虚伪来包装自己。这时他们犹如一份无价值的礼物，虚伪是礼物装饰的包装纸，而里面的并不是什么有价值、有意义的礼物，这只是一张白纸，一张撕破了脸的白纸。
我们常说“精诚所致，金石为开”这时讲诚信的巨大作用，曾经有一家公司请人才，眼见这时一家有规模，利益好，工资高的公司，每个人都希望到这一家公司工作。于是，在聘请的那一天，来见工的人很多，但是每一个人不是讲自己曾在什么大公司工作过，就是说自己学历高，工作负责，等到他们一离开，有的不小心碰到人也不说一声对不起，有的把垃圾就扔下来，有的大庭广众地脱下身上的衣装。这也是有素质，有教养的人吗？这一切老板都见了，对于这些不讲诚信的人，老板毫无保留地把他们的名字划掉了。但就在这时，一个身穿朴素，中等身材的小伙子走进了办公室。他含蓄的告诉老板，他学历不算高，但他可以认真地工作，虽然有些工作他会做不来，但他一定会努力做好的。多么坦白的一番话啊，老板被他的诚信所感动了，一口答应了这个小伙子聘请他。这就诚信的回报。
我们曾学习过许多名人的故事。列宁，小时候玩的时候打碎了花瓶，但诚信让他承认了错误，华盛顿不小心把父亲的樱桃树，又是诚信，他毅然地告诉了父亲事情的实况，美国历史上有名的总统，因为售货员多付了他12美分钱，是诚信，他走了六里路终于把钱还给别人。他们都举世闻名的名人，在他们身上，同样能够找到诚信之外，诚信，也成为了他们成功创业的不可缺少的一部分。

人这初，性本善。诚信是人类的本性。古今中外，有识之士无不视诚信为人生成功的利器之一。当今喧嚣的世界和眩目的霓虹灯下，也演绎着尔虞我诈和笑里藏刀，诚信的缺失，无疑是社会文明和发展的绊脚石。“智诈不如拙诚。”其实，诚信是人生成功基石，拥有诚信，是人生的基本要素，选择诚信，你的人生必将充满希望。我们常说诚信为本，要做一个诚信的人。然而，诚信是什么？诚信的人士具有怎样的人格魅力？现在让我来解答这个问题吧：“诚”是诚实，指表里如一，说话老实，办老实事、做老实人；“信”是信用，指说话算数，言行一致。“诚信”即诚实守信用。培根说过，“诚实守信当为人处事第一原则”，诚信是人与人交流的重要纽带，是人们心灵间彼此相通的大桥。我们只有诚信对待每一个人，他们才会把我们视为知己。因此，现代教育家陶行知说：“人的最大美德莫过于诚信”。作为父母的希望，祖国的未来，我们中学生更应该诚信待人，以诚信感人，以诚信服人。
