He claimed the World Cup lead from Aksel Lund Svindal, moving 20 points ahead of the Norwegian -- who was 28th, following his two speed-event wins in preceding days at nearby Val Gardena.

我垂头丧气的坐在公园的长椅上，自己总结这几次摔倒的经验。如果快要摔倒的时候，尽量让身体向前弓着，双脚叉开呈倒八字，手要自然摆动，尽量让旱冰鞋和地面接触，重心集中在脚上……想到这里我又站起来，按照自己总结的经验开始划了起来。说来也怪，速度竟比原来快了许多。当我能顺利的划起来时我划得飞快，心中高兴的比吃了蜜还甜。正当我得意忘形一跃而起时，却摔了嘴啃泥，真是乐极生悲呀!经过几次摔跤，我终于掌握了滑旱冰的要领。
现在我的滑旱冰技术，已经达到了滑得飞快也不摔跤的程度了。我不光学会了滑旱冰，更明白了“功夫不负有心人“这句话的道理。

今天是正月初十。天气晴朗。我妈说带我和弟弟去滨州滑雪场。我很快完成了作业，上了公共汽车。当我们到达滑雪场时，已经是下午了。我们五个人租了两圈，准备从高高的雪地上滑下来。
哥哥年纪最大，带头。他坐着滑了下来。我一松手，他就飞快地滑了下去。他上来的时候满脸通红，头发搭在额头上，从湿滑的雪山上把圈拉了上来。他喘着气说：“太酷了，也来！”
下一个是吕志浩，像念咒一样把脚抬起来，但是摔了一半，摔得很惨。说：“危险的游戏。”我用的是躺着的方式。哥哥松开绳子时，露出一个恶毒的微笑。我第一个想法是赶紧下去，但是他在圈边上踢了一脚。我没抓住手就滑了下去。
只感觉圈子跳得飞快，转得飞快。虽然看起来不舒服，但其实感觉像是在飞。雪花塞满了我的脖子和嘴巴，我的脑子一片混乱，似乎无法思考。
我挣扎着站起来，头还是有点晕，但是从高处落地的感觉真的很好。尤其是一流的滑道。胃感觉三倍重力，胃里的东西都要吐出来，在空中飞翔的感觉也很刺激。
后来尝试了几种不同的动作：坐着，跪着，躺着……都是不同的感受。但是我没试过站着。因为一个男人站在他旁边摔倒了，他的脸看起来很痛苦。
这是我寒假里一件有趣的事。
周六，爸爸说明天带我去滑雪。我兴奋了一整天。因为我以前从来没有滑过雪，所以我不知道滑雪是什么感觉。我期待着周日早点到达。
周日早上，我们三个人收拾行李，开车去了棋盘山滑雪场。可能是因为心情好吧。看到银装素裹的雪景，路边挂着的树很美，心情很奇妙。
我渴望已久的滑雪板终于穿上了我的脚，但我没走几步就摔倒了。我有点退缩了。我觉得滑雪不容易。不知道能不能学到。爸爸看出了我的想法，鼓励我说：别怕摔跤。掌握要领是关键。在父母的细心帮助和耐心指导下，经过两个小时的刻苦训练，我终于掌握了如何控制身体平衡，如何用眼睛看前方，如何转弯，如何减速的要领。我终于能够独立完成滑行了。
我第一次滑雪结束了，也是从滑雪中感受到的。遇到困难的时候，不要轻易放弃，只要坚持，奇迹就有可能发生。
周六，我们去滑雪了，好开心哦！
到了滑雪馆，我对什么都很好奇！我穿戴好滑雪装备，进到滑雪场地后，既兴奋又开心，因为我第一次见到这样壮观的雪景。滑雪过程中，妈妈一直跟着我，护着我，生怕我摔跤。我告诉妈妈：“没事，我不怕摔，你让我试试吧！”
我的第一次滑雪“冒险”开始了。我全神贯注地操控着雪具，滑了很长一段距离都没有摔。我高兴坏了，赶紧向妈妈挥手，妈妈抱着我说：“宝贝儿你真棒！”还给我拍照留念了呢！妈妈说：“你一从雪道滑下去，我就担心得一直在尖叫。”我想笑话妈妈，可是我心里明白，妈妈是在担心我呢！妈妈，我爱你！
就这样，我玩上了瘾，掌握了经验。滑雪时，腿要稍微弯一点，脚微微外八字喜欢滑雪的小伙伴都去体验一下吧。很好玩，很开心哟！滑了好半天，我都出汗了。最后，我和妈妈依依不舍地离开了滑雪场。
回家路上，我和小伙伴说说笑笑都是谈论滑雪的事。我盼着下次还能再来滑雪。
前几天，表哥带着我和表妹去融创的雪世界滑雪。我和妹妹高兴得晚上几乎没睡着。
到了雪世界的检票口，原先我以为会很冷，没想到很温暖。我心想：里头为什么这么暖和，雪是冷的呀！检好票进去，我才知道一楼是更衣室，在里面租雪衣、雪裤、雪鞋和滑雪板，雪衣和雪裤的颜色有三种，蓝色，橙色，还有红色，我取了一件橙色的衣服。当我穿好衣裤，拿着雪板，啊！雪板和雪鞋挺重的，我感觉有些吃力。于是我把雪板扛在肩上，走了几步，手臂和两腿竟然有些酸了。我马上后悔自己体育课上做高抬腿时偷工减料。
到了二楼滑雪场，眼前白晃晃的一片，我和妹妹忍不住激动起来了。一阵冷风扑到我脸上，这才是真正到了滑雪场了。站在雪上，我刚走出一步，脚就深深地陷在雪中，拔不出来了。好不容易走到了练习坡，指导员告诉我，滑雪板要成内八字，身体要向前倾。我开始慢慢尝试向前，风在我耳边吹着。滑板滑动了，我有了慢慢飞的感觉。我滑到了下面，居然没有摔跤。再看看妹妹，胆子竟然比我大，滑的速度居然比我快。哥哥呢？也在小心翼翼地滑着，估计是不想在我和妹妹面前失面子吧？
滑了几个回合，我、表哥和表妹三人都觉得练习坡太短了，次定去大坡滑。于是我们坐上了电梯。到了坡上，表哥提议说：“我们手牵着手滑下去，是不是会安全一点呢？”“没试过，应该是的吧。”我说。于是我们三个手牵着手，拉开了一点距离，滑了下去。滑到一半很顺利，忽然表哥叫道：“前面有人，散开。”对于哥哥们的松手，被牵在中间的表妹吓了一大跳，毫无悬念地摔在了坡上。我和表哥顺利地滑到了下面，回头再看表妹，她还在坡上，正在被上面的叔叔带下来。到了我们面前，妹妹一脸委屈，有点不想理我们的样子。我和哥哥也觉得放开她的手有些不对，开始哄她，拉着她滑起来……
快乐时间总是短暂的，三小时到了，我们离开了雪世界。当我脱下鞋子时，发现自己差点不会走路了，刚走一步，就差点摔跤，不禁笑出声来。
这次是我第一次滑雪体验，我什么时候还能来这里玩呢？
