乱码问题相信大家也遇到过吧，虽然频率不是很高但还是有遇到的可能性的，如何解决Windows 7操作系统中软件乱码问题，
首先你要确定系统的区域和语言选择了China(中国)，在Windows7安装的时候第一步就是选择区域，当然如果你当时忘了选择，我们在系统之家安装好系统之后依然可以通过设置，达到同样的目的。区域的选择对于很多软件不正常显示，会有一定的修复作用。
第一步打开控制面板，选择Clock，Language，and Region(时钟、语言和区域)，第二步选择Region and Language，在新弹出的窗口中，Formats标签中，选择Chinese(Simplified，PRC)，
在Location标签卡中，Current Location下拉框中选择China。在最后一个Administrative，最下面的选项里选择 Chinese(Simplified，PRC)，这样我们的设置就结束了。
一般来说，这样设置之后，基本上所有程序都会正常了，如果你发现还有一些不能正常显示的，比如迅雷、光影魔术手等等，这时候你可以选择安装最新版的程序。
最后如果做了上面的所有操作，您的系统中仍然有软件会有乱码问题，打印机维修网告诉你，还有一招杀手锏，修改注册表中的一个键值，实际上这个键值是用来定义安装的区域位置的，根据对比发现，我们无法通过控制面板进行修改它，所以只能用注册表的方式来解决。
打开注册表，进入到如下目录[HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelInternational]，将其中的“Locale”键值修改成“00000804” ，保存然后关闭注册表。这样我们就基本能解决乱码问题了。
