今天是元旦佳节，我们小队准备了好多礼物，去看望福利院的小朋友，跟他们一起度过新年的第一天。上午，我们怀着好奇的心情，在爸爸、妈妈和老师的带领下，走进了福利院。福利院里的小朋友都是没有爸爸、妈妈的孤儿，大的十几岁，小的只有三岁，他们对我们的到来非常高兴。我们围成一个圈，就进行了互动节目，有的唱歌，有的跳舞，有的表演武术，有的朗诵诗歌，还有的表演走模特步……我们玩得可开心了，福利院里的小朋友们个个脸上笑开了花。此刻，我多么希望他们能永远像现在这么开心、快乐。表演完节目，同学们把新年礼物一一送到每个小朋友手里。我觉得我们送出的不仅仅是一份份礼物，更是一份份爱心、关心。

过了一会儿妈妈叫：“小家伙们吃饭了。”我们齐声说：“喔！”我们洗了手，来到餐桌前，哇，好香的饭菜呀！思源姐姐、若涵姐姐狼吞虎咽的吃起来了。她们边吃边说边笑。我见她们这样吃饭，就说：“吃饭不能说、笑，我妈妈有一次吃饭和我说话，把舌头都咬出血来了，长了一个星期才好了呢！一不小心还可能将饭菜掉到气管里面那可危险的。”但是，她们还是不听我的劝告，继续边吃边说边笑，不一会儿将整盘全饭、菜全吃光了，接着又加了饭菜。结果，吃完了饭，若涵姐姐说：“阿姨，我的喉咙里好像有什么东西卡住了！”妈妈说：“肯定是饭掉进气管里了！唉，皓羽在那劝你们，你们不听，现在只能咳出来了！”“阿姨，我咳不出来。”若涵姐姐说道。妈妈说：“我也没办法，只能咳出来了。”然后，若涵姐姐拼命地在那里咳，妈妈送我练书法去了，接着妈妈赶回家去看看若涵姐姐把掉进气管里的饭咳出来没有？这时思源姐姐的妈妈把她们俩个接回家去了。
我练完书法回到家，妈妈打电话问思源姐姐的妈妈：“若涵将掉进气管里的饭咳出来没有？”思源姐姐的妈妈说：“咳出来了……”嗯，这下妈妈才放心了！
唉，这个教训告诉我们，养成良好的生活习惯非常重要！吃饭的时候可千万别说话和笑啊！否则，后果可能不堪设想。

人的一生中有许多难忘的事情，有许多难忘的日子。而我最难忘的日子是上周星期五，我们全校举办了生活实践活动日。
那天艳阳高照，我们全校师生在校园里举办生活实践活动――野炊。大家有的在做烧烤，有的在包饺子，有的在做水果沙拉，还有的`在煮汤圆……
做烧烤的时候，我们先生火。首先把木炭放到烤炉里，再用一些易燃物来点火，最后就要“请”煽风点火这一招出场了。看见一个个同学在那里煽风，我以为很好玩，便走过去也要煽风。刚煽了一会儿，我就满脸是泪，呛得不愿意再煽了，好在火苗已经升起来了。于是，我就先拿一串火腿肠，涂上了酱油和麻油，烤了起来。唉！忘了削成一小块一小块的，结果可好，外面烤糊了，里面还凉着呢，急得我满头大汗。心想：好不容易能让我试一试怎样烧烤，可又烤得半生半焦，真是气死人了。
第二次烤的时候，我吸取了前面的教训。先把火腿削成一小块一小块的，再涂上酱油和麻油，最后小心翼翼的放到烤炉上。烤了一会，我又把它翻过来烤了烤。这次终于烤得既不生也不焦，味道也很合我的口味，我吃得津津有味。
当我拿着亲手烤的肉串送给老师的时候，看见了这一幕：有个小组在煮汤圆。他们打来一锅凉水，接着就直接把汤圆放进锅里。哎呀！汤圆差点成了面汤了，大家急得不知所措，幸亏老师挽救及时，未酿成“大祸”。只见老师先把汤圆捞出来，再把水烧开，最后再放入汤圆。折腾了好长时间，汤圆总算出锅了，可一个个都“开肠破肚”了。
通过这次实践活动日，我懂了一个道理：只要能做、会做的事，我们要积极的去做，这样才能提高我们生活自理能力，不要做衣来伸手，饭来张口的小公主、小王子。
一直最青睐春节，因为可以疯玩、可以享受天伦，更可以得到许多或大或小的红包。而每年正月初一，也是我整个寒假中过得最有意义、最难忘的一天。
今年初一，依惯例，我要与家人一起去地势偏远的乡下上坟，祭祀祖先。一大清早，我们便出发，一路跋山涉水，翻山越岭，历尽艰辛，终于来到了嘎祖祖的墓前。烧纸、叩拜、放鞭炮……拜祭结束，我们又马不停蹄地赶往另一处。年已老迈的爷爷婆婆仿佛焕发了青春，身先士卒，在荒无人烟的密林中为我们披荆斩棘。我和姐姐尾随其后，一路上兴奋不已，边吃边玩边走，时间倒还过得蛮快。反倒是以父亲为代表，平日蜗居办公室不常锻炼的父辈母辈们走在最后，唉声叹气，有气无力!不过，忘乎所以的我和姐姐先后摔了个“狗啃泥”，呜呜呜，真是乐极生悲!望着狼狈摔倒时光荣负伤的手指，再望望婆婆汗湿的脸庞和花白的双鬓，我悄悄地拾起眼角欲流还休的泪水，重新振作，继续艰难的祭祀之旅……
夕阳西下，疲惫不堪的我们终于踏上归途。回家后，我躺在床上，揉着酸痛的大腿，回忆一天的艰辛，深悟一种道理：对于学习和生活中遇到的困难和挫折，我们应该勇于坚强面对，不能因为畏难而半途而废，也不能奢望不劳而获，只有脚踏实地、用我们的勇气、智慧和锲而不舍的坚韧，方能克服一切阻挠，踏平一路坎坷，并最终站上成功的彼岸。
6月16日，是我最难忘的一天。
早上，李老师说下午黄龙五人足球的队员要来学校教我们踢球，我开心极了，一直盼望着下午的到来。
下午一到时间，我就迫不及待地跑到操场上训练。不一会儿，就看见鲍老师和楼校长带着黄龙的教练和球员来了。我们马上被他们手上一串黄色的新足球吸引住了，大家都想要一个，但球只有5只。这是他们给我们带来的礼物。以后，我们就可以用这些新球来训练了，真开心。
等我们安静下来，黄龙的教练开始给我们介绍他们的两位队员。一位是外国人，他皮肤黑黑的，看上去很结实，是巴西的外援。他还不会说中文，向我们招了招手，说了声“HELLO”，露出了洁白的牙齿。另外一位是中国球员，他很高，看上去非常和蔼。我们排好队一起合了影，训练就开始了。
第一个练习是跑动间的传球。我和赵子健一组，我们要么是传得太重，要么是跑得太快，失误了好几次;第二个练习是在传球基础上后踩球。那位中国球员来到我们这组，在此之前，我们是用脚弓停球的，但现在他教我们是脚底停球，我和赵子健不一会就学会了;第三是练习用脚尖挑球。我原以为是用脚尖捅球，但看了他们的动作后，才知道原来是用小腿带动脚去踢球的下。看着球在我的脚下飞起来，我高兴极了，这个技巧我学会了。
接着，我们还举行了一场友谊赛，他们三人(教练和队员)对我们整个校队(10人)，结果2：3，我们还是输了。
这次训练，我不仅学到了好多踢球的脚法，又学到了好多知识，真是一个充实的下午!
