今天下午，我们到冯若中外婆家做糟羹，你们都知道，临海人在农历的正月十五，都会大开食戒，因为要吃糟羹了。
糟羹里的食材可以由自己随意搭配，糟羹起源于明朝，自从戚继光打败了倭克以后，将士们都非常饿，但他们从来不向老百姓拿粮食，百姓们为了报答戚继光，纷纷把自己家的粮食煮熟，也不管戚继光答不答应，就直接送到了戚继光屯兵的地方，可是，粮食都冷了。老百姓就把粮食全部剁碎，放在一个大锅里煮熟，这就是糟羹，后来糟羹才演变成咸羹和甜羹。
到了冯若中外婆家，看见食材已经全部摆好，就等着我们去切。
我拿了一个油泡就开始慢慢地切，不一会儿，我的手变得非常油腻，我不想切油泡了。我把油泡拿给章仁翰切，。我拿起芋头，举起菜刀用力向下砍，只听震耳欲聋的一声响，芋头瞬间一分为二。
切好以后，冯若中外婆把食材全部倒进锅里，加了盐、老酒、白糖，炒了一会儿，然后加了很多水，烧滚以后，加了米粉和青菜，再加点味精，一大锅糟羹做好了。
冯若中外婆给我们每人舀了一晚，太好吃了，自己动手做的就不一样，感觉特别好吃。
