在惯彻实施“三爱教育”的过程当中,让我明白了许多事情,我深刻地认识到作为教师的无尚光荣,看到了新时期人民教师的光辉形象和崇高的思想境界,懂得了有一种比自己生命、比家人的安全更重要的东西,叫做老师的责任。

作为一名教师,首先要爱岗敬业的精神,在这一点上,我主要通过以下几个方面去努力的。

第一,在教育教学方面,我以严要求高标准来衡量自己,不断给自己施压,主动参加各级各类的教学活动。教学中,针对学生特点,以愉快式教学为主,不搞满堂灌,坚持学生为主体,教师为主导、教学为主线,注重讲练结合。同时,认真做好作业批改和辅导工作。

第二,积极参与听课、评课,虚心向同行学习教学方法,博采众长,提高教学水平。

第三,在纪律方面,本人严格遵守学校的各项规章制度,不迟到、不早退、有事主动请假。在工作中,尊敬领导、团结同事,能正确处理好与领导同事之间的关系。

其次, 要爱生如子。学生作为学习的主体,可能是学校中最不容易满足的群体。他们思想活跃,对周围的人和事容易理想化,而我们又习惯把学生当成“不懂事者”,对他们的声音往往听不见或者不想听,对他们所做的事情往往是不屑一顾,做错了事情不去深入了解就一味的批评。事实上,学生是一个活的“生命体”,他们有属于自己的感受和要求,每个学生都有自身的闪光点。我通过做班级联系人,经常与学生沟通,努力地去挖掘,其实就能发现他们每个人都有闪光点。要把“学生当成人来培养”,要正确对待学生的意见,师生之间应保持一种人格上的平等。师生之间的教与学实际上是一种矛盾,处理得好就会像父与子、母与子的关系,但处理不好就会产生对立态度。我在今后的教育中,注重把学生当成朋友,改变师道尊严的旧习俗,彻底转换观念,建立民主、平等、和谐的师生关系,让师生共同发展,培养和造就一代新人。

最后,在爱校如家方面,本人自觉维护学校形象,发扬合作思想,弘扬团队精神。可以说,爱校如家是每一个教师义不容辞的责任。本人主要通过以下几点去实施的。

第一,增强主人翁意识。进一步强化校荣我荣、校衰我耻的主人翁意识,适时对外宣传我们学校,在招生方面也尽心尽力。

第二,增强大局意识。“不谋全局,难以谋一域”,舍小我为大家,舍私利为公利。本着开源节流的精神,不浪费学校的一滴水、一度电、一张纸。

第三,增强合作意识。在工作中树立合作共赢的理念,以1+1>2的观念,加强团队协作精神,能与学校各部门各专业的教师和谐相处。

一、爱更是一种理解和尊重

作为一名幼儿教师更需要多一份的理解和尊重,这种爱要能够把每一个孩子爱到心坎里,爱是那么温暖那么无私;孩子犯错时,能多给孩子一个机会,当孩子取得成绩时,会给孩子送上一片掌声;孩子有疑难时,又是孩子最好的帮手。游戏时最好的伙伴最真诚的朋友;当孩子大胆表现自己时,老师是最好的欣赏者。一个甜甜的微笑、一个鼓励的眼神、一句真诚的赞美、一个友善的态度,一颗充满的爱心……教师要用这份真诚的爱深深地去感染每一个孩子的心灵。

现实生活中父母往往出于“为孩子好”的目的,为孩子做好了他们认为应该的一切,但是由于没有考虑到孩子的需要和想法,结果事与愿违,遭到孩子的反对,造成关系紧张。我们应该信任幼儿、鼓励幼儿,让他们自己做自己的事,同时也让他们帮助别人做一些事。如:分发碗勺……每个幼儿都有机会,每个幼儿都可以做,所以在此活动中每个幼儿都得到了不同的锻炼和发展,不仅学会了做一些简单的事务,变的热爱集体、热爱劳动了,而且增强了幼儿的管理能力和独立性。因而成人应该看到,幼儿虽然年幼,但是他们同样有自己的思维,有能力做好每一件事,强加和包办代替就会使幼儿失去选择的主动权,使幼儿没有独立思考的机会,久而久之,幼儿就会出现事事处处依赖成人或者出现逆反心理,这对幼儿健康心理和思维能力都十分不利。成人应该重视孩子的想法,不应用成人的看法去评价孩子。

二、爱是一种情感的交流

用语言来播种、用汗水来浇灌、用心血来滋润。对孩子充满爱的教育活动,都仿佛在为孩子打开一扇扇窗户,让孩子看到一个色彩斑斓的新世界,并且让孩子感受到教师的博大胸怀和崇高精神境界。我作为一名幼儿教师我热爱幼教这个岗位,我捧出一颗火热的心去热爱孩子,熟悉他们,了解他们,关心他们,与他们真心实意地交朋友,使他们感到师生之间的真诚和依赖,教育才会成功。

记得孩子们刚上小班,还没有自己的朋友,有一次户外活动时,马思琪跑来问我:“老师,你有没有好朋友啊,你的好朋友是谁啊?”我笑着回答道:“我的好朋友是你们啊!”忽然史浩然大声说道:“老师是老师,老师不是朋友,要是朋友,她为什么不和我们一起玩滑梯啊?”“对啊,为什么呢?”孩子们开始议论起来,我一时不知如何是好,这时张楠跑来拉我手,说道:“老师,咱们一起去玩滑梯吧!”说完,不由分说的拉我来到滑梯前,看着孩子期盼的眼光,我“勇敢”的爬上了滑梯,虽然看起来我的身体和幼稚的滑梯是多么的不合适宜,但是看到孩子们高兴的样子,我感到很幸福,因为我在他们心中不再是那个遥不可及的老师,我变成了他们中的一员,我是他们可以信赖的朋友。

那次后我和孩子们的心走的更近了,他们和我的感情更深了,于是我常常以朋友的身份和他们交流,引导他们正确的和朋友相处,在一次次感情的交流中,萌发他们爱的情感,认识朋友间的友爱。同时也让我感受到爱的力量是如此巨大,我用爱留下了一串串坚实的脚印,孩子们的骄横、多疑、自私和冷漠少了,班上出现了团结友爱,互帮互助的好气象。孩子们互相帮助,师生们谈笑风生,在师生的共同呵护下,我们班成了一个学习、生活和成长的乐园。让我惊讶的是在让他们感受爱时,他们也回赠给我真诚的爱。记得那次我感冒了,很严重。我嘶哑着嗓子去给小朋友上课,那天恰巧我穿了件新衣。刚走进教室,孩子们就围了上来大呼小叫地说:“老师好!”我刚张开嘴让他们安静下来,突然有个声音大声地说:“不要吵了!老师的嗓子哑了!老师的嗓子都哑了!”顿时整个教室安静了下来,孩子们都在自己的座位上端正地坐好,安静地看着我。当我张开嘴让他们跟着我念儿歌时又有小朋友举手提议:“老师,我们今天学唱歌吧!我们能自己跟着磁带学,那样你的嗓子会好得快些,妈妈说嗓子哑了要少说话!”多懂事的孩子,只知他们平时爱惹我生气,不知他们竟也知道关心我!

下课了,孩子们硬要把剥好的橘子塞进我的嘴里,说:“老师吃了它吧!吃了你的嗓子就会好了!”在那一刻我发现孩子们已经学会爱别人了,面对这金子般的爱,我顿时热泪盈眶了。这不就是高尔基说的:“谁爱孩子,孩子就爱谁,只有爱孩子的人才会教育孩子。”的确,爱是一种情感交流,当你把炽热的爱通过你的点滴传给孩子时,就会激起孩子对你情感的回报,从而乐于接受你所给予的一切。   三、爱是一种行动体验

教育是爱的共鸣,是心与心的呼应。作为一名教师,要对每一个学生撒种爱心,用爱的行动让他们重新点燃希望之火。当孩子拖着鼻涕走到我面前时,我会亲手用纸巾将他擦拭干净;当孩子离开父母哇哇大哭时,我会像妈妈一样抱起他,给他温暖给他安慰……我用我的行动表达着我的爱意,一个不经意的抚摸,一个鼓励的'眼神,使孩子感到老师在意他、喜欢他、信任他、关心他。

小班幼儿刚刚入园,哭闹是常有的事情,看着他们哭着找妈妈的时候,我的心也被触动了,每每这时我便走过去把他们抱起来,摸摸他们的头,亲亲他们的小脸,让他们感受到妈妈一样的温暖……午睡对于有的幼儿来说是一件“恐怖”的事情,我们班的娜斯塔便是如此。中午午睡时,孩子们都躺下了,只有娜斯塔眼里含着泪的默默坐在床边,我走过去问道:“宝贝,你怎么了,不舒服吗?”,她没有说话,眼泪反而流的更多了。我摸摸她的头,没事啊。于是我有耐心的对她说道:“宝贝,是不是想妈妈了?在幼儿园,老师就是妈妈。让我当你的妈妈,看着你睡觉,好吗?” 马欣怡抬头看看我,用小小的声音说道:“我想妈妈,睡觉的时候我都搂着妈妈的胳膊,我要妈妈……。”为娜斯塔擦干眼泪,哄她躺下后,我从她耳边说:“老师就是娜斯塔的妈妈,你搂着我的胳膊睡好吗?”看着娜斯塔搂着我的胳膊甜甜的睡去时,我感到了做老师的幸福……以后的日子,每到午睡时,娜斯塔总是搂着我的胳膊缓缓睡去。一天,娜斯塔高兴的跑到我跟前大声说:“老师像妈妈,老师就是妈妈。”这是全班小朋友也都兴奋了,妈妈,妈妈的叫个不停,听到孩子们甜甜的叫声,我的眼角泛出了泪花,心里感到无比的欣慰。

除了自己做榜样,在教育过程中,我还在孩子们中间找榜样,谁爱劳动?讲卫生?谁守纪律?谁讲文明?谁就餐文明不挑食等……我都时时关注,时时表扬给予肯定,在每周一次的评选会上,引导幼儿发现每个幼儿的优点和进步,并做出评议,由教师执笔整理,最后和孩子的照片一起陈列在荣誉栏中,比如:被子叠的好、吃饭不挑食、有礼貌、对小朋友友好……同时,也会对榜上有名的幼儿提出新的要求。幼儿在这种环境中都愿意积极展现自己的优点,主动改正自己的不足,自然而然的孩子们的习惯好了。

在幼儿学习过程中我也不忘时时把爱融进学习里。我把烦琐的管变为对孩子的理解和信任。把过分的控制变为更多的交流和对话。把过于集中的教育教学全分散给孩子们,用他们的感官去感知这个世界的一切。记得,在一次“动物过冬”的主题活动中,孩子们产生了许许多多的问题,小动物是怎么过冬的?它们会冷吗?小动物吃什么呀?带着疑问我们分头去收集资料,丰富知识、去感知这个神秘的世界,也使孩子们多了一份对动物的爱。

正如我国近代教育家夏丐尊所说:“教育没有情感,没有爱,如同池塘没有水一样。没有水,就不能成其池塘,没有情感没有爱,也就没有教育。”这应该是我们所有教师的共识。愿所有的教师心中都充满真爱,把不同的爱献给不同的孩子,让我们把真爱的种子种进孩子的心里,相信它能生根、发芽,并结出喜人的硕果。

先简单介绍一下《教与育》这本书,书里的内容是介绍家庭教育与学校教育如何有机结合,教师和家长如何配合在孩子教学(主要是是义务教育阶段)教育方面促进孩子身心健康成长;书中更多的是从老师的视角看到孩子看待教育,分享了教学过程中的一些生动的教学案例、一些很有创意的方法。

这一段时间带孩子陪孩子较多,一直在与两个孩子“斗智斗勇”,也一直思考如何教育好两个孩子,这本书刚刚好能够带来一些反思。

读来有如下一些思考:

一、要承认教育是一项长远投资,风险很高,用心尚也不能百分百成功

书中提到的,也是当前普遍的现象,现实的各项焦虑,让很多家长,尤其是年轻的家长,都把希望孩子能够更上一层楼,能够脱颖而出、出类拔萃,再加上都是独生子女,更是汇集了全家人的希望,于是各类辅导班、特长班接连不断,颇有种“毕其功于一役”的感觉,搞得孩子身心俱疲,甚至身心扭曲。

家长们要清醒的面对一个现实:教育是一项投资,投资未来的事业,就有失败的风险。为了避免风险就盲目的'投资,被各类培训机构割了一茬又一茬。

相较于把所有焦虑转移到孩子身上,家长的心态要调整,为了孩子倒不如当下从两方面入手:一方面教育孩子的重点应该放在培养孩子能够面对未来的各种能力和素质,比如坚韧不拔的毅力、规律的生活习惯、宽广有爱的胸怀,而不是片面的追求成绩的卓越和特长的亮眼;另一方面,家长更需要的是做好自己,务虚的讲是为了给孩子树立一个奋斗向上的榜样,务实一点,积累足够的资本,能够让孩子多浪几次,在人生的选择中多几次试错机会。

二、当下教育要“因材施教、因才施教、因财施教”,说到底是要“因‘阶级’施教”

通过阅读书里的文章,能够感受到书中作者,一众优秀教师对于教育实践的苦苦钻研和思考,无不透漏着对于教育事业的热忱、对孩子的热爱。对比自己在义务教育阶段的老师,只有羡慕的份了。有的老师只是把这个当做养家糊口的生计,有的老师真真切切的当做了一份伟大的事业并为之努力奋斗。而学区房的学校无疑汇集了更多的优秀教师,学校相对优渥的待遇也更能让老师更能无后顾之忧的全身心工作。羡慕之余,才发现这背后隐藏的是深深地社会割裂。

透过书中分享的一系列成功案例,无不隐隐的透漏着家长饮殷实的家境,长枪短炮的摄影爱好者,海龟学者,商海大佬――很多教育方式和方法虽然让人羡慕,印象深刻的一篇是留洋学者比较中美教育的差异,并把中国的教育批评了一番,看似很有道理,高大上,实际上完全脱离了中国的实际。所以这些方式方法并不适合所有的家庭,并不适合所有的学校,比如都在热捧的“素质教育”,如果因为一些成功的案例就无差别化推广,非但不会有好的效果,反而让孩子和家长更加的错乱。

作为家长需要明白自己的阶层,更要明白要突破自己的阶层需要一辈人一辈人的接力努力,之前通过考试鲤鱼跳龙门的时代已经过去,新的时代,针对自己所处阶层,采取符合自身家庭情况的教育方向和教育目的。

这个时代需要一份符合当下时代的《中国社会各阶级的分析》,就像主席1925年写的令人醍醐灌顶的那份一样。

未来孩子的路还要还自己走,想来想去无论是走那条道路,面对自己和自己的孩子,我们只有更加努力,言传身教,让孩子能够看到父母的努力,能够感受到父母的爱。就个人而言要做的很多,最近在有意识培养如下方面:

1、要培养独立意识从生活独立,经济独立,到思考的独立,保持自己的独立思考、独立选择。

长久以来,一直把目光关注在国内外知名的教育理论家或是实干家的身上,涉猎的也是闻名于世教育理论书籍和刊物。不曾想到,原来就在我们的身边,有一群默默奉献,甘做孺子牛的辛勤地耕耘者。她们长久活跃在教育的第一线上,为了每一个学生的健康成长,竭尽全力,呕心沥血,取得了卓越的成绩,以高尚的师德树立了人民教师的光辉形象,赢得了学生、家长和社会的广泛赞誉,而毛蓓蕾老师就是她们中杰出的代表人物。

“春风化雨,春蚕吐丝”正是毛老师一生的写照,通过了解,我有幸看到了毛老师在病床上的一段口述:

“我还有好多好多话想说,我要把小孩子透露给我的心里话都告诉大家……千万不要把小朋友估计错了,估计少了,估计小了……爱孩子是老师的责任。我心里有许多的爱,所以即使现在,我很痛,痛得熬不住,我心里还有一片阳光。爱虽然不能拯救肉体生命,但爱却会使精神永存。好好地爱孩子吧,你的一生便会充满着阳光。……我喜欢笑,现在,我也要笑一笑。让我们一起来笑,笑我们的祖国越来越发达,笑我们的教育事业灿烂光辉。我活一个小时,就是赢得一个小时,我就要爱,就要笑!……”

在病痛中煎熬的她,心中还装着孩子,还不忘嘱咐我们教师要用心爱孩子“以心育人”,是呀,正如毛老师自己所说:“我是属于孩子的。”

不久前在学习毛老师《心之育》一书中,我被毛老师执着追求,淡泊名利,无怨无悔,对学生充满无限的爱而感动着,“春蚕到死丝方尽,蜡炬成灰泪始干”都无法表达我对她的尊敬之情。真的有这种老师吗?究竟是什么在支撑她呢?

是爱,就是一颗博大无私的爱心,永远在无限扩大爱的范围,无私奉献爱的阳光,让爱的力量拯救每个需要爱抚和关怀的孩子的心灵,让爱的'阳光撒向每个隐晦的角落,温暖每个人的心房,扶持每棵幼苗茁壮成长为参天大树。而此时的她却颔首而笑,默默地开始了新的耕耘。她用一颗爱心,用她一生的追求告诉我们教师是一项多么伟大的事业,是一项使自己和别人都更加美丽的工作。

“尊重、理解――架起沟通的桥梁”。虽然我没有文章中的老师那么幸运,能和毛老师面对面的交流,向她学习,但是在字里行间我也感受到了毛老师对我们青年教师的爱抚,已经受益非浅了。文章中所谈到的青年教师的问题,我也遇到过有着同感。因为年轻,所以脾气有时候难免暴躁,对于孩子不够耐心;因为年轻,领导在自己身上压了许多担子,觉得有时喘不过气来;因为年轻,在与同事交往上还不会恰如其分地处理好人际关系……这些毛老师在与老师的交谈中都涉及到,她不谈大道理,却摆出自己年轻时的事情以及处理的方法,希望能让我们从中悟出些什么,再根据各自不同的问题,帮助每位教师对症下药,逐步使青年教师走出困惑。

有一段内容给让我印象尤为深刻:毛老师不顾自己患有高血压的身体,背着有残疾的17岁姑娘上下三楼上音乐课,每次都是汗流浃背,力不从心。可得到的却是“哼,谁要她背。”毛老师并没有因此而责怪甚至怀恨她,她让自己先冷静下来,经过调查发现,女孩由于是残疾,而受到父母的溺爱,家里有两个保姆。在她眼中,毛老师只不过是第三位保姆罢了,所以她体会不到教师的爱,更不懂得珍惜被爱,也不知道自己应该爱别人。在知道了她缺少的是什么后,毛老师便制定了一系列的教育方案,结果可想而知。

现在的青年教师大多出生在七、八十年代,也是家中的独生子,爸妈的心肝宝贝,我们身上也有着独生子女的不好的习气,不愿受半点委屈。再加上现在的孩子有的更是娇生惯养,往往师生之间就很难搭建起沟通的桥梁,师生关系就会日益紧张。毛老师正在用自己的亲生经历告诉我们青年教师应该更具备耐心和爱心,遇到问题时,先从自己这里检查,而不应该一味追求孩子的责任。她让青年教师明白了,师生的人际关系是在教育教学过程中,通过师生交往所形成的以认识、情感和行为为表现形式的心理关系,包含着师生间的相互感知和理解,判断和评价,相互的满意和不满意,依恋和疏离,喜欢与厌恶等等心理体验。青年教师应该努力给自己和学生营造这样一个和谐融洽的学习生活的氛围。

读了《育德园》上短短的文字,我由衷地感叹:可怜天下父母心。记得小时候,爸妈为了我们几个孩子,起早贪黑地干活,为的是让我们吃饱穿暖。爸妈对我们说的最多一句话是“好好学吧,将来端个铁饭碗。”那时候,我们对铁饭碗充满了幻想,总觉得爸妈的话只是一种渴求,一种向往……

读完《文汇报》连续六天对我校的报道,一种自豪感、责任感油然而生,来到奉贤中学已进入第六个年头,我真真切切地感受到了这几年学校发生着的一切变化。报道中的一切,确确实实发生在自己的身边。

来校六年来,我从一名普通的班主任,成为一名优秀班主任、星级班主任;从校骨干教师,成为区骨干教师、区名教师。这一切,就是因为学校为我们创造了良好的环境、创设了施展才华的舞台,同时制定了自己的个人三年规划,并在学校的良好机制下,实施和一步一步的实现目标。

读过报道后,我想:作为奉贤中学的一名教师,在为学校取得成绩骄傲的同时,还要更严格要求自己,为学校的兴旺和发展作出自己的贡献。

一、 严于律己,做学生的`表率

无论何时何地,都要以党员的标准严格要求自己,以人民教师的形象塑造自己,

严格遵守师德规范,全心全意为学生服务。热爱自己的事业,服从组织安排。尤其是目前作为新疆班的班主任,更应为祖国的民族团结教育尽心尽力。

二、精益求精,发挥辐射效应

尽管已从教二十六年,有很丰富的教学经验,但在这样一个信息时代、日益变化的时代,还需不断的学习,探索新的教学方法,寻找新的突破途径。同时,作为区名教师,要无私地把自己的一切传授给年轻的教师,辐射到区的其他兄弟学校,让青年教师迅速成长,让普通中学的英语教学有质的提高。

三、 不断追求,创造自己的教育教学特色

在过去的很长一段时间里,自己的教育教学工作确实很努力,但回过来思考,总觉得缺了什么,现在似乎有所觉悟,那就是自己的特色在哪里。我觉得,在今后的教学中,我会不断地总结和反思。现在,学校又创造机会,安排上海市特级教师何亚男指导我,我一定会抓住机会,认真学习,不断追求,打造出自己的教育教学特色。

《育德――滴灌生命之魂》是于漪老师教育教学实验研究的结晶。在当前教育改革的步伐已经进入了关注教师发展的新阶段。不是因为课程改革已陷入制度性疲倦,不是因为评价改革终将受制于社会发展的瓶颈,也不是我们拥有超过千万的中小幼教师队伍,每年有数十万计的青年人正在进入这个领域。课程也好,评价也罢,根本上他们都内在于教师。拥抱“教师的年代”,不在于讨论有多少以教职为生计的人,而在于如何拥有师者的内在品质,使自己从一位教者成长为一位真正的师者。

这段话是这本书的第一段话,看到这里,我想到当前我们所提倡的“立德树人”不就是这样么?我们现在不仅要“传道、授业、解惑”,更应该成为一名“立德树人”的师者。习主席说得好,“经师易求,人师难得”优秀的教师应该是“经师”和“人师”的统一。教育的本质是育人,教学生做人是第一位的,引导与教育他们懂得做人的道理,养成做人的良好思想道德素质,养成做人的良好行为习惯,牢牢把握做人的底线,应该是教育工作的重中之重。这给我的启示就是:如果我们的孩子没有从小打下扎实的基础,人就难以为“人”。教学,“德育为先”。

这本书从“当前德育面临的困境、德育的作用及如何进行德育”三方面展开。该书的核心思想是用育德滴灌生命之魂,其中足以看出于漪老师对学科德育的看重,将德育与生命之魂相连,德育关乎学生安身立命之根本。

初读这本书,映入眼帘的就是“滴灌”二字。滴灌原本是农业上采用的一种灌溉法,通过安装在毛管上的滴头、孔口或滴灌带等灌水器将水一滴一滴地、均匀而又缓慢地滴入作物根部附近土壤的灌水形式。这样的灌水方式较之于其他的方式来得缓慢,但是来得均匀,来得持久,来得更有针对性。德育与生命成长之间是紧密相关的,然而这种紧密关系要真正意义上发挥作用,必须在长期的“滴灌”中完成,因为每个学生都是独立的个体,每种成长都需要时间和耐心。

1、以分判人,首当其冲受害的是男娃娃

这是我第二次听到这句话。第一次是一位老教师对我说,低年级的孩子,男生表现的比女生要差一点,他们调皮好动。但是到了中学他们会慢慢地超过女生。所以现在我们的孩子调皮好动,不要放弃他们。这里是我第二次看到这句话:以分判人,首当其冲受害的是男娃娃。两位老师说的其实大同小异。让我考虑到,这一阶段不能无视他们好动、求新、求异,又拖拖拉拉、粗心的特点。这不是缺点,这是天性。潜心研究这些特点,因材施教,不能用统一的'条条框框去要求他们。不要让孩子们在小学时就处于弱势,避免“阴盛阳衰”的局面。

2、以考定教,最受伤害的是学生的全面发展

育分还是育人,是办教育的根本性问题。加深我对考试这一手段的时代理解。考试作为一种检测手段、选拔手段,它的目的在于改进教与学,提高教学质量,使学生学得更有兴趣,更自主。任何教学都具有教育性,没有教育性的教学是失掉灵魂的教学,是苍白无力的。所以在平时的教学中要求我要更好的去发现孩子们的闪光点,促进孩子们的全面发展。

一个人只有一个童年,一次青春,青春是无价宝。哪个孩子都伤不起,更何况今天的教育质量就是明天的国民素质。这不仅是基础性的问题,更是带有全局性的战略意义的大事,怎能不让人揪心。

钱学森曾对一位中学教师语重心长的说:“培养年轻人是一个国家进步的基础,不要小看你的工作,你是在塑造年轻人的灵魂。”教育是有灵魂的。教育的灵魂就是培育学生心中的太阳。这颗太阳闪耀着爱国主义的光辉,闪耀着勤奋好学、自强、自信、自律、责任担当的光芒。学生要能孕育成自己心中的太阳,教师就要满腔热忱地悉心教育,精心引导,用自己心中的阳光照亮他们的心灵。

The novel is rich in poetry, symbolism and metaphor. It does not fit easily into a definite pattern, being neither a novel of “manners” in the tradition of Austen, or a straightforward Gothic Romance in the style of Mrs Radcliffe. What Charlotte Bronte did was to create a work which cleverly blends elements of the two styles, and which remains uniquely independent of them at the same time, since it addresses issues which were at the time rather controversial.

The novel is written in the first person, and thus magnifies the central character - the reader enters the world of Jane Eyre and is transported through her experiences at first hand. This at once makes the work subjective, especially since we know that Charlottes Brontes own life and experiences were so closely interwoven with the heroine's. As well as this we learn only at the end of the novel that the events are being related to us ten years after the reconciliation with Rochester - thus the narrative is RETROSPECTIVE (looking back)。 CB is clever in blending the narrative so that at times Jane seems to be speaking as an adult with adult hindsight , while at others she she is “in the middle” of them, as a child or young woman. The indecision which is a central issue in the book, is heightened by this device. We never know, as readers, whether to be entirely trustful of Janes actions and thoughts, because we are never sure wheher she is speaking impulsively or maturely.

This intensifies the readers dilemma as to what is “right” and “wrong” in the dramatic relationships which are part of JE's life. Can we believe what the heroine says, or is she deceiving herself? The novel is primarily a love story and a “romance” where wishes come true but only after trials and suffering. The supernatural has its place, as do dreams, portents and prophesies. The heroine begins poor and lonely and ends up rich and loved; the orphan finds a good family to replace the wicked one; all the basic ingredients of classic romantic fairytale are present.

The romantic element is present in two forms in Jane Eyre; the “family” aspect is dealt with in the Gateshead, Lowood and Moor House episodes, which involve the exchanging of the wicked Reed family for the benevolent Rivers one; and the Love romance is dealt with in the Thornfield and Ferndean episodes. Both aspects are, of course linked and interwoven throughout the novel.

Her idea of self-respect impresses me so much and let me feel the power inside her body.

The other gorgeous personality I value very much is her selfless love. After leaving Thornfield with a broken heart, Jane experienced quite a lot. She refused the proposal of St. John, a handsome priest who helped her a lot when she was starving. Later, Jane inherited a wealth of fortune from her uncle which she shared with her three cousins. But when hearing that Mr. Rochester had lost his eyesight and made his body serious injured while saving his mad wife in a conflagration during which his wife died and all his property was destroyed, Jane returned to Thornfield immediately and devoted her love to Mr. Rochester. What a great decision for her to go back! If I were Jane, I couldn’t promise to get married with Mr. Rochester who is in such a terrible situation. However, Jane did with all her heart!

I like the novel very much, especially the character ‘Jane Eyre’ who is a great woman in my mind. Jane makes me realize the importance of self-respect and understand what the true love is. In this sophisticated society, we may not avoid being contaminated, but we can remind ourselves of Jane Eyre and try to be an independent and strong-minded person who treasures self-esteem and true love.

That’s what she had just done — just to accept willingly from the bottom of her heart. She was not at all an evil woman who would give anything for the fortune or fame. However, she would give uo something for a better life when her instinct defeated her intellect.

That was Carrie, a girl had her own desire, a human being just like many others in the realistic world.

There’s one sentence written in chapter VIII:” When this jangle of free-will instinct shall have been adjusted, when perfect understanding has given the former the power to replace the latter entirely, man will no longer vary.” However, how many people can go that further.
