九年级英语是人民教育出版社出版的新目标英语,本册书依然是分为SectionA、SectionB、Self―check和阅读四部分,其中A部分为新课呈现,B部分为拓展延伸,教材编排有以下目的:
1、要使学生受到听、说、读、写、英语的训练,掌握最基础的语言知识和语言技能以及培养初步援用英语交际的能力;养成良好的外语学习习惯,掌握学习外语的基本方法;为进一步学习和运用英语打下扎实的基础。

二、学情分析
从整体情况来看,学生英语基础较差,兴趣不高,甚至有部分学生的听说读写能力还不够一年级水平,所以在课堂教学时,出现有学生不守课堂规则,不愿听课、睡觉或是做与课堂无关事情的现象,这使得课堂难以调控,难以形成英语学习氛围。有少部分学生基础较好,自制能力较强,能认真听课,按老师要求完成各项任务,。总的来说,本班的英语教学具有挑战性,需要耗费不少时间和精力。

5、帮助学生树立正确的学习观念、成才观念。
二、教材分析
1、新教材充分体现了新课标的rdquo;教学理念。达到rdquo;全面发展的新型素质教育观,新教材突出了功能和结构的有机结合理新教材非常注重话题,每个单元都围绕一个具体的话题展开,突出了话题结构、功能、实际运用三个方面的结合。让每个话题贴近学生生活实际,更便于学生灵活运用。
2、倡导教学,强调课堂上师生互动。
本教材共15单元,分二个学期教学。按要求,第一学期为1―10单元,第二学期为11―15单元。课本增加了读写训练的比重,以便于听说读写的全面训练。其内容主要反映了学生的日常学习和生活。课本设计了中外学生同校学习的情景,便于介绍英语国家的风俗习惯和文化。题材范围更广,除了学生的学校生活和家庭生活,还反映了学生的校外活动、劳动、卫生保健、体育运动、节日、尊师爱生、团结友爱、助人为乐的道德风尚。
三、学生情况分析
本届学生基础知识掌握不够扎实,阅读写作得分率低。课堂学习积极性不高,回答问题不够积极,绝大多数男生不能够自觉完成作业。受学习态度、风气的影响,刻苦学习之风渐渐稀薄,轻浮之风开始产生,很多学生上课不认真,课后死记硬背,当然有大部分学生还是劳逸结合,掌握了科学的学习方法。从学生成绩来看,存在明显不平衡。少数优生优势不明显,差生面较广,培尖补差任务重。学生受当今社会环境影响,厌学情绪严重。
四、教学措施和要求
要求:
a类学生:课堂上要求能回答较难提问,思考问题积极,教学任务能当堂完成,课后要求阅读一定量课外读物,考试时要求失分不大。
b类学生:加强双基教学,多鼓励多表扬,使他们爱好英语,并且用抓两头促中间的办法使他们时时有危机感。要求能较好地完成教学任务,能回答上课提出的一些问题。
c类学生:教学中多关心、多爱护他们,平时与他们多进行谈话,让他们认识到英语学科的重要性,平时对他们要求严格但要求不过高。
措施:
首先,努力培养培养学生自觉学习的意识和自主学习的`能力、从补习音标自主学习单词开始,教会学生如何读熟文章背诵文章学习语法等,让学生真正成为学习的主人、教师由知识的传授者向学生学习的向导与顾问的角色转变、
其次,应重视学生学习英语兴趣的培养,激发学生的学习兴趣。新时期英语教学要提倡乐观的观念,情绪越好,越乐观,对所学内容便会发生浓厚的兴趣,学习效果也将越好。提高学生学习兴趣。根据初中学生的年龄特点,起始阶段的教学要从视听入手,听说的比重应大些。
为实现这个目标,重要的是要调动学生群体的积极性。
(1)采用任务型教学,激发学习兴趣。根据初中学生活泼、好动,对新鲜事物充满好奇的特点,可激发学生的学习兴趣,调动其学习积极性,使他们在自觉和不自觉状态中,开启心扉。在教学中,可尽量利用实物、图片和幻灯等直观教具进行教学。嗅觉、视觉、听觉一起参与感知,将实物与英语联系起来,学生获得直观印象后便很快记住了句型和生词。
(2)采用情景教学,创设良好气氛。在日常教学中,我注意使用情景教学法,以听说训练为主导,以课文教学为依托,充分运用现有的教学条件和设备,紧扣教材内容,使教学活动尽可能置于语言情景中去进行,使学生的理解力、记忆力、运用能力处于最佳状态,并在此基础上联想、综合,进行创造性学习,从而达到掌握和运用语言的目的。运用交际手段,培养学生的能力。绝大部分学生主要是在课堂上学习英语,而在现实生活中缺少语言交际的环境和场所。如何用好科学的教学方法,在有效的时间内使学生生动活泼地学习,我将做如下:
(一)、精心备课是提高课堂效率的前提。
大家都懂得提高40分钟课堂效率的重要性。而精心备课则是提高课堂效率的前提。认真的备课,会使我们做到胸有成竹,无论是重点、疑点、难点的落实,问题的设计,教法的选择,都要精心考虑,通盘安排。只有胸中有教材,眼中有学生(因人施教),才能运用自如,得心应手,才能有效提高课堂教学效率。
(二)、注重非智力因素开发是提高课堂效率的关键。
面向全体,全面提高英语教学质量,同时更要注重非智力因素(即信心、兴趣和习惯等)的开发,这对后进生尤为重要。因为他们缺乏主观能动性,学习信心不足,兴趣不浓,习惯不好,不肯下功夫背单词,或方法不妥导致成绩差。爱因斯坦说过rdquo;。初中学生精力旺盛,记忆力好,猎奇心强,求知欲高,一般都能学好英语的。关键就在我们如何千方百计地激发不同层次学习的学习兴趣,如开展多种多样的口语活动,朗读比赛,趣味游戏等等。不断增添学生的新鲜感,激发学习英语的兴趣。
(三)、上好英语复习课。
初三面临的是毕业考和升学考试对复习课要求非常之高。英语的复习课不是学习内容的简单重复,而是用新的教学方法在高层次上再现以前学过的内容。由于范围广、内容多,授课时间短,所以复习课也要精心备课,将学过的各种语言现象进行系统的归纳、整理、分析。要认真设计课堂教学程序,运用系列化教学,方法要灵活多变,激发学生兴趣,点拨分析,鼓励学生多思考、勤实践,不能简单地核对答案,草草了事。
五、教学进度
略
。比104,105班少3分。及格率14和22。104,105是19.4。三个班的差距不是太大。但是和泽州县各兄弟学校相比,差距何止几分,几十分?还有一年的时间就是见分晓的时刻――中考。这是一个巨大的压力,这是一副千斤的重担。别人不挑推给我,带着矛盾的心情上路。明知山有虎,偏向虎山行。
面临的困难:学生的基础太差,所剩的学习时间太短。不熟悉学生,与学生需要一段磨合期。
欲想的教学过程:先扎扎实实复习好七年级八年级课本的主要内容,由此顺利过渡到九年级教材。因为九年级教材中所考的东西其实并不多。七年级八年级的基础却非常重要。打牢扎实的基础,磨刀不误砍柴功。
复习内容时间和要求
1. 48个音素巩固
2. 七年级上册下册课本复习半个月。将这册书里的重点词组全部总结和抄写一遍。三种时态个别检查。争取每班有近二十名左右的学生掌握。
3. 八年级上册复习十天。
主要复习每个单元的重点词组,句型结构。并系统地将所学语法再讲一遍。通过做练习,发现学习困难的学生,个别补习。争取每个班至少有二十名左右的`学生能经过努力跟上课。
4.灵活机动,不平均分配时间。虽然主要以单元备课复习为主。但是加强了重点,难点的突破,保障了时间。对于语法比如一般现在时,一般过去时和现在进行时,除了保障时间外,还做到了面对面的辅导和检查,以便及时发现问题,及时个别解决;形容词副词的比较级和最高级也是非常重要的。我又精心的修改了下载课件。系统地给学生复习了一遍。特别对于副词的比较等级,我们平时强调的太少了。这次加强了形容词副词比较等级的比较。现在我们已经复习到了八年级上册书的第六单元。再用五天复习完上册书。就开始上九年级课。并要求学生学一个单元,就复习八年级下册一个单元。同步进行。
本学期主要任务和目标
1.500个左右生词,和200多个短语。
2.学习下列话题: ①事务处理 ②运动 ③旅游 ④谈论发生过的事 ⑤事物描述
3.语法: ①现在完成时 ②虚拟语气 ③动词不定式 ④规则动词的过去分词与不规则动词的过去分词 ⑤主动语态与被动语态 ⑥过去将来时⑦过去完成时
4进一步改进学生的学习方法,提高学习能力。
教学方法与措施
一、认真上好每节课,提高课堂效率。
课堂是提高学习成绩的主阵地。是教师组织学习的主战场。我要向每一分钟要成绩要效果。决不作“不备课,提着课本进教室”的不负责任的行为。争取节节有目标,节节有效果,节节有进步,节节有收获。
除了和其它课冲突外,要尽量上多媒体室。要准备生动活泼,内容翔实,容量大而精的课件。有一位同事说的很好:我们要用和别人一样多的时间争取比别人做的好,超过他们。然后我们要用比别人少的时间超过他们,
二、检查要到位
提起课堂教学,许多老师讲的都很透。但是老师讲得好,学生不一定就学得好。也许有些学生左耳朵进右耳朵出,也许有些学生根本就没当回事。因此课后的检查反馈就显得更为重要。课后检查是督促学生认真听讲的有力手段,是对课堂效果的及时回馈,更是对所学知识的融会贯通和提高。堂堂清,日日清,单元清。是我对自己的要求。吸取以往带九年级的经验。我们知道学生的自控力并没我们想象的那么强,(这也难怪,我们都成年人了,又有几个敢拍着胸脯说自己有毅力和恒心?正因为许多人做不到。毅力和恒心这些名词才显得更为诱人。)因此我们每天都要检查单词或句子。逼着学生不得不认真听讲,努力记单词。

三、管理要跟进
严是爱。要教育学生严格要求自己。要有远大的目标。要为目标坚持不懈。现在又重新分了班。102是加强班。拥有原两个班的成绩好的学生。103班是提高班。都是原来成绩差的学生。其实这样分班使得我们的英语课更不好上了。在加强班,我想要严格要求每个学生,但是不可能“齐步走”。事实上,这个班有几个学生根本不学英语。成绩比提高班的还差。我计划:安排三个科代表帮助老师。一个负责收发作业。一个负责写写画画。另一个专门负责英语成绩较差的几名学生,关心帮助他们,解决他们遇到的难题。学生人人定出自己的目标,并努力达到。103班有两个严重的问题:其一,不懂英语,想找到一个能回答问题的都很困难。其二,课堂纪律差。由于不会,大部分学生破罐破摔,没有了信心。上课就睡觉,睡不着就说话,要比俏皮话,老师肯定说不过他们。为此。我计划多点耐心。能提的学生一定要提:安排三名帮手。两名为科代表。每人管理十六人。负责他们的纪律,学习,收交作业,并展开课堂英语竞赛。另一名专门负责那些一点都不会的学生。在英语课上,不能睡觉,每节课抄写老师当天讲的内容。多动手,多写。就当在练字。同时又不影响他人学习。
四、课堂上多说英语。
由于学生普遍听力太差。简单的课堂用语许多学生都听不懂,一脸茫然。但是听力一定要提高。今后在英语课堂上一定多说英语,给学生创造一个说英语的环境。潜移默化的提高听力水平。
五、多阅读,多写作。
看一个学生的英语水平如何。只要听他说几句英语,看一看他写的英语作文,再了解他的阅读能力就可知晓。中考阅读题占55分。写作虽然只有15分。却不是能轻松得到的。要鼓励学生多做阅读理解,完形填空方面的题。每三天写一篇作文。老师辛苦点,全批面给。针对作文中存在的错误和问题,叫学生当面改正,并说明理由。以便对错误有清楚的认识。长此坚持下去会有效果的。
