Unforgetable Experience
Once I changed my attitude toward everything, I recognized my world, my future and myself. It happened when my friends and I had almost finished our last academic year and were invited by our lovely and friend like teachers to an amazing trip, to Issyk-Kul, the pearl of Kyrgyz land. About five of my best friends and I were going to the breathtaking places of our motherland where we decided to have an unforgettable days of our life.
In evening, we were usually watching comedy films and films about the battles. But on another day we decided to have a party, so we went to a local disco named as Discovery. And the life would be more interesting that night if I didn’t quarrel with my best friend. We started arguing only for our own interests; he insisted on drinking some alcohol and dance, I insisted on not doing that because it would bring big problems and moreover it would be shame on ourselves. Unfortunately, all my friends were against me, because they thought that we could afford drinking alcohol considering that we were about to finish our school. That night I lost all my best friends just in a moment. All my thoughts about friendship were ruined; my heart burst into small pieces that will never be joined any more. And from that moment I started to build everything in my life from zero. I became more serious with my attitude toward people and became more careful myself as well.

My name is Tiffany, a Year 2 student from the University of Macau. I am currently an active member of the university Public Speaking Team, president of the Honours College Student Association, and also the vice president of the event department in Marketing Society. I am very active and outgoing. I enjoy being with people, engaged in conversations with them so that I can understand them more. I like public speaking as it can help increase my self-esteem and self-confidence. Aside from public speaking, I am also good at English recitation. Imagine a car without a steering wheel. Tough to imagine, right? Well, actually that’s the image you see if a person has no faith. Faith helps to guide us in our lives, encourage us to persist, and give directions when we are lost.
In this peaceful era, our life paths seem to be already well-planned and determined. What we have to do is to follow. Yes, we may face different sorts of challenges, but at least they are less harsh when compared to those in the past. We do not need to worry about starving to death, or how to earn enough money to buy food for our siblings and sustain our lives.
It is like driving from a muddy road into a highway. In the muddy road, path, you would say, as it is formed only by crossing on it many times, flattening the ground to form a smoother area so we can pass. The road is so bumpy and rough, with holes here and there and rocks lying all over. When we drive along this road, we have to be very careful, having a firm grip on the steering wheel, ready for a sudden turn or a large boulder that may appear any second. However, when we drive on a highway, everything becomes different. The road is smooth, straight, and visible. Since there is no unseen obstacle, we may lower our guard, relax a bit, and loosen our grip on the steering wheel. One may even think, if we only have to drive on a smooth straight road like this highway, why would we need a steering wheel?
Faith is unique, just as happiness is. We feel happy for different reasons, we believe for different things. How can we know what we believe in? 我叫王小华，非常荣幸能代表PVC厂乙炔工序三班站在这个讲台，看到大家对这次活动都非常的热情，我很激动。我演讲的题目是《安全发展，预防为主》。
记得在我能记事的时候起，美丽大方的老师会在每天放学时候叮嘱我们，过马路要记得左右看，一定要在没有车子的时候才能过去。老是觉得老师比较哆嗦，今天，才明白她的良苦用心。“安全”其实在很小的时候就已经伴随着我们。
哲人说：“艰难和困惑是生命的本身”;个人理解：是安全!是安全捍卫着我们的生命，是安全在维护我们生存的权利，是安全在为我们注入无限的力量。
母亲给予我们以生命，所以母爱的伟大由古至今众君皆吟，而安全，捍卫着母亲赐予我们的生命，就像一把巨大的保护伞，无声无息地为我们遮挡着狂风暴雨。的确，安全与生命息息相关，连在一起，不可分离。作为一名化工生产行业的职工，我深深地知道：安全，是我们永恒的主题。“高高兴兴上班、平平安安回家”是每位职工共同的心愿，安全与个人、与家庭、与企业更有着千丝万缕的联系。
回故20xx年上半年，一、二、三月：安全事故频繁，元月7日兰州石化公司石油化工厂316罐区发生爆炸着火事故。事故造成5人失踪，1人重伤，5人轻伤，9人留院观察。2月20日，位于浙江绍兴袍江新区越秀路的浙江恒业成有机硅有限公司硅油车间原材料储罐突然起火，并伴有爆炸导致硅油车间也发生燃烧。3月19日，位于广州市黄埔区的广州石化发生一起油泵泄漏事故，导致蜡油喷出引发大火。连续3个月化工企业频繁发生爆炸，虽然人员伤亡情况比20xx年稍有下降，但3起爆炸事故的现场情况很危险，如果不及时采取急救措施，后果不堪设想。提醒化工从业者，安全对于我们来说都不会陌生，而对一个化工企业来说，它包含的意义尤为深刻。我们天天都在生产一线，时时处处谈到的不一定是安全。但是它带给了我们企业发展的美好前景，同时又凝聚了太多人的牵挂和责任，每一名员工都能感受到这份责任的重大。
“智者是用经验防止事故，愚者是用事故总结经验”，这是我们耳熟能详的安全格言。因为事后补救不如事前防范，为此我们定期召开安全会议，学习文件，交流经验，谈安全问题，做安全汇报，从他人的教训中吸取经验，用于我们日常的工作中。有了警惕，不幸的事故就会躲开，有了防范，不幸的事故才会远离。因此在日常工作中，我们公司有严密的安全检查制度，做到领导时时检查、教育，员工时时学习，刻刻注意。
处理事故不如控制事故，我们都在控制哪些方面的安全呢?有人身安全、设备安全、工艺安全、环境安全等等，安全生产是企业发展的头等大事，安全生产与人的生命息息相关。我们常常说一句话：“安全生产，人人有责”，说明了安全生产对我们的重要性，分析目前所有安全事故，绝大多数是有违章造成的，也就是一切事故的根源出现在我们的思想上。安全意识不强，现场管理不严，凡事掉以轻心，这些问题依旧是引发各类安全事故的主要原因。从这个意义上讲，抓安全生产，其实就是抓人的思想工作，以增强人的安全意识。管理区组织的安全隐患自查以及分析活动，安全宣传标语通报等活动，无不在提醒我们要不断增强安全意识。
6月4日，工信部对外公布了《关于印发电石法聚氯乙烯行业汞污染综合防治方案的通知》，标志着《电石法聚氯乙烯行业汞污染综合防治方案》正式出台。《通知》还以附件的形式发布了《电石法聚氯乙烯行业重点清洁生产技术》。
《方案》指出，联合国环境规划署目前正在研究制定限制汞流通和实施汞削减的国际公约。我国电石法聚氯乙烯行业汞使用量占全国汞使用总量的60%左右，这决定了电石法聚氯乙烯行业将成为未来我国汞公约履约的最重要领域。 目前，我国电石法聚氯乙烯生产过程的汞去向主要是废汞触媒、含汞废活性炭、含汞废盐酸、废碱液等，分别占氯化汞使用总量的36%、8%、51%、5%。废汞触媒和废汞活性炭由有资质的危险废物处理厂家回收处理，氯化汞回收率约75%;而含汞废盐酸、废碱液等仅有20%进行了盐酸深度脱吸和汞的无害化处理，大部分还未得到妥善处置。面对这样严峻的环境安全问题，我们是心有余而力不足。全国上下都在开展夏季“百日安全”活动。我们保证，以预防为主，控制安全，确保安全让同事放心，家人安心。谢谢大家!

20xx年，是第十个全国安全生产月，其主题是“安全责任，重在落实”。这个主题充分体现了党和政府对科学发展观认识的深化，体现了以人为本的执政理念，体现了党和国家领导人对安全生产工作的高度重视。我们一定会深刻领会这一主题，积极参加到安全生产月活动中去。
今天，我演讲的题目是：让安全操作成为一种习惯。
让安全操作成为每个人的习惯，这并不是一件很难做到的事情。只要人人想着安全，时时记着安全，事事按安全规程去做, 无论在什么时候，无论做什么事情，不管有人监督与否，不管是独立操作，还是多人操作，都能严格按章进行。时间一长，就会自然而然地成为一种习惯。
事故的发生，看似偶然，但认真分析，绝大多数都是由习惯性违章操作造成的，员工安全意识不足，重视程度不够，操作不熟练等等，也就是一切事故根源于我们的行为思想上。所以我们必须改变这一思想。即，要进一步提高自身安全意识建设，要牢固树立“我要安全”这一思想，要全面加强按章操作训练，切实培养出良好的安全操作习惯。
上岗操作时，我们一定要清楚的知道操作规程，一定不能心慌手乱，一定不能心存侥幸。在岗一分钟、尽责六十秒。在工作中，要充分体现“关爱生命，安全为天;严守规程，防微杜渐”的安全理念;在排查隐患时，要“细心深入”，对所有可能酿造成事故的隐患都要进行处理;在事故处理时，要 “标本兼治”，绝不能“头疼医头，脚疼医脚”;在日常工作中，要把着眼点和立足点放在事故的超前防范意识上来，主动开展工作，做到超前部署、超前防范，促进安全形势持久稳定。
同志们，朋友们，习惯性违章操作普遍从在于所有的员工中，它在实际生产中所造成的危害是无法估量的。如果我们每个人在工作中都能自觉养成这种良好的安全习惯，各种安全事故就会对我们敬而远之，我们才有可能实现“零工伤”的目的。

that morning, i rode my bike to school happily as usual. on my way tothe
classroom, i saw some of my classmates. but when they saw me, they rushedaway. that made me confused. because they would talk to me or play jokes on mebefore. but it was strange today.
when i came into the classroom, i found the atmosphere was quitestrange.
everybody looked at me and laughed loudly. suddenly they all said in goodorder,“happy birthday to you!” then they began to sing “happy birthday toyou~~~~~~” that made me moved. i never told anyone about my birthday, how didthey know? i believed they must have done a lot of things. at that moment, ifound nothing to say but thanks instead!
after school, a thing coming as a surprise happened on me on my way backhome. when i was riding suddenly a crowed of people rushed out to stopped mybike.i recogized them at once. they were my senior classmates. they allcomlained to me,“why don't you tell us about your birthday? don't you fear thatwe will let you stand treat? this time you owe us.” then each of them gave agift and a card with best wishes to me. i was deeply moved again. i suggestedhaving a dinner together. but they all refused because of the time. then theyleft me saying we would ask you to pay us another day!
when i got back home, i thought of everyth hing happened today. suddenly ifelt so happy because i had such great friends around me. i thanked them fromthe bottom of my heart. i would value the precious friendship forever!
i have so many feelings through that special day. the only rose withoutthorns in the world is friendship. a true friend is someone who reaches for yourhand and touches your heart. truly great friends are hard to find, difficult toleave, and impossible to forget. one friend in a lifetime is much, two are many,three are hardly possible. stick to make friends, for life without friends islike life on a desert island. to find one real friend in a lifetime is goodfortune, to keep him is a blessing.

Today, my speech is about talents,in my opinion, talents are indispensable in nowadays society. as is known to all that the fight among countries is actually the fight among talents.
First, i'd like to define the word“talent” in my idea, a talent is one person who is good at or expertised in some or multiple areas. nowadays, as the world developing goes on , if one country want to rank top or do a good job in the world, the country must have many talents.for example, china, the biggest developing country in the world, in the past 100 years, is always invaded by other countries, why ,the reason is that china at that time had not so many talents. if they had anti-intrusion leader talents in the war, needless to say,they would have beat those big powers.if they had talents in weapons manufacturing, nodody dares to provoke us.however, nowadays, it's a totally different situation, china has become powerfulin all over the world, why ? because there are many talents serving the country, the civilians become more and more literated.more and more people go to university,more and more people come to receive further education. so what is that in return,talents in army protect our country from invasion, talents in commerce help make our economy keep in improving, talents in aerospace make the world see chinese manned spacecraft flying. talents in sports make china rank the first in the olympic games……

Today a boy named __ is standing here and talking about the near future of the earth.Most people believe that we are living on a beautiful and vital palent.
