Today I am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. What is success? It is what everyone is longing for.Sometimes success would be rather simple. Winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now I am standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.
However, as a person’s whole life is concerned, success becomes very complicated. Is fortune success? Is fame success? Is high social status success? No, I don’t think so. I believe success is the realization of people’ s hopes and ideals.Nowadays, in the modern society there are many people who are regarded as the successful. And the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life. So most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. But the problem is wether it is real success. We all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. If we keep chasing them, where is the end? What will satisfy us at last? Therefore, we can see, to get the real Success we must need something inside, which is the realization of people’ hopes and ideals.
Different people have different ideas about success; cause people’s hopes and ideas vary from one another. But I am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. These are the best treasures. So now I am very proud that I have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. It is my success, cause I raise up to challenge my hope.
What is success? Everyone has his own interpretation as I do. But I am sure every success leads to an ever-brighter future. So ladies and gentlemen, believe in our hopes, believe in ourselves, we, every one of us, can make a successful life!

大家好!今天我演讲的题目是“养成雅行习惯，争做文明学生”。
我们的祖国自古以“礼仪之邦”着称于世，我们的民族历来十分注重言行雅致。
现实生活中，我们也许有青年旁若无人地占据着公汽的老弱病残座位，也许有外表靓丽的姑娘嘴里吐出“他妈的”叫声，也许有遇到路人撞了你不道歉便扬长而去，也许有衣着光鲜的行人边走边随地吐痰丢果皮。看到这些不雅的言行，你一定会觉得他们与物质文明的社会是多么不协调!是的，当今有些人对于自身不雅行为不以为怪，还会认为：小节无碍大事!我以为：言行文雅不是小事，它是一个人素养的体现，它是一个社会文明程度的标志。
可以这样说，雅行是现代文明人的重要素质，它比人的智慧与学识还要重要。举止文明、彬彬有礼、温文尔雅、仪态万方，这些美好的词语都是雅行写照。生活在社会的大家庭中，文明雅致地处事待人，是我们每个青少年成长过程中的必修课。我们更不能忽视，不雅的行为时常发生在大家的身边：校园内，有我们不经意丢下的垃圾;同学间，话语里也有脏话、粗话的字眼。虽说这只是一些小小的毛病，但却影射出我们素质上的缺陷。

学习方法最的思考，遇到问题你只要想，地想，仔细地想，就可以了，管他对，你此路不通，才不会去走这条路，那么剩下的一条的了，从这里还要引出问题，参考书，我经常看到有许多同学拿着个参考书上课翻，下课翻，哪个问题要，等会儿老师上课会提到，赶紧把答案背下来，上课的时候，老师果然提到，赶紧举手，回答，老师表扬，我也开心，可谓同喜同喜，皆大欢喜的结局，可我不提倡大家用参考书，课堂是让同学们思想自由的舞台，而参考书框架，把你的思维牢牢的钉儿，参考书的答案很标准，这点我不否认，但这毕竟你想的，你的答案，这纯粹是死记硬背的法子，参考书只是给你思路，总归到底要思考，多思考，。
接下来看我一份很细的计划：课间钟，前五分钟做作业，做作业?刚刚上课，就做作业，趁着老师讲的要点记得住，记忆里还新鲜呢，赶紧写，但只要求五分钟，做不完，不要紧，晚上是，后五分钟，扔下手中的笔，桌子先暂时别收拾了，赶紧去上趟厕所，而且不要走着去，最好慢慢跑着去，既节省又在无意中锻炼身体，我一直很享受做法。每次都，那你可以计算一下，每次课间我比别人多五分钟，一天下来，礼拜下来，我就比同学多了N多来学习，习惯，用老师的话来说，把边角料好，用鲁迅的话来说，像海绵里的水，只要愿挤，。常说的珍惜，从主观上说挤，真的要，你比别人多一分钟的学习，到了中考或许就一分的差距。
最后明白学习的意义，我人喜欢问问题，越细的地方就越喜欢去问，现在我八年级，语文后两个单元文言文，从中也有许多陌生的古义词。除开的字词，我还会问“席地不容间也”的“间”是意思?“海涌银为郭，江横玉系腰”者是也中的“者”和“是也”又有区别?等等像，也可以称之为刁难的问题倒是引起我的兴趣。说到这里，有同学会问，你问的考试90都不考的，问了有用?
回答：作用了，不失为别人，
有教育家把现在的教育称为应试教育，也考试考，你就去学，通俗点考试叫你去跳楼，你就去跳楼，很讨厌感觉，对吧，这时就需要觉悟，应试教育要做的，但主要是你能否端正明白学习的意义，不为别人，就为，既然是的，为何不去好好，为以后踏上社会铺下基础，你也可以不为现在着想，但你最起码也要为你的未来想想，既然学习是的，那为不去好好努力?起别人也就算了，但起，一直看在消极的那，为何不去逆向思维?明白学习的意义，就会觉得枯燥的学习生活突然消失了，你明白了，你就会知道该怎么做。
这我所演讲的内容，多思考，挤，明白学习的意义，祝愿同学们能次的期末考试中优异的`成绩。
俗话说得好：“生命在于运动。健康来自运动。”小型多样，文明有益的课间活动能使我们的身心更加健康，让我们的头脑更加聪明，成长更加快乐。
经过一节40分钟课的紧张学习后，人的大脑总会感到有些紧张和疲劳，这时可走出教室，除了吸一吸新鲜的空气外，还可以给你的大脑有一段调节、放松和休息的机会，使你的大脑更清醒地进入下一节课的学习。
喜欢活动的同学，利用课间十分钟，可以跳跳绳，踢踢毽子，跳跳皮筋，散散步，或做做小游戏……但不要过于剧烈运动，若打得浑身大汗，会影响下一节课的学习。
不太喜欢活动的同学，可利用课间十分钟与老师、同学交流思想，交换一些想法，聊聊天;也可以欣赏一下我们校园的文化建设等。
活动的好处虽然很多很多，但安全要长记心中。在课间活动时我们要特别注意如下几个事项：
1、切不可追逐打闹，扰乱别人的休息与活动;
2、切不可呆呆地坐在教室，沉默寡言，闷闷不乐，自己伤害自己。
3、不做过分剧烈的活动，不做不讲文明，不讲卫生的事情，不做不安全或危险的事情，以防意外伤害事故的发生，做好课间活动的自我保护。
4、尤其是刚上完体育课的同学，由于体育课上运动量较大，下课后更要注意放松和休息，并即使地穿好衣服，洗洗手、洗洗脸，喝口水，定下心来上好下节课。
希望同学们能充分利用好课间十分钟，科学、合理地安排课间十分钟，相信我们只要在遵守学校各项规章制度，尊重科学的前提下开展各项活动，一定会让我们动手又动脑，健康更聪明，同学、师生关系更和谐，学校生活更快乐!文明的、健康的好玩的游戏还有很多，下课后你也可以将你所知道的好游戏与大家一起分享，让我们课间十分钟变得有益、有趣、有序。让我们都成为会游戏的快乐文明的学生!

大家早上好!我今天讲话的内容是：如何利用好课间10分钟?
同学们从早晨来校到下午放学，一天在学校要呆上6个小时，除了课堂学习外，课间活动占有六分之一的时间。这“课间十分钟”是多么的宝贵。然而，老师们所看到的一幕却是：不少同学没有好好利用这课间十分钟。有的如脱缰之马在操场上奔跑如飞;有的在走廊、楼梯捉迷藏、追逐，大声叫喊;有的则奔跑、推拉、打闹，攀爬护栏;还有的在教室里追打。有的上完体育课，在老师的“解散!”口令下，就像炸了窝的马蜂，一哄而散，争先恐后奔往教室。凡此种种，潜在着极大的危险：相撞了――要么鼻青眼肿，要么头破血流;摔倒了――重者腿伤手断，轻者皮肤刮擦。因此，有的同学被撞伤，有的老师被撞出事情。以至于外校带队实习的老师，看到这种现象，他们感到不可思议;听到如此噪声，他们觉得难以承受。
讲到这里，同学们可能会想到，课间十分钟若不好好利用，必然会损害自己的身心健康、影响学习。如能长期科学利用，则会收到十分理想的效果。在此，我提供给大家几种课间休闲的方法：
1、双眼远眺绿色植物，哪怕是3至5分钟，也可以较好地调节视力，消除眼睛疲劳，防止用眼时间过长而导致近视发生。
2、做些小型活动，如散步、甩甩手、弯弯腰、跳跳绳、踢踢毽子等，借以促进全身血液循环，有益生长发育，并解除上课带来的肌肉疲劳，促使大脑获得积极的休息和调节，从而提高下一节课的学习效率。
3、在教室里摆开各种棋类，如：跳棋、象棋等，坐在自己的位置上大显身手，一较高低。同样能享受课间快乐。
4、利用班级里的多媒体设备，播放优雅的中外经典曲调，以陶冶性情，从而主动选择雅致的课间活动，有效降低课间活动的不安全因素
5、从培养动手能力出发，班级里可以在黑板报让出一定的版面，一周一个主题，让学生在上面自描自绘、尽情挥洒，同样也能找到自己的快乐。
6、还可以利用教室的墙壁，在课间玩些“贴鼻子”、“拼图形”的游戏，以此来开发动手动脑能力，避免了课余的磕碰现象。
7、自己动手做或去买一个毽子，课间时候，可以自己一个人或三、五成群地到操场上，自己踢踢毽子活动活动，或者进行课间比赛。
8、准备一条绳子，下课时间一个人或几个人到操场上，跳一跳或比一比，看谁跳得又快又好，跳出花样来，那多好啊
上述建议，希望能给老师和同学们做参考，以改正课间的乱像，以此让课间活动井然有序，从而减少事故的发生。当然，学校方面也将采取一些措施：请五六名高年级的文明劝导队员，下课时专门管管我们同学，对劝告不听的，记录在案。作为期末评选三好生的一项依据，并把它作为评比文明班队的一项内容。
最后，希望同学们能自觉遵守纪律，互相督促，人人做一名文明学生，争当优秀少先队员。谢谢大家!
