1.国外展会选择要选好市场,像抵制中国货或者是局势动荡的地方如俄罗斯 请慎重选择。
2.如果参加国外展会请慎重选择组展公司和展品运输公司。
3.如果有展品需要运输,与组展公司签订合同时候要强调组展公司要保证推荐或者是指定的运输公司要保证展品安全在展会前运到摊位上,如果运输不到或者是展品在开展后才到他们承担损失百分之多少。
4.展品运输时候要与展品运输货代公司签订运输协议,保证展品在展会前安全到达,如果不到他们承担损失的百分之多少。
5.即使签订合同还不够,最好能够在协议上协商展品到摊位号再付款。
6.对于组展公司的免责条款要慎重看一下。合同是不是能签。几乎所有的组展公司会罗列出很多免责条款,也就是说展商不注意,如果展商遇到损失,他们组展公司会推脱的一干二净。
以上是我的一些个人经验,也许这种事情很少会遇到,不过我就是想提醒各位参加国外展会的公司对于合同条款多注意一下,对于要合作的组展公司和货代公司要慎重选择。
第一:参加国外展会前的准备工作
1. 邀请函的发送
2. 准备好参展衣服,要稍微职业一点,但是也不要太死板。最主要的是一定要干净,整洁。
3. 展示产品可能用到的其他产品,例如我们为了给客户听喇叭音质,带了功放。
4. 客户可能问到的问题
对于展会上客户可能会问到的问题要提前做个准备,比如产品的起订量,交期,企业优势,售后服务,年销售额,付款方式等。
5. 需要带的一些小物件
1)小订书机(装订名片和图册用),可以先提前订一部分,但是不要全订了,因为一些客户会只要你的名片。
2)笔和纸。记录客户资料的纸,和空白的纸。
6. 图册,海报的制作。
图册,海报不一定要最贵的,但是一定要最详细和明确的,包含产品的图片,相关的参数等。
给老客户或者正在联系的客户发送邀请函,写清楚地点,时间,展位号,联系号码。并且把这些信息在自己网站的首页显示出来。
7. 样品的准备和运输
展会前,首先要把自己公司需要参展的样品确定好,可以话,最好是带全新的样品,能确保样品的美观度,像我们是做扬声器的,由于其材料的特性,扬声器的盆架时间过久,会出现一点的生锈情况,虽然不影响声音,但是客户直观的体验度肯定会下降很多。样品的运输,如果可以自己带是最好,要通过货运公司的一定要找正规的公司,保证样品能按时进入展馆。
第二:在参加国外展会中,主动和客户交换名片,留下客户联系方式,并且把跟客户的交谈内容是否报价等, 做个记录,方便展后的客户跟踪。如果有客户看了几款,需要展后报价,可以把样品和名片一起拍个照,这样更不会出错了。
1. 真诚微笑,主动出击
对每一个客户都要真诚微笑,给客户一个好的第一印象,你代表的是个人更是公司。对于路过你展位并且停留的客户,主动上去问好,询问他想找什么产品,可以问他推荐。
注:有些客户,会表示,不需要你跟着,想自己看,这时候要尊重客户意愿。
2. 公司优势的强调
跟客户交谈中,可以无意中表明自己的优势,比如我们会跟客户说,虽然我们今年是第一次参展,但是我们厂做扬声器做了23年了。又比如深圳企业可以说,我们在深圳,运输方便等等。
3. 语言不通时,利用纸和笔,甚至翻译软件,不要害怕听不懂,客户也不一定英语很好,交谈的时候,可能碰到双方都不太理解的东西,拿出纸和笔,写下来,是一个很好的方法。既弄清了双方的意思,也记录了交谈内容。
