第四点：汽油的节约使用，减少大气污染
1、能坐公交车上下学、上下班的，就不用汽车接送。

4、尽量购置耗油少、排气少的汽车。

怎样环保?
一、在日常工作和生活中，我们每个人都应该主动增强危机意识、节约意识与环保意识，从多方面努力学习，加强对环境保护及节约能源方面知识的学习，充分认识到我国资源短缺危机，了解节能环保对国家及个人的真正意义，真正树立起节能环保意识。
二、尽量选用高效环保节能灯，虽然前期投资偏高，但从长期发展来看，却是既节约了投资成本，就为国家的节约用电做出了贡献。因为第四代照明光源----新型LED绿色光源，在同等亮度下，其耗电量仅为普通白炽灯的十分之一，而寿命却是白炽灯的50倍。
三、日常生活中，尽可能选择使用太阳能绿色环保型新能源，比如太阳能发电器、太阳灶、太阳能灯、太阳能帽、太阳能手电筒、太阳能干燥器、、太阳能热水器、地板采暖系统等，太阳能系列环保绿色产品具有环保、节能、安全、方便、使用寿命长，一次投资，长期受益的显著优点，既有利于节约国家能源，又实现了绿色可持续的发展，引导节能环保生活新时尚。
四、首先要时时刻刻注意节约用电，电是我们每天甚至每时每刻都会用到的东西，电的应用及浪费占据了我们生活的绝大部分。因此我们要做到随手关灯，在光线充足时尽量关闭照明电源，或减少照明电源的数量，不要因为是国家的或集体的，就不知珍惜，随意浪费，我们每个人与国家和集体，都是一荣俱荣，一损俱损的关系，爱自己就要爱集体，将节约用电升华到为祖国节能，为人民服务的思想境界，做到人走灯灭，不留长明灯。
五、另外，在我们的日常生活或工作中，当空调或电脑等用电器，可能超过一个小时停用时，要将其正常关闭，并拔掉电源插头。因为关机后如果不把插头拔掉，待机同样耗电。据统计，一台电脑主机耗电5瓦、显示器5瓦、音箱10瓦、小猫(调制解调器)3瓦，不算打印机、扫描仪等其他不太常用的设备，合起来就是23瓦。一晚上至少待机10小时，那么一个月下来，就有7度电在不知不觉中流失了。还有一个简单的技巧，就是在你离开的时候，把显示器关掉。因为根据测算，显示器的耗电量要占整个电脑系统的三分之一左右，把它关掉，相当于省下了一台25寸电视机的耗电量。节约用电，不仅使用时注意，更要避免不使用时造成的待机耗电。
六、我们在使用空调前，应先开窗通风，空调开启后不要随便打开门窗。夏天的温度尽量控制在26-28度之间，据检测，制冷时温度每降低两度，或取暖时温度每升高两度，耗电量平均将增加一倍。并要注意经常清洗滤网，也可以起到一定的节能降耗的作用。
七、专家们指出，就目前到处存在浪费水资源的情况来说，运用今天的技术和方法，农业可以减少10%-50%的需水，工业可以减少40%-90%的需水，城市减少30%需水，都丝毫不会影响经济和生活质量的水平。因此，我们也要注意节约用水，用完后要随手关闭水龙头，“细水长流”，极其浪费，坏掉漏水的水龙头要及时维修，以避免过多的浪费，在可能的情况下尽量一水多用，时时刻刻提醒自己，做到时时节约，事事节约，并要积极倡导和监督周围的人。
八、要注意爱护森林资源，节约用纸，复印纸尽量两面用，少用一次性用品，如塑料袋、一次性筷子、饭盒等，自带餐具，减少白色污染，爱护花草树木，保护国家资源，节约地球现有能源。
九、做好计划统计，尽量一物多用，学会旧物巧利用，变废为宝，让有限的资源延长寿命。节约使用不可再生能源，合理应用可再生能源，全面提高自己的节能环保意识，养成勤俭节约的好习惯。
十、工业发展上，要合理改善能源结构，尽量使用绿色可持续发展能源，选择节能、环保、安全、方便的能源，个人或家庭，要选用节能环保型产品。不仅节约了自己的开支，更为国家的环保节能工作多贡献一份力量。
十一、有车的朋友，开车时，尽量不要原地热车，不要急刹车，保持速度，并对车辆及时检修，保证其废气排放量达到国家标准，维持良好性能，减少能源耗费和废气污染。
十二、我们国家有关大气污染方面，对未划定为禁止使用高污染燃料区域的大、中城市市区内的其他民用炉灶，限期改用固硫型煤或者使用其他清洁能源。所以我们每个人也应注意，不要随便燃烧污染性较强的物品。
十三、垃圾应按照国家规定统一处理，注意分捡。在我们的生活中，随处可见不少垃圾都是就地焚烧，因垃圾中有很多燃烧后会产生有毒气体的物品，如塑胶物品，燃烧时刺鼻的气味，不但影响我们的正常生活，更危害了我们的身体健康。因此，我们不但要自己做到不随便就地焚烧垃圾，也要做到及时纠正和规劝别人的这种行为。
十四、人人尽力，避免噪音污染，做到不大声喧哗，不在市内鸣笛，不尽量不产生噪声，共同努力，营造安静舒适的生活和工作环境。噪声级为30～40分贝是比较安静的正常环境;超过50分贝就会影响睡眠和休息。由于休息不足，疲劳不能消除，正常生理功能会受到一定的影响;70分贝以上干扰谈话，造成心烦意乱，精神不集中，影响工作效率，甚至发生事故;长期工作或生活在90分贝以上的噪声环境，会严重影响听力和导致其他疾病的发生。
十五、要做到不要将未经处理的工业或生活污水随意排出。要按照国家工业或家庭小区规定，来进行污水的排放和处理。水是我们生活中方方面面都可能随时用到的东西，水的洁净与否，与人体的健康有着直接的联系。水污染后，通过饮水或食物链，污染物进入人体，使人急性或慢性中毒。砷、铬、铵类等，还可诱发癌症。被寄生虫、病毒或其它致病菌污染的水，会引起多种传染病和寄生虫病。因此，我们要时时注意自己的一举一动，可能我们今天的大意，就会造成明天的危害。
