二，关于用电方面
1，外出时关闭电源。
2，家里的电灯换成节能灯，随手关灯。
3，打空调的时候温度控制在26-28度。
4，少看电视，少玩电脑，既能保护眼睛又能节约用电。
三，关于用水方面
1，洗衣服的水可以用来从厕所和拖地板。
2，淘米水可以浇花，洗碗。
3，随手关水龙头。
四，关于粮食方面
每天的饭菜都要吃多少烧多少，尽量做到光盘。就算吃不完那把剩饭剩菜放冰箱里可以明天吃。外出吃饭，菜尽量少点一些，吃不完就打包。

1.看电影学英语，但是要关掉字幕，同时尽量大声复述所有能够听懂的剧中对话
我得承认，对于一个英语听说能力不强的人，如果照做的话一开始的过程会非常的痛苦。很有可能的结果是一部电影下来什么也没有听明白。但是，请相信我，如果能够坚持这样做的话，那么在10部电影之后，就会听懂相当多的对白，并且能够复述听懂的对白中的一半。每一个人都有接受语言的本能，这个办法带有一点点强制性，但可以把我们的语言潜能发掘出来。在一开始的时候，建议挑选一些曾经看过的影碟，这样会帮助你对英语原声的理解。另外，一定要保证每天，最多不超过两天就要看一盘碟片。另外，如果条件允许，那么最好自己在一个房间里面以避免干扰。这个方法可以有效锻炼英语听说的基本功。
2.利用一切机会扩大自己的词汇量，但是先要扔掉4-6级考试标准词汇表
4-6级的.词汇表对于扩大词汇量几乎没有价值，这个是我的个人之见。希望不要在这上面画太多的时间。如果看碟片的程度已经可以听懂一些对白的话，那么可以关注一下词汇，如果在一个段落中一个生词反复出现，那么可以打开英文字幕，然后查一下这个词的意思。花15s记住这个词，然后再看碟片，特别留意新词汇。这种方式，会让生词记忆的特别牢。对于感兴趣的咨讯，不妨多访问一些英文的站点。体育，娱乐，新闻，或者随便什么其他的，随意浏览即可。对于出现率高的生词，就查一下，然后记下来。
最后，要利用可能的机会记生词。注意广告、杂志、游戏和新闻中出现的每一个让自己感兴趣的词。比如，在乘地铁的时候，可以注意一下吴大维主持的TalkDaTalk短片，会有机会学到“Yellowcab”这样地道的表达。这是英语口语的内功，需要日积月累。

As the summer vacation is coming,our class made a discussion about its plan,and students had different ideas.
Some students prefer to stay at home.They believe it's convenient for them to do anything they want at anytime,and don't have to worry about what they eat and where they get sleeps for their parents will prepare everything ready.What's more,it won't cost much money for them to stay at home,and their payment is mainly connected with the electricity charges.However,they miss the good chance to get to know the outside world so that they are not able to broaden their field of view.

i would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations。
though those examinations were still a year away， i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this。
at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this， but later i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on endless happy summers to e。
with this in mind i then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical。
i was not at all bored by this kind of life， for i was sustained by a hope。

how i spent my summer vacation summer can be very hot in southern wai wan where the temperature usually goes up to 32”c or more。
because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned。
also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky。
actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim。
in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time。
Make a good plan and enjoy it. I hope we all can have a meaningful holiday.
Firstly, I will find a part time job, probably work in a factory which is near my home, so that I can accompany with my parents. Secondly,
I have joined a violin course in the previous time, because I have interest on it. therefore, I will do more practice at home by myself. As an old saying goes, practice makes perfect.
At the end of the holiday, it’s time for me to have a good time. I tend to go on a trip with my friends, maybe Yunnan or other wonderful places. Travel to the place I have never been to certainly can broaden my mine.

I will help my parents to cook meal and help my gradnparents to clean the house.
