“打工人”的称号引起了正值青年的我的思想激荡。总之，我对比我年
长些许的“年轻一代”充满了敬佩。我衷心祝福他们能在社会上找到自己的位置，如萤火一般，“有一份热，发一份光。”
一花一人生，一沙一世界，一滴水在我的手心就是我的世界，在我的世界我说了算，即使有大风即使有大雨，我的世界都在我自己手上。
但是事实并不是那么回事，豪言与壮语谁都会讲，这一滴水其实很多时候我根本抓不住，或许它只是在理想中有时存在那么一小会。然后就被身边的人打洒了一地，碎的到处都是。在我很小的时候，我每天想要的就是玩，就算喜欢上学也是为了和更多的人玩，这时候他们会使劲教育我要好好上学，待我大一点的时候我已经像那细绳拴住的大象-----即使有能力挣脱束缚但哀莫大于心死。小学初中高中大学，一步一步很艰辛很疲惫，有快乐压抑紧张刺激。在离开大学的时候，我顿时感到一切都是那么的陌生，除了同学和亲戚我几乎不认识其他人，亲戚没有交流的必要，因为这个世界真的是有代沟的，他们总是会在你说的兴致正高的时候告诉你你是不对的，而同学们已经各自奔天涯无人可以和你席地而坐秉烛夜谈。所以在大学毕业的时候我很痛苦，痛苦于我没有工作痛苦与没有办法握住我手中的那一滴水。
在工作以后，当我想握住手中的那一滴水的时候，总有同事领导直接或间接地让你知道你的水是握在别人手里的。在你平静生活的时候你的父母却突然冒出来要你谈恋爱要你结婚，这时候你会觉得当初是谁拼命喊你好好学习不准谈恋爱，而现在却一反常态。教人情何以堪。
于是我陷入了哪个圈子里面，别人把那些自以为为了你好的所有思想全部强加给你，而你也如温水煮青蛙般的落入其中，手里握的那滴水何以存在呢？我们没有能力与勇气握住我们手里的那滴水。直到有一天，当自己的孩子长大以后或许我们依然会像我们所经历的那些人一样去帮助我们的孩子握住本应属于他们的那滴水。
很多人都觉得自己掌握着自己的那滴水，但事实上大家都是活在别人的世界里，按照别人的欲望愿望走我们平凡的这一辈子。
其实我的那滴水里的世界是到不同的国家城市去打工，然后感受那里的人文地理风俗人情。但是，到目前为止我没有办法，或者说我没有勇气，我没有勇气放弃现在的看似稳定的工作，放弃年纪渐大的父母，放弃可能会和我一起走过下半生的女朋友。也就是说我没有勇气竭尽全力去握住我的那滴水。既然我自己没有勇气去握住我自己的那滴水，那么这滴水要么洒掉要么让别人来掌握。记得静当时为了和男朋友在一起，不顾家里人的反对，放弃工作和男朋友一起私奔。我钦佩静，她有那莫大的勇气背叛家人，为了追逐她的爱情，我想她握住了她的那滴水，她手中的一滴水应该可以照见甜蜜幸福的爱情。
手握一滴水不是一件容易的事，不是每个人都记得自己的梦想与信念，在世俗的繁杂中几乎早已蒸发了那滴水。愿我们变得坚强与勇敢，愿更多的人有勇气与毅力去追求自己的追求。手握一滴水，坚强你的心。
一、指导思想：
以国家《基础教育课程改革纲要（试行）》和《英语课程标准》为指导，认真学习新课标各理念及精神。按照新课标和新教材的理念，用心进行”先学后导，当堂训练“的课堂教学模式的运用和探索，优化课堂教学过程，重视对学生潜力的培养，不断提高学生的综合素质，使每位学生自信且成功地成长。
二、具体措施：
1、师德方面
我将继续学习《教师职业道德规范》、《教育法》《未成年人保护法》等法律法规，提高自我的师德修养。严于律己，以身作则，时时处处为学生做表率。
2、教学方面：
①本学期实践”先学后导，当堂训练“的课堂教学模式。认真备课，使各个环节都紧密的衔接。明确学习目标、自学指导，让学生学会自学。以学习为中心，采用群众、个人、同伴、小组等多种活动形式，引导学生参与，进行有效的课堂教学，提高效率。对于小组的评价要及时到位，并且将每节课的评价要及时的总结和记录，起到一个长期激励的作用。尽量做到单元清。
②作业的资料要形式多样，而且体现分层作业，加大读背的力度。作业做到人人面批，及时改正，提高书写的质量。
③课堂上照顾好”两头“，采用”兵教兵“的方式，让学生互相学习，互相帮忙，使每个学生都有所提高。
3、学习方面
多读书，读好书，利用课余时光学习生活教育理论以及研究”先学后导，当堂训练“的教学模式。随时记录教学心得和教学反思。用心听课，以提高自我的业务水平。参加校园组织的培训，并做好笔记。
4、教研方面
准时参加校园的教研活动，并认真学习和记录。主动参与讨论，对于学习目标、自学指导以及训练题等，要用心研究，取长补短，以提高自身的教育教学水平。
5、纪律方面
严格执行校园的各项管理制度。提前侯课，按时下课。不坐课，不随意调课。严格履行校园的请假制度。认真的完成校园交办的各项任务。
一、所教班级的基本情况
这学期我在高二（15）班和（16）班教英语，这两个班都是理科的平行班。经过上学期的教学，学生基本适应了上课过程，掌握了必要的学习方法。但学生语法基础普遍薄弱，单词记忆不理想。听、说、读、写的英语潜能有待进一步提升。
二、教学指导思想
关注我们班学生的实际情况，努力开发学生自主学习和合作学习的潜能；形成有效的英语学习策略；培养学生综合运用语言的潜能；个性侧重于提高学生用英语思考和表达的潜力。不断拓宽学生知识面，全面培养听、说、读、写的潜能，理解、分析、阅读的潜能，让学生有效提高英语学习。
三、教学任务和课时安排
这学期我们将完成选修7和选修8的教学任务，共10个单元的材料。每个单元7—9课时，其中词汇2—3课时，阅读2课时，语法和写作1—2课时，习题1—2课时。两本书18周左右，最后两周左右考前复习。
四、主要措施
（a）教学：
高二是高三的重要阶段，也是高三三的衔接阶段。所以，学生在高二的时候打好基础，发展是极其重要的。这学期要达到以下目标：巩固和拓展基础知识；培养英语口语和书面语交流的潜力，注重阅读的潜力；开发智力，培养自学潜力。具体来说：
1、加强学习的学习，充分发挥学习的主动性
教与学形成合力，教学才能有成效。因此，有必要帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯，引导他们掌握有效的学习方法，让他们更好地享受学习。高中生应该具备的习惯和方法主要包括：
（1）学会查英语词典和经常查词典；坚持每天朗读，学习有效的背诵方法；
（2）利用每天零碎的时间多次记单词，学习多种记单词的方法；
（3）学会观察语言现象，总结语言规律，比如通过例句总结一个单词的用法；
（4）养成良好的工作习惯，干净独立，掌握各种解决问题的技巧；
（5）坚持预习，学会看书；
（6）认真思考，大胆质疑；
（7）学会做笔记，整理笔记。
2、加强三级培训，夯实语言基础
词汇、阅读、语法是每一个立志学好英语的人的三个方面，三者有联系但不能互相替代。
词汇教学主要是让学生掌握单词的含义、搭配和用法。
具体做法如下：1。积累单词。对于文中涉及的重要词汇，总结查字典解释重点记忆。2、每个单元写100字左右，是吸收信息、学习语言、提高水平最有效的方法。因此，提高学生的阅读理解能力是教学的重要目标之一。这学期我们打算每周补充几篇课外阅读文章，让学生看报纸文章，写评论，让学生在过度阅读中提高阅读理解潜力。
语法是英语的框架。高中英语语法项目很多。为了帮助学生理清思路，准确表达思想，我们必须引导学生学好语法。这学期我们每周安排一节课，和学生一起系统学习各种语法材料。
4、在阅读中，阅读理解能力的培养是高中阶段的教学内容
重点，也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中精心设计一节课阅读课，充分培养锻炼学生的阅读潜力，阅读技巧，阅读速度和阅读效率，并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。
6、在写作方面，坚持每周一次作文训练，训练题材、方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。并针对我班学生的写作基础，给予英文写作的指导和误区分析，可适当让学生多背诵一些常用的句型，句式，词汇和短语，或是很有代表性的范文。鼓励学生写英文日记，对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。
（二）在教研方面：
1、认真研究新课程标准，尤其与旧大纲不一样的地方，清楚哪些资料是新增加的，哪些资料是已经删掉的，哪些资料初中已经学的。认真研究新教材，在群众备课的基础上认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。
2、坚持每周互相听评课活动，相互取长补短，提高自我的教学潜力。
3、群众备课是提高教学质量和整体教学水平的有力保证，有利于教师互为补充、共同提高。作为高二英语组备课组长，除了安排好组内成员的各项任务和完成自我所负责的任务以外，我会按时参加群众备课，群众备课前先了解所教单元的重点、难点及在高考中的比重及为完成教学资料所用的教法，然后与全组人员共同探讨，最后确定下来。
1、课题引领促教研。
在专家做专题指导的基础上，积极推广已经结题的《基于母语环境的英语自主性阅读与表达能力培养途径研究》的研究成果，提升学生的口语与写作能力。加强教研组活动中“研”的成分，注重课题研究与课堂教学的整合，在课堂实践中就某一点重点突破，获得反思，再提炼为经验、总结。以此激发、保持各个层面的学生英语学习的兴趣，使学生愿学、会学、主动学习的能力得以提高，同时不断促进教师的专业成长。
2、单元设计促优化。
备课始终是教学五环节中的重要环节。本学期在充分保证备课组活动时间的前提下，要求各备课组成员发挥集体智慧，共同仔细研究教材教法，以学生实际为前提，以单元或章节为单位定主备人，完成原创教学设计，体现个性化。
3、教学研讨增效益。
进一步完善开课方式，提高教学观摩、研讨质量。本学期区级、校级骨干每学期参与教学研讨课，其余教师进行观摩和评课。继续推进课堂教学改革，激发学生主动学习的积极性。观课要求：每位教师每学期观课不少于10节（学科课堂教学，不包括教研活动记录），其中校内观课不少于6节，评课不少于4节（以上交评价表为准）。
4、作业辅导促质量
教师在完成课堂教学的基础上精心设计、挑选习题，针对学生不同实际水平，尽可能体现分层，不搞题海战。批阅作业时，要写上批阅日期、鼓励性的和多样性的批语，并注重订正作业的再批改。教师采用因材施教的方法，主动对学生进行课外辅导，指导学习方法。对学习有困难的学生，适时进行“查缺”、“补漏”，辅导应耐心、细致、循循善诱。对学有余力的学生开展各种提高、竞赛辅导，培养学生的特长、爱好。对课余的辅导做好适时的记录。
5、及时梳理促提升。
各备课组、教研组在开展教研活动的同时，及时积累案例和工作经验，填写活动记录。
6、开设拓展型、探究型课程。
教师在课内和课外的各种场合要搭建平台展示学生学习英语的收获。老师可根据自己的特长和爱好，开设英语歌曲、英语原版片欣赏和空中英语教室等课程，分年级举办英语单词比赛、报刊阅读比赛和编写英语小报比赛，鼓励学生在老师和班级博客上及时发布学习成果。相关老师还要做好迎世博英语竞赛决赛的辅导工作，争取收获更多更高水准的奖项。
