三年整体目标：

3、通过有计划的教学，争取实现本届学生英语水平在七中历史上“英弱”的突破。全组一定积极努力，争取实现“一年出低谷，两年上台阶，三年创辉煌”的目标。
具体目标：
初一：继续培养学生学习英语的兴趣，注重语音教学，把好书写关，强调朗读背诵的重要性，继续阅读习惯的培养 ，做好的积累，为初二打好基础。
初二：学生已掌握了良好的学习方法，兴趣盎然地进入到学习英语的状态中，教师帮学生做好知识系统化、知识点的串化的工作，督促并有措施地使知识牢固，做好量的积累。较之初一要加大强化阅读，语法、听力、书面表达也要跟上步伐。
初三：巩固夯实，能力拔高，实现质的飞跃。
下面将初一年级下一阶段的具体措施做简单呈现。
1、备课组有8位老师，根据教学工作需要，继续把组员分成4组，实现伙伴互助，以老带小，以旧带新，加大团队力量，完成高质量授课。
2、每个组完成正常授课以外，要为某一个专项(听、说、读、写)负责，并做出具体的策划和长远的实施经组内讨论后统一执行。
3、坚决贯彻六步教学法，坚持使用并优化导学提纲，继续坚持大小备课，落实超周备课，实现资源共享。本学期在原有导学提纲的基础上，我们全组通力合作，由我和薛老师带头，对其进行了补充和剔除，新的导学提纲对教师提出更高的要求，而且真正让老师们意识到导学提纲不是负担，是为课堂服务的，品尝集体备课的乐趣。
其次，带领全组教师尽量多听课，多研讨。
4、借学校要求开展特色学科，初步设想开展英语角及演讲比赛，阅读马拉松活动，营氛围，激发学生学英语兴趣，掀起学习英语的热潮。
5、听力：上好听力课，注重听与说的结合，处理好输入与输出的关系，由吕老师和我负责其他老师使用好语音教室。
6、朗读背诵：由我和张金玉老师带头重视语音教学，开展语音讲座，每日检查学生朗读背诵情况，模式：老师—小组长—组员，并有意识地培养学生复述课文的能力。
7、继续上学期的常规阅读，坚持每周一次阅读摘要检查，培养优秀生。
8、坚持课前一分钟、听写、小卷使用、周测，扎实知识、循序渐进，减小差距，缩小两极分化。
一. 指导思想：
以新的中小学英语课程标准为指导纲要,全面实施二期课改，认真系统地研究整理牛津英语教材知识和能力要求，以考纲为基本依据，抓好每一环节复习，切实落实基础，突出牛津教材特点，争取在稳拿基本分的基础上，在听力、完型填空、阅读和书面表达等方面体现优势，进一步提高初三年级英语的教学质量。在实施过程中注重对潜能生的辅导，帮助他们顺利完成初中阶段的学业考试，并且合格毕业。
二. 工作要点：
1. 认真研究英语学科的教学基本要求与训练，制定初三英语复习计划。
本备课组英语教师认真学习新课程标准和根据近几年中考试题新特点及学生实际情况，吃透考纲的`各条要求,制定了详细的复习计划。在总复习阶段主要采用“三轮复习法”,先全面学习，后进行重点复习,最后适应性考试复习，做到着眼全面，突出重点，点面结合，把全面复习和重点复习有机的结合起来，这样既系统全面又有所侧重，能使学生较好地掌握所学知识，考出优异的成绩。在上新课的同时，开始进行词汇总复习，利用早读时间教学生朗读考纲核心词汇，并进行默写，及时批改及时反馈，在期中考试前完成第二轮的词汇复习。同时，每周复习一项词法或句法，精选配套练习进行训练巩固。另外，我们还在每周安排一次听力和阅读课，指导学生提高自己的综合能力，每周还安排一次综合能力的训练，对学生进行作文辅导。
2. 备课组加强合作，提高复习的质量和效率：

本学期，我组要求组内教师根据课堂教学改进计划的改进点相互间随堂听课，然后进行集体点评，提出改进方案和意见，最后，开课教师要进行反思，提出改进措施。同时，周清教师要在全区开设一堂状语从句复习研讨课。我们将要求每一节公开课都要确定研究点，如：如何在英语学科的课堂教学中渗透两纲教育，鼓励教师多读书，多思考，勤实践，把自己的实践与心得以案例的形式记载下来，真正实现教科研一体化，使他们在自己专业化发展的道路上不断前进。
4. 加强新一轮的课堂教学改进计划的实施。
教师根据教学中的五个环节(备课、上课、作业、辅导、评价)，进一步提升自己的改进目标，加大自我研究的力度，要根据学生的情况和自己的上一年的改进成果制订新的改进目标、实施计划及措施，要提高备课的针对性，体现学生的主体性，精心设计和选择作业， 重视作业的批改和个别辅导， 改革教学评价方式。我们要着力于过程与方法改进的研究，上好每一堂家常课，做到目标明确，内容正确，重点突出，方法得当，效果明显。

Firstly i want to continue with my study，i think study is a life process，so no matter what the situation I am in，i will look for chances to continue it。I have bought several new books ，including those books on my major(专业)and some novels ，I will try to finish reading them in the holiday and write notes。
Secondly，since it is the holiday，I will share it with my family and friends 。You know the spring festival will soon e， I believe I would chatting and play games with my friends and family 。I think I will enjoy the vacation。
时光过得真快，不知不觉得下一个寒假就要到了，为了提高我自我同时欢乐的度过假期，我制定了寒假计划。
