钟汉良出生在一个普通的家庭，有两个姐姐和一个妹妹，他是家里唯一的男孩。毋庸置疑，他的父母当然希望他多读点书，考上大学后成为一位收入颇丰的高级白领，可就在钟汉良高中毕业的时候，却疯狂的迷上了舞蹈，竟出乎意料的考上了香港无线电台，从此，开始了他人生中新的起点。后来，他去了台湾拜师学艺，以歌手的身份出道，一直红到香港归来。之后有一段时间，因为诸多的原因，他消失了踪迹，整整七年，他再也没有录制一首歌曲，在世人的眼中，钟汉良面临人生的低潮。而钟汉良却把这个时期当做自己的耕耘期，更加勤奋的学习，刻苦的训练，他始终相信，有付出就会有收获。皇天不负有心人，终于，他又一次红了起来，可虽是春风得意，他却从不忘记从前的清苦，他深深的体验过那份心酸，所以从此开始了自己的慈善之举。

付出――收获
俗话说，“付出就有收获”。没错，付出绝对会有收获，所以，大多数人都会付出。但是如果付出远远大于收获呢？
两个月前，寒假初期，班中有七八个同学被老师叫到学校。目的是为了检查作业，老师“牺牲”了一个下午来为我们检查作业。这种巨大的付出却换来了同学们的一个个“未完成”。这种收获与付出完全无法对等，但老师却依旧微笑面对，耐心教诲。不怕辛苦，又不断付出。
昨天，我们在互联网上又一次碰头，老师的付出却依然没有多少收获。作业是完成的差不多了，但是作业一完成，就成了一只只“神兽”，为所欲为，学习状态瞬间灰飞烟灭。但老师没有任何的不满，微笑着分析了大家的状况，提出自己的看法，鼓励同学们自律坚强。
我的偶像就是这样，无论事态多么的不顺意，总是处变不惊，心中静安。

在一次生日会，我的一位好朋友送给我了一盒需要手工搭建的小木屋。零碎的部件细小到可真是令人惊讶，看着这些零件我幻想着它组装完成之后的样子，我迫不及待的搭建了起来，时间一秒一分一时的流逝，但我那充满激情和耐心的心也一细一毫一粒的无头绪和一次次失败中被消磨殆尽。终于在两个小时之后，不但我全部的耐心消失的无影无踪，而且生了一肚子的气，我的小脸涨得红得像个熟透了的柿子，眼睛里面发射出愤怒的目光，嘴里并一直不耐烦的叫着：“我不做了，我不做了，我就是不想做了……！”这时一直在我身旁看书的爸爸，递给我一杯水，神情平静而温和的对我说：“先喝一口水，放松一下自己。”我照爸爸的话做了，深呼吸一会，又喝了点水，心情果然放松了许多，我又充满了能量，一头发怒的狮子也逐渐变成了温顺的小猫。
爸爸看我缓下来的神情又继续说：“你看你现在不是好多了嘛，半途而废是不对的，坚持就是胜利，希望就在你的眼前，调整好态重新开始吧？”我看着爸爸坚定的眼神，静下心来再出发，此时我的眼里散发异乎寻常的专注，现在什么事情也阻挡不了我想搭建完的心，。经过三个小时“艰苦卓绝”的努力，还有爸爸偶尔的从旁指点，最后我终于搭建成功了，看着眼前精美的小木屋，我和爸爸相视一笑，胜利的果实在这一刻尤其的甘甜。

曹操曾经讨伐董卓、打败袁术、白门楼杀吕布、官渡之战、打败袁绍等。但罗贯中却在《三国演义》中把曹操写成了奸臣，挟天子以令诸侯，使众人皆唾骂曹操，赞扬打着匡扶汉室的刘备。但其实我认为刘备却是一个虚伪小人，有摔阿斗之假。整个人整天哭哭啼啼，令我很是不舒服！我欣赏乱世枭雄曹操，他挟天子令诸侯并不是为了权力，而是因为当时特定的历史环境，他为了天下的太平，百姓的幸福安宁。他在政治上提出唯才是举、招贤纳士、重用人才，以平定天下，如同曹操短歌行所说：山不厌高、海不厌深、周公吐脯、天下归心。如果没有曹操，可能当时的北方，不可能这么快的统一。曹操还是一个胸襟广阔之人，比如张绣与曹操有杀子之仇，但张绣归降后，曹操不计前嫌，仍拜他为扬武将军并结为儿女亲家。官渡之战中，张绣力战有功，后又击破袁潭，曹操论功行赏，增邑二千户，其他诸将未有满千户者。曹操不仅是个政治家军事家，而且还是一个文学家他有许多文学作品今存20多篇如：《蒿里行》、《苦寒行》、《步出夏门行》都是脍炙人口的名作。这些诗多是描写他本人的政治主张，抒发统一天下的雄心壮志，也反映人民苦难，人称“汉末实录”。曹操为建安文学的繁荣作出了突出贡献。我欣赏曹操虽身处乱世之中，却安之若素，虽野心勃勃却心怀天下，既狡猾奸诈又心胸宽广。于茫茫历史长河之中也再难以找出这样一位矛盾的人。
