与此同时，多伦多签证中心公布了办理旅游和探亲访友签证要求，细节如下：

一、旅游和探亲访友(自20xx年5月16日起实施)

1、从申请签证之日起有效期6个月以上、不少于2页空白签证页的护照正本。

2、《签证申请表》(在线填写/下载填写)一份，并附本人彩色48*33mm，于是6个月内拍摄的正面免冠，白色背景照片一张(请粘贴在《签证申请表》上);请务必如实、完整地填写《签证申请表》各项内容;有中文姓名者，请准确填写中文姓名;申请表填写不实、漏填或字迹不清楚，都可能导致签证被拒。

3、探亲访友，需提供国内亲友的邀请信函。

4、旅游者，需提供联程机票和酒店订单。

二、赴西藏旅游

如果前往西藏自治区旅游，须事先与该自治区旅游局(电话：0086-891-68xx313，传真：0086-891-68xx632)或加拿大中国旅行社(电话： 4169xx8993，传真：4169xxxx20)联系获得入藏许可。

三、特种旅游

如果申请特种旅游(如：自备车、徒步、骑自行车、骑马、骑骆驼、航拍、摄影、探险、热气球等)，需提供中国国家旅游局或各省、自治区、直辖市旅游局的签证通知函;来华登山，需提供国家体育总局签证通知函。前往西藏登山，需提供西藏自治区旅游局的签证通知函。

四、原中国公民或具有中国血统的'孩童

1、原为中国公民、加入加拿大国籍后第一次持加拿大护照或持新换发的加拿大护照申请中国签证的华人，请一并出示本人原中国护照或有中国签证记录的旧加拿大护照及以往签证记录原件和复印件(复印旧加拿大护照姓名资料页和中国签证)。如申请人提供的新旧护照姓名拼写有出入，须提供加拿大有关部门(ontaorio services, manitoba vital statistics agency, etc)出具的改名文件。

如果中国护照仍然有效，请将中国护照和加拿大护照的姓名资料页一起复印在一张a4纸上。

如果复印旧加拿大护照，请复印姓名资料页和旧中国签证。

2、在外国出生，具有中国血统的儿童首次申请签证，还需提供该儿童的出生证明，以及孩子出生时，其父母任何一方所持的外国护照，或中国护照和外国永久居民身份证，如加拿大“枫叶卡”或移民纸。出生证明指的是含有该儿童父母详细信息的长纸。

如果父亲或母亲现已持有加拿大护照，请提供孩子出生证明正本和影印本，以及父亲或母亲的加拿大护照正本和影印本。

五、非加拿大籍人士

非加拿大籍公民申请签证，须出示加拿大永久居民身份证--“枫叶卡”或工作、学习签证原件及复印件。

六、办理方式及时间

1、办理方式：申请人可亲自或委托他人、旅行社到签证申请服务中心办理。向中心递交申请可以提前预约。如果您想通过邮寄方式递交申请，除按第一条准备有关材料外，还请遵循“邮寄申请须知”有关内容。如总领馆认为有必要面谈，申请人须前往总领馆接受面谈。

2、办理时间：正常的签证办理时间是四个工作日。申请中心提供加急、特急、邮寄服务。加急服务的取证时间为申请后的第三个工作日。特急服务第二个工作日取证(申请须于当日上午11:30前递交)。邮寄服务一般需要两周(在申请材料备齐情况下)。

七、签证费、有效期和停留期

1、取证时交费。

2、收费接受现金/借记卡/信用卡。
