英语口语比赛策划书
一、活动的背景和意义
英语作为一种国际通用语言，在国际交流与合作日益增多的今天，其主流地位和作用将会愈加凸显。能否准确纯熟地使用英语，特别是交流和演讲能力的高低，将会直接影响到大学生特别是航运学院学生今后的就业问题，以及能否为国家和社会做出大的贡献。
因此，大学生尤其迫切需要在不断的锻炼、比较和竞争中，培养英语交际能力，提高自身的综合英语水平，才能在日趋激烈的社会竞争中找到自身的发挥之地。因此本着“全院参与，办出特色，发现人才，培养学习兴趣”的宗旨，航院团委举办一次面向航运学院的英语演讲比赛，以提高同学们的英语口语水平和交际能力，提供一个可以展现自我，激励他人的舞台，加强航院学生的自我学习意识。

三、活动时间
报名时间：11月6日——月9日 初赛时间：年12月9日晚上 决赛时间：2012年12月16日晚上 六、活动地点
武汉理工大学余区工会二楼 七、活动参与对象
航运学院学院全日制在校学生大一新生 八、报名方式
1）本着自愿原则，以班级为单位报名；
2）每个单位人数不限；
四、活动流程
1） 部门分工
1．团委宣传部：设计宣传板并放到三食堂和一食堂外进行宣传，粘贴海报，拉出横幅。在本院范围内下发比赛通知，宣传比赛的目的和意义，积极动员本院学生参与，深入到各班级内部进行宣传，并张贴宣传海报。
2. 团委新闻部：活动进行的当天，新闻部负责拍照，写新闻稿，并向校内各媒体投稿。
3. 团委：邀请嘉宾和评委（必须包含外教）。
4. 学生会：负责会场秩序、现场安保、礼仪和主持人。 5. 学生会：负责统分及其他会场布置工作。
2） 实施阶段
初赛：
1．竞赛场所应准备一个比赛室。进行竞赛的选手应在竞赛前进入比赛 中途不得离开。
2．选手在比赛前抽签决定竞赛上场次序以及参赛试题题号；抽签后在比赛室等候。
3．正式比赛开始前5分钟，工作人员将第一位选手所抽试题发给选手，准备时间为五分钟。五分钟后，由工作人员先回收试题，并在选手登台前把试题交给评委，并让第二位选手抽取试题进行准备，依此类推。
4．选手不得在试题上做任何标记。
5．竞赛开始时，第一位选手站上讲台，进行竞赛。该选手在评委的指导
下将两个赛题（自我介绍，试题演讲，由评委限定时间，最好在3—5分钟以内）依次做完后到台下休息区休息。 6．竞赛应保持连贯，不能出现冷场。
7．比赛完毕立即公布比赛结果，取前十名进入决赛，通知这些同学进入
决赛并告知决赛时间、地点。 决赛：
第一环节：自我介绍和才艺展示，时间为3分钟。 自我介绍要求简洁有个性；
才艺展示内容自定，可以是命题演讲、情景对话、英语歌曲演唱等，但必须与英语相关。
第二环节：影视配音，时间为3分钟。
比赛前选好要模仿的.影片，并在大屏幕上播放该片段，时间为2—3分钟，然后消掉原声台词重播该片段，选手开始模仿表演。
要求：表演形象生动，语音语调要相似，也可适当自由发挥。
第三环节：场景对话，时间为3分钟。
以上时间限制由工作人员计时，并叫停整个英语口语比赛，决赛的总分由评委评定，两个环节结束后，评委根据每位选手的表现进行现场点评。
五、比赛流程：
1）主持人致开幕词并且介绍到场的评委、嘉宾。
2）主持人介绍比赛的规则、评分细则。
3)比赛开始，选手根据比赛前的抽签顺序进行比赛。
4）待所有的选手比赛完后，邀请评委代表上台发言，工作人员进行统分。
5）评委发言完后，主持人上台宣布比赛结果。
6）上台颁奖。
7）主持人宣布比赛结束，全体工作人员、嘉宾、评委、选手合影留念。
8）工作人员负责做好后期工作。
9）在活动结束后，航运学院团委、学生会和马研召开全体会议，认真总结此次活动的成功与不足，为以后工作的开展提供经验和教训。
六、现场规则
1)自备服装和道具。
2)评委到公平、公正。
3)参赛选手演讲内容积极、健康、向上，能体现一定的思想。
4)参赛选手活泼、积极、友好、自信。
5)赛场无论参赛选手或观众，均需关掉手机或设置无声，禁止大声喧哗。
七、奖项设置
按照各参赛者的总分排名，一等奖一名，二等奖三名，三等奖六名，并颁发证书。
活动目的：
促进和提高我校大学生的英语口语水平、营造良好学习氛围、活跃校园文化生活、发现优秀的英语后备人才、提高大学生的综合素质。

四月中旬（4月22号，世界地球日）
活动地点：
主楼前空地
活动对象：
全院学生
报名方式：
物理学院学生由各班学习委员统一上交名单;其他学院学生可直接到物理系学生会办公室1—408报名;
活动评委：

活动过程：
比赛分预决赛
预赛项目：
1、自我介绍
2、现场答辩
3、才艺表演（有关的英语的任何才艺且与最后的一、二、三等奖的评比无关，只关系到单项奖的评比）
4、情景对话（请自带搭档，内容）
决赛项目：
1、现场答辩
2、以演讲方式讲叙生活或学习中的故事;即兴演讲，根据现场抽取题目进行发挥。
比赛细则：
1现场打分，每位评委最高分10分;
2才艺和演讲比赛时间为5分钟;
3预赛取前十名进入决赛。
设置奖项：设一、二、三等奖各一名，并设单项奖：最佳风采奖、
最佳机智奖、最佳才艺奖、最佳口才奖;
效果预测：由于比赛场地是在室外，来往的人可能比较多，对选手而言更具有挑战性，而且现场评分可以让每个选手都有公平竞争的机会。
经费预算：场地申请（场地费），海报宣传，话筒等音响设备，
桌椅，评委要喝的水（5瓶），给评委的礼物（价值两三百）。
另注：比赛过程全部用英语进行，包括与老师的交流。

Well, this is my today's topic:A harmonious campus.
Harmonious, is one of the most popular words in the society at the present time. Now our governments are advocating building harmonious society. But what is harmonious? I looked it up in the dictionary. It says “in agreement, free from ill feeling.”
In some schools, there are a lot of problems. For instance, teachers do not have patience with students, some ever shout at them. Students fall in sleep during the class. Play truant is widespread. Cutter languages are often heard.
Campus, which is of course one part of the project, plays an essential role in the society. If we want to build a harmonious society, first we should build a harmonious campus, and get rid of those problems.

Dongying，my home，is located in the vast delta plains of the majestic Yellow River. There are reeds undulating on the golden beach and varies birds soaring over the wetlands. Dongying is a city of oil as well as ecology. The roaring from the running drillings and the sweat on the faces of oil workers witnessed the development of this land.

20xx年5月7日在兰州交通大学博文学院北校区体育馆301，举办了第四届“金城校园”英语口语演讲比赛，本次参加比赛的十三所高校20位选手同台竞争，各显风采。
本次比赛的评委及嘉宾有：兰州交通大学博文学院外国语系姜欣彤老师、刘佳老师、祝海燕老师、英语爱好者协会第十届会长唐辉、学生社团联合会执行主席宋发栋、以及兰州各大高校负责人。
比赛在《魔术表演》中拉开了比赛的帷幕，首先上场的是甘肃农业大学许君兰同学，继而是兰州陇桥学院陈柯江同学……一个接一个登场，精彩绝伦的演讲，引起了观众阵阵掌声。
一首歌曲《我在这》缓和了紧张的比赛气氛，将场上的气氛拉入高潮，紧张的比赛过后,相声表演《贾(假)专家辛辣讽刺社会》。
幽默的相声之后，又是激烈的比赛。
接下来，一群帅气小伙表演《棍舞乾坤博舞魂》结束了比赛。
最后作总结讲话，姜欣彤老师对选手们精彩的演讲给予了充分肯定，并鼓励他们在今后的学习中加强英语口语的训练，从而不断提高口语水平。
经审核评定兰州陇桥学院的卫晓斌同学荣获一等奖，兰州交通大学博文学院的.周敏同学和西北师范大学知行学校的许彩芳同学获得二等奖，获得三等奖的是兰州交通大学的宋凯兵等同学。
观众再一次响起了热烈的掌声，之后，嘉宾、评委及参赛选手合影留念。
主题为“幽默”，通过演讲，向我们分享了快乐，传递了爱心。
在以后的生活中，我相信，只要我们携手起来，一起努力，将会使我们的生活更美好。
20xx年11月5日下午2点30分，我系在第一教学楼四楼教室举行了20xx年惠州经济职业技术学院第六届英语口语比赛的初赛，我系共有79 位同学积极参与了这场初赛，数十位英语老师担任了本次初赛的评委。
最终选出专业组和非专业组各六位同学进入了决赛。
本次初赛，每位参赛者有三分钟的演讲时间，这能很好地体现每位选手的心理素质与口语能力，参赛选手个个斗志昂扬，所选题材内容丰富。
同学们都做足了准备，大部分同学充满信心，发挥甚至超出自己的水平;也有些同学因紧张而失了水准。
决赛将于11月26日下午2：30在创业园学术报告厅举行，本次决赛将按照广东省高职院校英语口语比赛的赛制进行。

20xx年4月23日下午，全体六年级师生在报告厅进行了20xx年英语“金口奖”比赛暨珠海市第17届小学生英语“金口奖”校内选拔赛。
此次比赛先在各班级中进行选拔。
经过紧张激烈的票选，最终有12名同学进入了年级的选拔赛中。
比赛完全按照市里比赛的规则进行。
我们邀请了外教老师Anne和每班一位优秀学生代表担任本次比赛的评委。
经过紧张激烈的角逐，分别产生了一等奖3名，二等奖4名，三等奖5名。

im lai senhan from the university of international business & economics. do you know what date is it today? today is the olympic date. im so glad to stand here today to share my idea about beijing olympic games together with you all. the title of my speech is: what can we do for beijing olympic games?
first of all, let me tell you a story that happened 2 years ago. at the end of august, , when i decided to come to beijing for study, my friends hel rewell party for me. they said: after your graduation, you should look for a job in beijing, and then in , we shall go to visit you during the olympic games. i laughed and answered: ok, no problem!
time flied and 2 years passed. now i am a graduate. my teachers and classmates always ask me: whats your plan after your graduation? go back home, stay in beijing, or go to some other places? and i always answer: i will stay in beijing. i make this decision not because of my promise to my friends 2 years ago, but because: ive fallen in love with beijing! im eager to welcome the coming olympic games together with my fellow countrymen, and i wish i could do something for the olympics & for the city.

四.比赛具体流程
(初步预计人数为20人)

<4>. 比赛内容：
1. 赛前准备：
1. 各部门提前半小时入场准备好多媒体设备及其他工作和设备
2. 各选手至少提前一天将自己的演讲稿复制一份上交给负责人
2. 赛中：
1. 开幕式表演
2. 由主持人发布开幕词并宣布比赛开始
3. 各选手按顺序上台首先进行自我介绍，之后开始自己的演讲时间限制在3~5分钟以内。
4. 半场穿插节目表演
5. 主持人宣布比赛继续
6. 节目表演中等待评委给个选手评分并选出一、二、三等奖
7. 公布评选结果有嘉宾颁发奖品奖章，并在现场抽取获奖观众十名
8. 主持人总结陈词、宣布比赛结束
3. 赛后：
1. 打扫教室卫生整理活动器材
2. 整理活动中采集的照片准备张贴公布
3. 赛后张贴喜报公布比赛结果和获奖名单、并将活动中采集的照片张贴公布
五.活动具体要求：
1.评委公平、公正、公开。
2.参赛选手演讲内容积极、健康、向上，能体现一定的思想。
3.参赛选手活泼、积极、友好、自信。
