一、认真贯彻《会计法》严格遵守财务内控制度，规范财务行为，防此国家资产的流失。首先执行本局制定的会计流程操作程序，其次切实完善制定好本科室的财务管理办法，用制度管人，约束财务行为。也是财务人员加强经济核算，提高核算水平的准绳，它有力促进增收节支，保证政府工作的正常运转。促进我县各项社会、事业、健康快速发展启着重要作用。
二、把单位资金管好、用好、用活。八年来，我在财政工作上无论从事何种岗位，工作“过得硬”，以群众满意做为目标，脚踏实地做好本职工作。模范履行一个干部的职责，将后我在这个岗位上继续做到,首先在农税工作上，搞好税收宣传，认真抓好农税征管，做到应收尽收，做到票、库、款一致性。严格按照农税征管办法办事。在专项资金管理上，首先对各类资金严格规范运行程序，实行专款专用专门核算、封闭运作、全程监督。对项目资金要有验收报告，有结算方案，实行专项业支，发挥资金的更大的效益。核算上客观、严谨、细致、审核、监督。严格执行财经纪律，严格报帐制度和会计规范化要求办事，做到会计凭证、手续、完备。规范合法，核算上按时日清月结，帐薄健全、资料档案完备。记录及时准确真实合法。同时当好领导参谋，保证企事业资金的正常运行。

比如有些人在自我介绍时会说自己有过什这样那样的工作经历，而当问到在这些过程中可能问题的解决办法，自己却一句话答不上来。这明显是自己在打自己的嘴巴啊!如果自己真的做过那个工作就一定面对过那样的难题，即使不是特别的能一下讲清楚，也不至于会一下子懵了。如果遇到这种情况，你的面试肯定也注定了是个失败的面试。
二、自我介绍时首先应该礼貌的做个极简单的开场白，并向面试官示意。如果面试考官在关注其他事物，可以稍微等一下，等他回转过来后再开始，不然会让人觉得你很紧张，因为你的行为表现了你想很快的结束属于这一分钟。
开场打招呼看是很小的事，却很能从中看出面试者的基本道德素质，同时也可以给在场的人留下一个很好的印象。
三、注意掌握时间，如果一分钟下来你什么都没有说，或者你说的根本不是面试官所在意的，只能让面试官觉得你什么都不会，或者你的口才真的很差，连基本的表达能力都达不到，
自我介绍是面试中很关键的部分，自己所讲的话要一定要让人听懂其中的重点，所以思路要清晰、明了。
一分钟自我介绍对有一些经历的人来说绝对不是很长，时间不会过多，但怕就怕时间没掌握好。
四、还有一个大多数人都会犯的低级错误，介绍的时候过多的停留在诸如姓名、工作经历、奖励、时间等;这些东西在你的简历上都有，说了只是浪费自己仅有的宝贵的一分钟。
我们应该更多的谈一些跟你所应聘职位有关的工作经历和所取得成就，以证明你确实有能力胜任你所应聘的工作。
五、自我介绍时应该注意的关于自己的一些细节问题。在做我自介绍时，眼睛千万不要东张西望、四处游离，显得漫不经心的'样子，这会给人做事随便、注意力不集中的感觉，但也不能长久注视目不转睛。
六、在结束的时候要记得说声谢谢，这也可以加深面试官对自己的印象，短短的自我介绍是为之后的面谈而做的铺垫。
一分钟的自我介绍，犹如商品广告。在短短的60秒内，针对“客户”的需要，将自己最美好、最有能力的一面毫无保留的展现给对方，不但要给对方留下很深刻印象，同时也要及时引发起对方的“购买欲”，外企面试一般都是需要具备良好的口语能力，所以在平时需要不断的学习积累，如果面试在即，又对自己的英语能力不够自信，可以找专门的外语培训机构做些外教加强练习，顺利通过面试后再全面提高自己的英语能力!
