我在X镇从事志愿服务工作已经有五个多月了，7月至8月份主要是熟悉环境、适应工作和自我学习，较快地进入了工作状态。9月份至10月份主要是对我镇柏松村新升级站点技术员进行培训，在培训过程中，严格按照市远教办和镇领导安排，结合柏松村技术员的实际情景，高标准，严要求，经过住村手把手、买教材、买光盘等多种培训方式，使该站点技术员很快掌握了电脑的基本操作和安全维护知识。11月份和12月份，我逐步掌握了工作技巧和方法，在完成办公室各项远程教育文件、简报、报表、总结的上报下达的稿件拟订和打印的工作之外，我还主动与主任、书记商量制作一个课件资源库供我镇各个站点借阅。这段时间里，我以镇为中心，把站点分成四个片区，每个片区找两个站点设备比较好，站点技术员乐于助人、勤奋好学的，借我的双休日到站点上进行有针对性的重点加强培训。

终于轮到我了，开场白来了个自我介绍，把自己的社会实践经历一一介绍，流利的言语表达令老师们直点头。杨老师问：如果你被一家好的企业录用了，在西部志愿者和企业之间如何选择，怎么平衡？我回答道：我选择西部志愿者，我会对那家企业说，我被团中央西部计化录取了，要去西部基层贡献自己的青春和智慧，希望贵公司给予理解，我会坚定地选择西部计划，选择西部志愿者一步步走好，做好本职工作。

4、怎样处理好与少数民族之间的关系？
最重要的我觉得是要以平常心去对待少数民族。太轻视固然不好，而太重视经常也会适得其反。我会以平常心来处理与少数民族的'关系。平等、和睦地相处，尊重但不过于尊重。另外，我对少数民族的风俗、文化和语言等都有很浓厚的兴趣，我想，这更有利于我跟少数民族和睦相处。
5、如果没有选上，你还可以用什么方式参与和支持西部志愿者计划？
如果这次落选，再参与西部支援的话只能是自费了。我会先找工作，等到有一定经济实力的时候再去支援西部。但是，很客观地说，等到有一定经济实力的时候，我已不再年轻，因为家庭等因素，恐怕很难能像现在跟着热情走。所以，我希望自己能把握这次机会。
当然，如果这次真的落选，我还是会争取以后有机会自费去西部。同时，我会积极宣传西部计划，鼓励身边的朋友亲自或者支持去服务和建设西部。

大家好，我叫，来自山东大学外国语学院国际政治与英语班，很高兴来参加这次历史大会的面试活动。
第22届国际历史科学大会将在山东济南举行，是大会首次在亚洲国家举行，作为一个中国人，作为一个山大人，我为此深感自傲与骄傲。我热切地想成为这次大会的志愿者。
1、首先，我的专业是国际政治与英语，有较好的口语水平，能够与外国友人良好沟通。我性格比较开朗但不失稳重，擅长写作朗诵主持礼仪模特，交际舞，拉丁摩登也是我的特长，我希望这些特长能派上用场。
2、其次，我曾参加过数次类似的会议的志愿接待活动，比如山东省第四次大学生电影节现场接待，历山剧院美国四重奏音乐演唱会现场接待及翻译，等等，有良好的基本礼仪知识及丰富经验。
3、再则，我有一颗乐于奉献的心，希望为山大为济南为中国的尽一份心，一点绵薄之力，向国际友人展示不一样的中国大学生风采。
4、我希望能成为这次大会的志愿者，一则锻炼自己各方面的能力，二则想近距离接受世界历史文化的熏陶与洗礼，三则充实大学生活，提升个人的自我价值，为社会做贡献。
5、莎士比亚曾说过：人的青春是短暂的，但是，如果卑劣地度过这短暂的'青春，就显得太多了。我希望老师和组委会能给我这个机会，谢谢。。

我的兴趣爱好是听音乐、有空看下课外书、还有和朋友一齐外出游玩。我性格活泼开朗，容易和大家打成一片…我自认为职责感和时间观念都较强。
参加这次志愿者活动的目的有两个：第一是，作为xx的一份子，我就应为xx贡献我的一份力量;第二个是，我想利用这次机会，多一份经历以增加自身的见识，学习新技能、提升自我价值。
