Dear Mr. President,
I am writing this letter to you to express my concern about the sports facilities on campus. I have noticed that our university has very limited resources in terms of opportunities to participate in sports, especially given that the number of students on campus is increasing every year.
As we both know, sports are very important for the sound growth of young people. If they have access to quality sports facilities, young people are able to choose a healthier lifestyle, to boost self-esteem and confidence, and to build a positive outlook and sense of achievement.
My proposal is to build a new sports area. It should be designed with soccer players, basketball players, and ping-pong players in mind. It should have a different section for each activity and be available to students all year round. I believe such facilities will meet our sporting needs.
Thank you for your reading this letter.
Yours faithfully,
Li Ming
Dear the headmaster :
I am a student in your school, I heard that we will hold a activity but you aren't decide the date,so I want to offer some ideas.
First,we can't hold in a very cold or hot weather, the best weather is spring.
second,we can have the activity in the afternoon sothat students can have a good time.
That's over. If you could accept my ideas,I would very happy.

Dear Headmaster,
I'm writing this letter simply to tell you something about the canteen service in our school.I'm the minister from the life department of the Students' Union.
In general, the service is satisfactory. The dishes look inviting and taste delicious as well. The price of the meals is OK for us and the variety of dishes changes every week. What's more, the workers there treat us as their friends, which makes us feel very happy.
However, we often have to stand in line for a long time before we can get the meal. You could understand how precious time is to us students. Therefore, may I suggest something be done to solve the problems such as the dish quality and surroundings so that we can all enjoy our meals at school?
Thanks for your consideration.
Sincerely yours,
Li Ming
Dear President,
I’m a second year student of your university writing to tell you about my humble opinions of the learning environment in our school.
Although we’re enjoying the modernized buildings equipped with advanced computers sufficient lights and well-installed desks and chairs we do find it hard for us to concentrate on study when we’re in the classrooms. For one thing the annoying noise made by the vans and cars disturbs our studies. For another the classrooms which are supposed to be used for self-study are unavailable for they are usually occupied for meetings by various kinds of associations.
Faced with such a hard nut we should find ways to crack it. I suggest that our school should construct some special lanes for the traffic and provide associations with specific rooms to have their meetings in order to provide a better learning environment for us.
I appreciate your sincere consideration of my suggestions and hope that our school will be ideal for academic studies.
Yours sincerely,
____
Dear Mr. President,
My name is __, a sophomore majoring in International Trade. Having learned and lived on campus for nearly two years, I have found university life most exciting and instructive.
What happens around me every day has left a deep impression on me, but what strikes me most is the canteen service on campus, so that for some time I have had the keen desire to write to you, sharing with you my positive comments on and negative feelings about it. On the one hand, we are happy to see that the canteen staff has been sparing no efforts to guarantee food quality. As a result, we are relieved from the anxiety that some food might be dirty, stale and inedible. We also feel contented with the service provided by the canteen, enjoying food in a homely atmosphere. On the other hand, improvements should be made for the simple reason that prices for dishes are unreasonably high, and that the canteen is not spacious enough and too noisy at times.
Therefore, to improve the overall service of the canteen the strengths should be encouraged, while the weaknesses ought to be overcome by lowering prices and expanding the canteen if possible.
Yours,
____
尊敬您的____
