一、本学期的指导思想：

二、学生基本情况分析：
今年我担任八(3)、(4)班英语教学工作。两班情况稍有不同,(3)班学困生较多，一部分学生对英语已经没有了兴趣。如：葛宁、张宁、赵志东、王海龙等没有好的学习习惯,王芳、杨新颖、李俊龙、李俊峰等接受新知识的能力非常差。但有一部分尖子生，如：杨中昊、闫伟、郭嘉、徐婷婷、李明浩、杨中鹏等。每次考试的平均分都有5分左右的差距。(4)班学生整体情况稍好,学困生比(3)班少一点,如：李昊天、高鹏、詹洪宇、张辉等。尖子生有李陈杰、张文静、何宇华、郭立银、张宏亮等。中等生比(3)班稍多。两班整体情况：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累;
三、具体措施：
1、充分利用手中和网络资料备好课，充足的精神上好课。做好课后辅导。
2、要求学生每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。
3、每天记当日学过的单词或对话，每日进行检查。利用学习小组及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。
4、充分利用好早自习：规定早读内容，加强监督，保证早读效果。
5、坚持日测、周测、月测。对英语学习实行时时监督，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。
6、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步，小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

一、学生状况
我教的这两个班通过七年级一年的英语学习，他们大部分学生没有掉队，特别是6班学生要好一些，2班学生基础各方面都差一些。大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事。能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息。能读懂短篇故事，能写简单的书信。但由于各种因素的影响，学生发展参差不齐。有少数学生因为基础不够好，学习很吃力而不想学英语了，但课堂纪律都很好，这就为学生的学习打下了一个好的基础。
二、教学总目标
学生应有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度。能听懂教师对有关熟悉话题的陈述并能参与讨论。能读供七至八年级学生阅读的简单读物和报纸杂志，克服生词障碍，理解大意。能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。能与他人合作，解决问题并报告结果，共同完成学习任务。能在学习中互相帮助，克服困难。能合理计划和安排学习任务，积极探索适合自己的学习方法。在学习和日常交际中能注意到中外文化的差异。
三.本学期教学内容
本学期8个单元的教材都围绕喜欢和庆祝两个线索，围绕开展，内容丰富，涵概了生活的方方面面，包含了许多的英语知识，通过生动的生活情景引导学生学习英语。
四、本学期的教学重点和难点
本学期的重点将继续学习词汇和习惯用语，学习的一些语法知识点有：频率副词、询问情况、方式状语、提出邀请、形容词比较级、级等。
其中状语从句和形容词是本册的难点，将重点学习。
五、提高教学质量的措施
1、多听课，特别学校组织的听课，更要虚心学习
2、认真钻研教材，提高自己驾驭教材的能力
3、正确引导尖子生，抓好中等生，辅导好学困生

新课标实施已经几年时光了，新课标实施以来，许多政治课老师变为思品课老师，而新课标的要求与现实的矛盾又让人难以适从。的确，好多事物不都是矛盾的吗?下方简单谈一下自我的几点熟悉。
首先，三维目标的关系。
此刻思品课现状是新课标、新教材、老考法。我们在用心探索新教法、活动方式的同时，更要把重点放在三维目标的统一上。特殊是知识目标必须要适时落实到位。因此我们务必处理好这个矛盾：新课标把情感、态度价值观放在第一位，潜力其次，最后才是知识。而无论期末考试还是中考，都要考，而且是闭卷。情感怎样考?没法考。从实际考试来看，还是落实到对课本知识的记忆和运用。就如学生所念叨的“背多分”。只注重课堂改革，把课上的形式多样，放手让学生活动，联系时事新闻、多媒体运用等。这样一来学生兴奋了，但往往轻易忽视对课本知识的把握。或者能够说没有足够时光去把握。而只注重知识目标，我们的课会失去吸引力，学生丧失爱好。我们就必须要把握好课堂思想性与实用性的统一。一方面要用心探索，适应新课标要求。一方面要落实知识目标，应对考试。
其次，学新课与复习的关系。
相信大家都会做相同的事情，那就是用最短时光讲完新课，然后展开复习、练习、检测。争取期末考过其它乡镇，思品课就是如此，每一单元后面都有走进生活、活动在线等资料。按理就应活动，让同学们实践或是放松一下。但这样能提升成绩吗?最起码短期内不可能，所以很多就放下了。
本学期我有这样的.体验，就是在学新课时，尽可能适应新课标要求，强调并注重情景创设、情感目标的实现。运用多种手段应用教学，有时光的话还能组织学生看点视频、电影之类的。我自认为在这一方面做的还是不错的。但进入复习后，就不可能顾及许多了。惟有把知识放在第一位，才有可能考出成绩。而学生的成绩就是老师的成绩。
