首先来个自我介绍把,这是所有的面试都必须要经过的一个流程了。我对自己也没啥好说的,大学期间未曾经历过壮举,也未能落的一个女孩喜欢,虽然天天做梦有一天在街上碰到一个天仙mm,然后和和她一起邂逅余生。不过有一点则是我每次在自我介绍中所必须要说的,那是大学里面教会了我怎样做人------真诚,宽容,尊重他人的想法。我认为相比于课本上那些无情冷酷的公式,这笔财富将会在我以后的人生中带来巨大的影响。这种认识是发自内心的,所以说起来也特真诚。

面试完后hr说下周回复,对这样的答复早已木然。自己听到太多这样的答复了,然而到现在一无着落。现在也只能等消息了,有消息当然好,没消息也只能继续找机会了。我想在面试过程中,掌握一些面试技巧是必要的。
的时间通常是几分钟或十几分钟,一般较低职位的都在半小时间以下。应试者预先了解面试的过程,不但信心倍增,还可以避免因不知下一步对方会问哪一类问题而惶恐焦虑。
没有预先计划的面试既是“自然发展”的,主试者看应试者的反映和表现来发问,如果是由多位主试者主持,则谁都有可能询问任何事项。这种事情通常是主试者比较有经验,或该机构习惯如此;有时由人事经理或雇主亲自主持面式,也会选择这种方式。奖学金的筛选,或着规模叫小的工商机构,多这样面试。碰到这种情况应试者只能随机应变,发挥急才。

1、热身

应付着类礼貌性的问题应简洁有礼,要了解这只是主试者在正题前的应酬语,他们不可能对你乘何中交通工具来到这里面式感兴趣,故此,没有必要长篇大论回答这些问题。同时,要注意切忌因主试者态度友善客气而过分随便。面式的最终目的是让主试者评估你是否适合担任申请的工作,不管怎样,总不是社交集会,态度不要过分轻松,给人一种轻易夸大的感觉。要谨记:这虽然是开场白,但亦是你给主试者的第一印象。
2、查明背景资料
这阶段的问题主要环绕应试者所填报的各项资料。本书在以前章节中已详细解释履历表的重要性及如何利用履历表的资料引导主试者提问自己有利的问题,本节不再獒述。
明显地,这阶段的问题要是应对得好的话,需要面式前的充分准备。首先要清楚记得自己提供了什么样的资料,如果面式时所提供的资料与履历表上的截然不同的话,后果非常严重,对没有虚构资料的应试者来说,这情况应该不会出现。但准备一份履历表的副本,面式前重温一遍是必要的工夫。这样,当问及为履历表里提到的资料时,便可以随时解释或补充。
这节的问题往往是短而直接的,但倘若事前未有好好准备,便可能会变成枯燥的资料提供,使交谈无法进行下去。而且有不少问题看上去似乎简单,但实际上不容易应付。那些问题踏出校门的求职人尤其特别留意这方面的问题。以下常见的问题便不容易应付:
□请用三分钟时间做一自我介绍。
□可否略略介绍你的家庭人员。
□为什么你的数学(或语文)科成绩不够理想?
□你曾经经历过的地方,哪吃最令你难忘?

这写问题如果答好,更要多做准备工夫:预先翻阅有关申请行业、机构及职位的资料是不可少的工夫。试想想,如果被问及“你为什么假如我们公司?”时,答案只是“因为你们的机构有规模,名气大……”等等之言,却未能提供进一步有关机构有关资料,更难令雇主相信你对他们机构有兴趣和诚意。确定应试者对机构及职位的兴趣是大多数的雇主关心的问题,如果谁在面式时这部分的问题应付不当的话,被雇主考虑录用的机会便会大打折扣。
4、评审应试者是否适合
这个阶段是整个面式过程中的最高潮,并具决定性的影响力。雇主一般从以下个方面评判应试者是否适合:
(a)应试者的学历/资力
(b)应试者是否具备所需的技巧/知识等
(c)应试者是否有同一行业的工作经验
(d)应试者的个性能否配合工作需要
(e)应试者以往的工作表现及推荐者的评语
这个阶段问题所涉范围广、不容易预料,而不同于雇主亦因其阅历、背景不同自有一套评选的方法,挑选适合自己心意的申请人。当然,“合心意”也包括双方交谈时投契,对事情的看法有没有共鸣。求职人仍需注意所谓的“有共鸣”不等于要对雇主“唯唯诺诺”。完全没有自己的见解立场,将弄巧反拙,被主试者认为无主见或看风使舵。
这部分的问题虽然不容易猜测,但仍可将之大略归入以下几方面:
(1)应试者阐释为何自己适合某职位
(2)假设性的问题
(3)一般时事性的问题
(4)兴趣与活动的问题
5、讨论聘用条件
这节问题常在初次面式时不会出现,但也有雇主喜欢预先了解应试者对这方面的期望。所以你要见貌变色,评估自己被录用的机会究竟有多大。倘若主试者根本没有录用你的意图,饿你由斤斤计较起薪点,抓住福利的问题争辩下去,是不理智的做法,但如果已经到了最后面式,雇主亦颇明显地表示很有兴趣,而你却故做清高壮,口口声声说薪水多少没关系,会令人感到你缺乏诚意,或者过分天真,都会弄巧返拙。应预先查本行的薪水状况,被问及时,最好按市场同类职位薪金提一个范围,这样比较灵活;如果对工作颇感兴趣,新酬稍低也可以接受。由或者你可以将现在的职位的薪金提供给雇主作为参考,这样他便对你的期望有心理准备。
至于附加利益及福利问题,大机构已有明文规定,并无争论余地。如果你斤斤计较,只会给人一个坏印象。至于规模较小的机构,便应在应聘前多了解情况,研究一下聘约所提的附福利是否合理,或者说是否与同类工作现职人员相符。

1、自我介绍不要太短,更不要太长,重点要突出,要有中心思想。也就是在面试前,对应聘的企业的文化、产品、岗位需要的技能做一定的了解,最好和面试考官见面时,根据自己的阅历,对考官的'倾向做一个判断,然后组织好自己的语言,在介绍时,通过描述,塑造自己在别人心目中的印象,比如应聘文员,你需要判断那个岗位需要的是细心、有热情、文字功底强等等,你就需要在自我介绍中主要介绍你这方面的能力和成绩,不要想着一个介绍从自己小学开始一直讲到大学毕业。
2、介绍最后需要总结一下,更强调你与这个岗位的符合性,比如“我认为我在文字功底方面的能力很强,也有相关的经验和良好的成绩,我非常符合您的岗位要求”,这样不仅是继续提醒考官注意你这方面的能力,也表达出了你非常好的自信和加入公司的兴趣。
3、介绍切勿有一句答一句,有些面试者惜字如金,有一句答一句,考官面试没多久就会失去兴趣,但是也切勿滔滔不绝,会让人产生,你的理解能力有问题,和不切实际、浮躁的印象。
4、准备好了面试介绍,最好找你熟悉的人练习下,这样多练习几次,不仅会减少你的紧张,而且也会得到一些建议。比如我在MBA面试的过程中,提前已经知道需要在3分钟内介绍下自己,我提前做了草稿,但是写在纸上是很流利的,自己介绍时不通畅,所以我专门练习了10次,不断修改,减少了一些次要的描述,保证在3分钟内能给人留下比较好的印象。
