我还喜欢吃纸包烤鱼，一条完整的鱼改刀，再下锅炸，将表皮炸到金黄酥脆的样子，再跟辣子鱼一样，把烧好的热油浇到上面，也可以听到一阵“啪一啪一啪”的声音，把鱼包进一张不透水的纸里，放到烤盘上开着小火慢慢烤。不一会儿，一股辣里透香的香味就出来了，打开纸，放上生的配菜，再把纸包上。我们等到全熟了，打开了纸，我夹下一块鱼肉，一抿，一根根长长的刺就出来了，鱼刺一吐，一种形容不出的味道在嘴里游动，再吞下鱼肉，整个人都暖了。
