一 现状分析
本班现有学生58人，其中男生23人，女生35人。大部分学生能遵守学校纪律，认真学习，按时完成作业。有个别学生纪律意识淡薄，组织观念差，学习态度不端正，经常拖欠作业﹑书写潦草，自习课堂说闲话。

学习方面，我学到了学习的目标必须要适合自已的，最重要的是所定的目标在跳一跳能够得着的，不能过于低，也不能太高。学习方法就是要结合自已的学习方式和老师的教学方式，设计一个最适合自已的方法就是最好的学习方法。级长还告诉我们要培养对学习的兴趣，毕竟兴趣是学习最好的老师。
在卫生方面，我也学会了许多。平时校服要整洁，仪表要端庄。垃圾要进行垃圾分类，注重绿色环保。不能在教室里吃零食，保持课室整洁。吃剩的饭菜不要倒在洗手槽里，尽量节约粮食……让我领会了勤俭节约，绿色环保，从个人做起。
级长表扬了每个班具有乐于助人、奉献班级的同学，还为评为“遵纪之星”、“文明之星”的同学颁发礼品并让我们以他们为榜样，不断努力，不断前进。
各班也存在不足，比如中午午休时有噪闹的现象出现，做操态度不端正，需要大家共同努力做好。
时间很快过去，级会结束了。今后，我将不断改进自已的学习方法，端正学习态度，改正自已的不足，向榜样学习。

正如《桃花源记》中的渔夫，桃花源人用善良和友爱来对待他，他却回报给他们背判与失信，所以，桃花源不见了。这样的人不会属于美丽的桃花源，而桃花源更是不会在这样的人面前展现她真正的美。
