本学期学校对学生实行全员帮扶制度，我将帮扶十名学生。为了真正对学生进行帮扶，让学生在各个方面真正有进步，特制定以下计划：
一、对成绩较好的学生的帮扶。我所帮扶的十名学生中，张玮、何祺、李锐和王君文成绩较好。其中张玮和王君文属于同类学生，他们成绩好，听话，作业按时完成，从不惹是生非。我想多在学习方法上给予指导，进一步提高学习效率，实现从优等生向尖子生的转变。

二、对成绩一般的学生的帮扶。我所帮扶的齐春常、王晓雨、耿爱玲和张超成绩不很好，属于学习中游的学生。其中齐春常和王晓雨各科成绩比较均匀，没有太突出的学科，也没有太差的学科。在本学期，我打算帮助他们找到更好的、更适合他们的学习方法，争取把成绩再提高一个档次。
耿爱玲和张超的总成绩还不错，但她二人都偏科，并且都是数学成绩较差。数学成绩较差的原因不只一方面，其中张超属于智力不低，方法不合适的类型。对她的帮扶，我想让数学成绩较好的同学多帮助她，让她自己学习总结好的方法，数学成绩提上来了，她的成绩也就有了大的提高。而耿爱玲是智力稍差，自己也很努力地学数学了，但成绩一直提不高。对耿爱玲的情况，我也替她着急，但没好的办法，只能慢慢引导她，别让她对数学失去了信心。
三、对成绩较差的学生的帮扶。我所帮扶的刘璐和张红属于学困生，对她们的帮助，是最难的，最令人头疼的。我打算先帮她们找出各自的闪光点，让她们树立对学习的信心。让她们明白成绩仅仅是一方面，只要尽心尽力的学了，不破罐子破摔，就能进步，就是好学生。
四、对各类学生都要不断的进行思想帮扶，通过谈话、交流、家访等有效方式帮助学生端正学习态度，发现学生学习、行为中的不良习惯，采取措施，进行正确的引导，帮助学生逐渐树立正确的世界观、人生观，从而养成良好的行为习惯和学习习惯，为学生的终身发展奠定基础。
五、加强与班主任和其他任课教师的联系。不断的进行交流，及时了解、发现学生学习中遇到的问题，同其他教师一起，齐心协力，共同帮助学生渡过难关，做到全面发展。

一.存在的问题:
I、对英语兴趣不浓,课堂上不积极参与活动,课后不主动预习,复习,考场上信笔添格.
II.英语学习习惯差.不张口大声朗读,没有记忆知识的意识,上课不会听讲,应试能力低下.
III.自卑感强。后进生由于各方面较差，受到批评较多，进而产生自暴自弃心理，总觉得自己低人一等。 针对这一情况，我在对待后进生的辅导方面采取以下方法。
二、具体工作目标和措施
(一)、发现闪光点,创造成功的机会。
对学习有困难的同学，要积极引导他们参加教学活动，多鼓励他们, 就算是一句简单的话语：“你的字很漂亮”、“你坐得很好，老师喜欢你„„”也能加强师生间的情感沟通。师生之间应在合作、平等的基础上建立起互信融洽的师生关系。这样才能促进学生学业的进步和思想的转化，树立他们的自信心，多问他们简单的问题，让他们有机会体会成功的喜悦。让后进生充分发展自己的才能，充分展示自己的长处。
(二)、用爱心去温暖，用耐心去呵护
多花一些时间了解后进生，理解他们，尊重爱护他们。在课堂上优先对待他们，不要总把目光停留于优等生。要心里时刻装着后进生，时刻为他们着想。
(三)、教给方法，提高兴趣
后进生普遍存在基础不扎实的情况。从简单的、他们有能力接受的方法去做。例如：定时到老师处进行信息反馈，检查复习效果，及时在班里表扬鼓励。亦可求助于成绩好的同学或老师。
在学习的过程中提高他们的学习兴趣。帮老师做做小事、抄抄写写。叫他们做，亦即从侧面说明老师重视他们，看得起他们，没有遗弃他们。他们的心里总会有小小感激。在谈心、交往的过程中，要把学生学习的兴趣吸引过来，可进行有关学习的交谈，用行动去证明你作为老师的是从心里面想他们学好。
(四)、结对帮助, 齐抓共管
充分发挥家长学校的管理作用，与家长多联系齐抓共管，促其进步。另外，给予他们特别的帮助，选择一个学习尖子生和他们结对，进行一对一地帮助，并且做到教师在课后对他们进行“小灶”辅导。

Spring festival is coming.Before spring festival I'm going to go shopping and buy new clothes. I'm going to buy flowers. I'm going to clean my house.And I am going to see a film with my parents. I hope I can get lots of lucky money.

Generation gap between parents and children
