我讲的是八年级上册第五单元38课Dear Diary,本课是Wang Mei写得一篇日记,表述自己将来的志向是什么和如何才能实现。本课同时和上节课也有一定的联系,这样了解了中西方人对理想和职业有不同看法,帮助学生树立远大理想,立足现在,才会有美好的将来。
根据学生的实际情况,我采用的是讲、说、练的教学模式,这样学生在了解、熟悉课文知识点的基础上,才能够根据课文内容的方式来自由表达自己的理想目标。由于学生底子差,我主要在课堂上让学生多读、多说,多应用所学知识点。但根据要求和条件,我主要使用了录音机,让学生模仿录音并纠正自己的发音。
本节课我通过复习上节课Infan的志向是什么,然后提问中国人的志向和西方人的志向到底有什么不同之处呢?接着提问Do you have an ambition? What is it? 这样便导入进了Wang Mei’s diary,我这样安排导入,正好适合于学生求知欲的心理,使学生急于想知道结果究竟使什么,接着使学生带着问题What’s Wang Mei’s goal?听取录音并回答。这部分只要学生能够听出大概意思就行。
第三部分我进行的是单词讲解,很多学生不能够对单词自己进行解决。我只能把单词单独拿出来进行领读和详细讲解。这样有助于学生对单词印象深刻,加强记忆。
理解单词之后,我要求学生大声朗读课文,并划出不懂的短语和句子,目的是让学生在稍后会刻意听取我的讲解。我安排大声朗读,是培养学生敢于在别人面前发音,即使读错也没有关系,帮助学生树立学好英语的信心和勇气,并鼓励学生积极争取在别人面前朗读的机会,给别人树立一个好榜样。
第五部分我仔细讲解语言点,然后重点介绍nobody…but… tell sb.to do sth.和be sure引导的宾语从句等,并加以课堂练习,使学生了解这些的短语的用法,为以后的写作奠定基础。
为了巩固知识,我让学生互相进行讨论交流意见,这便锻炼了学生互助能力。我不断鼓励学生每天坚持用英语保持写日记,这样可以提高学生的写作和表达能力。
最后再次播放录音并让学生跟读,体会Wang Mei的写作技巧和词汇应用,我鼓励并要求学生写作自己的志向,可以应用My ambition is to______. I hope to _____.I want to______.等。
本课主要了解了Wang Mei的志向,同时和西方学生的理想进行了对比,我通过讲解词汇和语言点鼓励学生加以应用来写作表达自己的志向和如何才能够实现,帮助学生树立远大的理想。

2.Ask, Who is on duty today? Then ask the student read out his or her diary. (Make sure his or her diary is so good, and then tell the students to keep a diary every day, it can improve your English). So Let’s look at Wang Mei’s diary.
Step1. Come to “think about it “

Step2. Ask the students to listen to the tape with the question

Step3. Ask the students to read the diary as loudly as they can, and underline the key words. A few minutes later, ask someone try to read it out .

Good afternoon, everyone! Nice to meet you here! I’m XXX, an English teacher from XXX Middle School. Today I’m glad to have a chance to introduce my lesson to you. Now, I’ll say something about my lesson: Lesson 22 Presents from Canada. I’ll say this lesson from six parts.
Part One. Analysis of the Teaching Material:
(一)Status and function.
This is the sixth lesson in Unit 3, Junior English Book 3 (Learning English)This unit focuses on the festivals in autumn in Canada and China. It mainly introduces three important festivals: Thanks giving, Mid-autumn Festival and a birthday. It is helpful for the Ss to learn about Western cultures.
This lesson is mainly about posting presents and cards to Li Ming. The Ss will learn what to write in birthday cards, and it’s a chance to show their love to their classmates and parents.
(二) Teaching aims:
1、Knowledge objects.
A) Master the new words and phrases.
B) Learn what to write in birthday cards and how to post them.
2、Ability objects:
A) To improve the Ss’ listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.
B) To improve the Ss’ awareness and ability of cross-culture.
3、Moral objects.
A) To cultivate the feelings of loving each other and caring about others. Make the Ss’ love their classmates and parents more deeply.
B) To enable the Ss to take a great interest in learning English and take an active part in the activities in class.

How to improve students’ reading ability.
Part Two Teaching methods
1. Multi-media teaching. It can help the students be interested in the lesson and learn the lesson happily and easily.
2、Encouragement and praise.
3. “Task-based” teaching method.
“Task-based” language teaching has been one of the most important foreign teaching approaches during these years. The New English Curriculum requires teachers to use it .It’s an effective and advanced teaching approach. It’s widely used in many different countries.
Part Three Learning methods:
As an English teacher, your duty is not only to teach the students some English knowledge, but also to raise their skills of learning and using English. Such as:
1. Co-operation and competition----Students cooperate and compete with each other by working in groups.
2. Reading skills----How to read English
Part Four Teaching Aids
multi- media, the blackboard, objects.
Part Five Analysis of the students
The students are in Grade Eight now, and they have some interests of learning and speaking English, they are willing to co-operate and communicate with others in class, especially this lesson is related to their daily life: Giving presents to a friend. I think it’s easy for them to learn the lesson and they will take an active part in the activities in class.
Part Six Teaching procedures
I’ll finish this in four steps. First, I’ll divide the Ss into four groups and bring a competition into the class. In the end, let’s see which group is the best.
Step1. Greeting
Greet and sing the song “Happy birthday to you ” with the Ss.
As we know: Well begun, half done. To have a good beginning, and motivate the Ss’ interest, I let the Ss sing the song together. So the Ss feel relaxed and happy in learning English.
Step2. Pre-reading
1. Show some pictures about a birthday and talk about them with the Ss.
2. Think about it : A) Do you give birthday cards to your friends?
B) What do you write in your cards?
My purpose is to show the beautiful pictures with the multi-media to attract the Ss’ attention and make the Ss take an active part in speaking English, so that they have more interests in learning this lesson.
Step3: While-reading
1. Fast reading
Li Ming’s birthday is coming. Danny and Jenny will give birthday cards to him. Let’s see what they write in their cards. Get the Ss to read the text silently and quickly, answer the questions:
①What are Jenny and Danny doing?
②What do they write in their cards?
③Where are they going at last? Why?
2. Careful reading
1. Get the Ss to read the text silently and carefully, then fill in the blanks.
My purpose is: I use “Fast reading” method to let the Ss get the general ideas of the text and “Careful reading” method to let the Ss get the detailed information of the text. They help develop the Ss’ reading abilities.
While reading, the Ss grasp the meaning of the new words and phrases from the context.
2. The Ss answer the questions. If they do them well, I will praise them and give red stars to them or their groups.
Step4: Post-reading
A) 1.Make up a new dialogue of posting birthday presents and cards according to the text, using the objects you have prepared.
2. Ask several groups to act it out.
B) Show your love
1. Make a birthday card for one of your classmates. Don’t forget to make your cards beautiful.
2、Get several groups to show their cards and read what they write to the class, praise and clap for them.
On the above, I designed two tasks: make up a new dialogue and show your love. I use “Task-based” teaching method here is to develop and train the Ss’ ability of communication and also their ability of co-operation. It’s a good way to use English to do things. It’s helpful for the Ss to develop their ability of using English. Making birthday cards is a good chance to show their love to their classmates, so that they will love each other and have a better friendship.
Step8: Homework
1. Make a birthday card for your parent.
2. Rewrite the story in the text.
My purpose is to cultivate the Ss’ writing ability and it’s a good way to consolidate the knowledge they have learned after class. Making a birthday card is a good chance to show their love to their parent.

Let’sing:欣赏歌曲,《This is the way》使学生听着节奏欢快的音乐、看着诱人的画面、做着自编的动作。这样既能集中学生的注意力又能复习旧知在这种氛围感染下把轻松与愉快带给课堂。
Look and say:组织语言材料进行分组对话。get up brush (your) teeth wash (your) face have (your) breakfast 在这里单独出示图片然后同时出现让学生排序并对话。通过生生合作,小组合作。巩固所学知识在协作中发展,为今后的学习奠定了基础。
Let’act. 屏幕出现快餐店,老师说“Oh, It’s twelve o’clock.. ×××, It’s time for lunch.”学生回答Yes, Let’s go.学生通过实物表演。
2. 导入新课
看图学习对话
1. 听录音并回答问题(listen and answer)

S: It’s four o’clock.
这一组句子先后在lesson 7 and lesson 9中先后出现,所以是旧知识的复习。这里我安排两人一组的拉火车式的操练,学生由被动的的答到主动的问。再互相的问答中,达到自我教育。
2. 听录音并猜一猜(listen and guess)
录音放到It’s time to….停止,让学生猜要干什么。会有多种答案,当然也会猜出go home .在这里就要启发学生想象,用已有的语言知识大胆猜测激发学习兴趣。将结果放出,It’s time to go home. Let’s go together. OK.
3.听录音练习:Mum,I’m hungry.
OK,Let’s have dinner.
4.看图学单词。(画面出现饭桌,上面摆满食物。)老师带领学生学习rice chicken pork beef
5.听录音学句子:What do we have?
We have …..在小组中进行操练。

3. 巩固新知:
完整的听录音读对话。设计本环节的目的在于巩固、复习、训练。学生通过小组交流弥补了学生的个性差异培养学生之间团结协作的学习精神。

Let’sing:欣赏歌曲,《This is the way》使学生听着节奏欢快的音乐、看着诱人的画面、做着自编的动作。这样既能集中学生的注意力又能复习旧知在这种氛围感染下把轻松与愉快带给课堂。
Look and say:组织语言材料进行分组对话。get up brush(your)teeth wash(your)face have(your)breakfast 在这里单独出示图片然后同时出现让学生排序并对话。通过生生合作,小组合作。巩固所学知识在协作中发展,为今后的学习奠定了基础。
Let’act.屏幕出现快餐店,老师说“Oh, It’s twelve o’clock..×××, It’s time for lunch.”学生回答Yes, Let’s go.学生通过实物表演。

录音放到It’s time to….停止,让学生猜要干什么。会有多种答案,当然也会猜出go home.在这里就要启发学生想象,用已有的语言知识大胆猜测激发学习兴趣。将结果放出,It’s time to go ’s go 听录音练习:Mum,I’m ,Let’s have 看图学单词。(画面出现饭桌,上面摆满食物。)老师带领学生学习rice chicken pork beef

完整的听录音读对话。设计本环节的目的在于巩固、复习、训练。学生通过小组交流弥补了学生的个性差异培养学生之间团结协作的学习精神。

六、板书设计
为了突出重点、加深学生印象我将图片与单词展示在黑板上。
小组练习,然后进行小组汇报表演的方式完成这一环节。
为了更好的引入“反比例函数”的概念,并能突出重点,我采用了课本上的问题情境,同时调整了课本上提供的“思考”的问题的位置,将它放到函数概念引出之后,让学生体会在生活中有很多反比例关系。
情境设置:
汽车从南京开往上海,全程约300km,全程所用的时间t(h)随v(km/h)的变化而变化。
(1)你能用含v的代数式来表示t吗?
(2)时间t是速度v的函数吗?
设计意图:与前面复习内容相呼应,让同学们能在“做一做”和“议一仪”中感受两个量之间的函数关系,同时也能注意到与所学“一次函数”,尤其是“正比例函数”的不同。从而自然地引入“反比例函数”概念。
为帮助学生更深刻的认识和掌握反比例函数概念,我引导学生将反比例函数的一般式进行变形,并安排了相应的例题。
一般式变形:(其中k均不为0)
通过对一般式的变形,让学生从“形”上掌握“反比例函数”的概念,在结合“思考”的几个问题,让学生从“神”神上体验“反比例函数”。
为加深难度,我又补充了几个练习:
1、为何值时,为反比例函数?
2是的反比例函数,是的正比例函数,则与成什么关系?
关于课堂教学:
由于备课充分,我信心十足,课堂上情绪饱满,学生们也受到我的影响,精神饱满,课堂气氛相对活跃。
在复习“函数”这一概念的时候,很多学生显露出难色,显然不是忘记了就是不知到如何表达。我举了两个简单的实例,学生们立即就回忆起函数的本质含义,为学习反比例函数做了很好的铺垫。一路走来,非常轻松。
对反比例函数一般式的变形,是课堂教学中较成功的一笔,就是因为这一探索过程,对于我补充的练习1这类属中等难度的题型,班级中成绩偏下的同学也能很好的掌握。
而对于练习3,对于初学反比例函数的学生来说,有点难度,大部分学生显露出感兴趣的神情,不少学生能很好得解答此类题。
经验感想:
1、课前认真准备,对授课效果的影响是不容忽视的。
2、教师的精神状态直接影响学生的精神状态。
3、数学教学一定要重概念,抓本质。
4、课堂上要注重学生情感,表情,可适当调整教学深度。

新课改倡导全人教育,强调课程要促进每个学生身心的健康发展,培养学生良好的品质和终身学习的能力,新课改提倡交流与合作、自主创新学习,课程改革的成败关键在于教师,教师是课程改革的实施者。下面简单地回顾、反思两年多来的英语教学工作。
一、面向全体学生,为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。
1、创设各种情景,鼓励学生大胆地说英语,对他们在学习过程中犯的错误采取宽容的态度。
根据教材中的情境,真实再现于课堂并创造新的怀境,如教“What’s your name? How old are you?”时,情境有“小歌手大赛报到处”、“迷路的小孩子与警察”、“结识新朋友”、“医生与生病的孩子”、“自我介绍”等等一些语境,使学生积极参与,到讲台上锻炼英语表达能力和胆量。如师生早晚问好、道谢、道别等,学生已经习惯用Hello、Good morning、thank you、You are welcome、See you、Goodbye……与我交流。这样就无形中发展学生运用英语交际能力,培养他们创新灵活运用英语的习惯。
2、在教学过程中注重学生的听、说、读、写综合能力,鼓励他们大胆的说并运用到实际中去。每课的对话让学生先听后读,然后表演,每小组不宜超过四人。表演前应让各小级操练准备,鼓励其拓展创新对话内容。表演过程中,除要求学生语音语调正确外,还应让学生注意到交流手段如表情、手势、姿态等。
3、创造条件让学生能够发现他们自己的一些问题,并自主解决问题。
二、创造宽松、和谐的气氛
在教学过程中,注重与学生沟通,让学生消除对英语学习的恐惧感,只有对英语感兴趣,才能保持英语学习的动力并取得好成绩。刻板的学习,不仅会影响英语学习的效果,适得其反让他们厌恶学习英语。因此创造宽松、和谐的学习氛围有利于英语学习。
1)尊重每个学生,积极鼓励他们大胆的尝试。
要培养学生的创造个性,仅停留在创设教学情境上是不够的。教师首先要具有创新的精神,注重创设宽松、和谐的教学氛围,尊重学生个体,注重抓住一切时机激发学生创新的欲望,注意对学生的学习行为和学习结果、反应等做出客观、公正、热情、诚恳的评价……
2) 鼓励学生大声的朗读课文并背诵,使自己听的见自己的声音,渐渐做到流利,顺畅。促进学生互相学习,互相帮助,体验成就感。
3) 对于底子薄的或性格内向的同学,降低他们的学习标准,当他们取得一点小小的进步,都要鼓励他们,让他们感到有成就感。
4) 差生上课时注意往往不够集中,我就将教材化难为易,化多为少,精讲多练,课堂上尽量创造愉快的氛围。差生由于羞怯心理往往怕开口,我尽量将难易适度的问题去问他们;叫他们到黑板上写有把握的句子;朗读事先已读过多遍的课文,当差生回答正确时。我总是面常笑容地说:“very good”,他们往往因得到这两个激动,这样差生开口的习惯慢慢的养成。一学期下来,差生的参与意识大大地加强,消除了畏惧心理。
5)建立良好的师生关系,经常和学生一起反思学习过程中的不足,并加以改正。
教和学是一对矛盾,作为矛盾双方的教师和学生如何和谐融洽师生关系,对完成教学至关紧要。如果他们对某个老师有好感,他们就对老师的这门课感兴趣并分外重视,肯下大气力学这门课。如果他们不喜欢某一位老师,由于逆反心理,他们也就不愿学或不学这位老师的课。所以,教师要深入学生,和学生打成一片,了解学生的兴趣,爱好,喜怒哀乐情绪的变化,时时处关心学生,爱护学生,尊重学生,帮助学生。这样,师生才能关系和谐,感情融洽,兴趣盎然地进行学习。
三、对学生进行有效的评价。
评价可以使学生认识自我,树立自信,有助于反思及调整自己的学习。对学生回答问题过程中的表现及改进的成绩,给予口头评价、书面评价并鼓励他们大胆的去说。学生考完试后,让学生自我反思,分析自己的成绩和不足,明确今后努力的方向,争取下次不再犯同样的问题。让学生相互之间相互评价,找出优缺点,互相促进学习。

在本学期的英语教学中,坚持以下理念的应用:

【二】.所教班级学生基本情况分析:
所带班级(3)(4)班情况不同,(3)班学困生较多,学生的学习品质、学习习惯,英语基础较之(4)班有明显的差异,(4)班学生整体情况好,学困生少,学习英语的热情和兴趣教高.两班每次考试的平均分都有10分左右的差距。抓起来有一定的困难。
另外,所教班的学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累;
一、教材分析
1、教材的地位及作用:
七年级(下)第三单元,围绕Danny,Jenny,LiMing 和Mrs.Li在北京的参观游玩活动为中心,讨论了有关打车,放风筝,照相,给家人写信,发电子邮件,购物的话题。学习形容词和副词的区别,There be 句型和表达害怕、安慰的方法。本节课是本单元第六课,它通过前几节课的学习,进一步加深对There be 句型的运用,通过乘车,指路的对话,学习指路,讨论长度的表达方法,激励学生坚持不懈,勇攀高峰的情感,从而进一步提高学生听、说、读、写的综合素质能力。

海滨假日
On October 6th, 20__, I went Xiao Meisha with my fellows to spend a nice seaside holiday. On our arriving at Xiao Meisha, we were all filled with excitement, since this was our first trip to the seaside. Xiao Meisha was an excellent seaside resort indeed. There the sky was clean and bright, the wind was mild and pleasant, the sandy beach was soft and comfortable, and the sea was so magnificent. We felt refreshed at that moment. It seemed as if we traveled in the heaven.
We did many kinds of activities at the seaside. Some of us went swimming in the sea; some went surfing; some dived underwater; some had a walk along the sea; some played sports on the beach. But I just took some photos of the beautiful sea scenery. All of us had a happy time.
In the evening, when it was about the time for leaving, we were unwilling to go, because the beautiful sea scenery deeply attracted us. We all expected for our next coming. So I could say that the seaside holiday was both relaxing and wonderful.
爱好
Today many college students have their own hobbies. For example, some of them like singing; some of them enjoy playing the guitar; some of them are keen on painting; some of them are crazy about taking photos, and so on.
I think it’s meaning for college students to have hobbies, because hobbies can benefit them a lot. On one hand, after a long-time study, hobbies can make them feel relaxed. On the other hand, when they feel depressed, hobbies can bring them happiness. Furthermore, hobbies can mould their temperament as well as show their characteristics.
However, some students are so addicted to their hobbies that they spend less time on study. How foolish of them to do so! In my view, if we focus too much on one thing, either our studies or hobbies will be badly affected. Thus, we are supposed to balance them in a proper way.
